Claims (16)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une feuille ou d'une membrane d'étanchéité bitumineuse comprenant une armature imprégnée et/ou enduite d'au moins un bitume, ou d'au moins un mélange à base de bitume, donné sur au moins l'une de ses faces et présentant au moins une zone en forme de bande ou de portion de bande en un bitume, ou en un mélange à base de bitume, différent dudit ou desdits bitume(s) ou mélange(s) appliqués en premier, sur au moins l'une de ses faces, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à produire une bande d'armature (2) imprégnée et/ou enduite sensiblement uniformément à l'exception d'au moins une zone en forme de bande ou de portion de bande (4) sur au moins l'une de ses faces (2', 2"), présentant une épaisseur de bitume (3, 3') moins importante ou ne présentant aucune application de bitume (3, 3'), à rapporter au niveau de ladite au moins une bande ou portion de bande (4), sur une épaisseur contrôlée, un bitume ou un mélange à base de bitume (5) différent de celui ou de ceux imprégnant et enduisant le reste de la bande d'armature (2) et, enfin, après refroidissement des bitumes ou mélanges à base de bitume (3, 3', 5), à conditionner la feuille ou la membrane d'étanchéité (1) résultante sous la forme souhaitée.
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application du bitume ou du mélange à base de bitume (3, 3') est réalisée, au moins en partie, au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs enducteurs, notamment du type rouleau ou calandre à décrochement, n'appliquant ledit bitume ou mélange (3, 3') que sur une partie ou des parties de la largeur de ladite bande d'armature (2).
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la production de la bande d'armature (2) imprégnée et/ou enduite présentant au moins avec une bande ou portion de bande (4) sans bitume ou à épaisseur de bitume réduite consiste, après enduction ou imprégnation de ladite bande d'armature (2) par ledit au moins un bitume ou mélange à base de bitume (3, 3'), en une ou plusieurs applications, sur toute sa surface, à enlever localement, sur une largeur et une profondeur préréglées, ledit au moins un bitume ou mélange (3, 3') sur au moins l'une des faces (2', 2") de ladite armature (2), au niveau d'au moins une zone sensiblement en forme de bande ou de portion de bande (4), par exemple par raclage ou grattage, avant refroidissement et solidification.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enlèvement du ou des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') appliqué(s) initialement est réalisé au moyen d'un racloir ou d'une racle (9) situé(e) immédiatement après le poste d'enduction ou le dernier poste d'enduction (7) avec le ou les bitume(s) ou mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') initiaux et pressé(e) contre l'armature (2) imprégnée et enduite, défilant sur ou sous ledit racloir ou ladite racle (9), ce(tte) dernier(e) prenant, éventuellement, directement appui sur ladite armature (2) utilisée comme support de raclage et étant, préférentiellement, réglable transversalement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone (4) recevant le bitume ou le mélange à base de bitume (5) rapporté ultérieurement consiste en une bande latérale continue formant une bordure longitudinale de la feuille ou membrane d'étanchéité (1) résultante finale et située en sous-face ou sur la face inférieure (1") de cette dernière.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la ou les zones (4) recevant le bitume ou le mélange à base de bitume (5) rapporté ultérieurement consiste(nt) en une ou plusieurs bande(s) s'étendant longitudinalement en sous-face (1") de la membrane ou feuille d'étanchéité (1), en étant le cas échéant réparties transversalement avec des espacements fixes ou variables entre elles.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche de bitume ou de mélange à base de bitume (5) rapportée ultérieurement est environ égale à l'épaisseur de la couche de bitume(s) ou de mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') initialement présente et enlevée par raclage ou grattage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche de bitume ou de mélange à base de bitume (5) rapportée ultérieurement est différente de l'épaisseur de la couche de bitume(s) ou de mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') initialement présente et enlevée par raclage ou grattage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le bitume ou mélange à base de bitume (5) rapporté ultérieurement consiste en du bitume ou un mélange à base de bitume adhésif ou autoadhésif à froid, la ou les zone(s) en forme de bande(s) ou de portion(s) de bande (4) recevant ledit bitume ou mélange autoadhésif (5) étant recouverte avant conditionnement d'une feuille pelable de protection, par exemple du type papier siliconé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à traiter ou à préparer le fond (4') de la rainure obtenue soit après enlèvement local du ou des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') initialement présent(s), soit par non application locale de ce ou ces dernier(s), ce avant application de la couche de bitume ou de mélange à base de bitume (5) différent.
- Installation de fabrication de membranes ou de feuilles d'étanchéité bitumineuses pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 3 à 10, comprenant notamment une ligne d'enduction bitumineuse comportant un ou plusieurs poste(s) d'enduction consécutif(s) traversé(s) par une armature à enduire, préférentiellement sur ses deux faces, par au moins un premier bitume ou mélange à base de bitume donné, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre, d'une part, une racle ou un racloir (9) disposé(e) immédiatement après le poste d'enduction ou le dernier poste d'enduction (7) avec ledit au moins un bitume ou mélange (3) et destiné(e) à enlever une épaisseur préréglée de bitume(s) ou de mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') présent(s) sur au moins l'une face (2") de ladite armature (2) et au niveau d'au moins une zone (4) en forme de bande et, d'autre part, un poste d'enduction supplémentaire (8) destiné à appliquer une couche de bitume ou de mélange à base de bitume (5) différent du ou des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) (3, 3') raclé(s) au niveau de ladite au moins une zone en forme de bande (4), et situé en aval du dernier poste d'enduction (7) appliquant le ou l'un des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) (3, 3') d'enduction initiale et en amont d'un éventuel poste de conditionnement faisant également partie de ladite installation de fabrication (6).
- Installation de fabrication de membranes ou de feuilles d'étanchéité bitumineuses pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 et 5 à 10, comprenant notamment une ligne d'enduction bitumineuse comportant un ou plusieurs poste(s) d'enduction consécutif(s) traversé(s) par une armature à enduire, préférentiellement sur ses deux faces, par au moins un premier bitume ou mélange à base de bitume donné, caractérisée en ce que ledit ou lesdits postes d'enduction (7,7') est(sont) pourvu(s) de calandres à rainure ou à décrochement (3") n'appliquant aucun ou très peu de bitume (3,3') au niveau de la bande ou portion de bande (4) formant le renfoncement longitudinal destiné à recevoir le bitume ou mélange à base de bitume différent (5) et en ce qu'elle comporte un poste d'enduction supplémentaire (8) destiné à appliquer une couche de bitume ou de mélange à base de bitume (5) différent du ou des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) (3, 3') raclé(s) au niveau de ladite au moins une zone en forme de bande (4), et situé en aval du dernier poste d'enduction (7) appliquant le ou l'un des bitume(s) ou mélange(s) (3, 3') d'enduction initiale et en amont d'un éventuel poste de conditionnement faisant également partie de ladite installation de fabrication (6).
- Installation selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'enduction supplémentaire (8) est mobile ou monté de manière escamotable ou amovible et comprend notamment un enducteur ou un rouleau encreur (8') baignant dans le bitume ou le mélange de bitume (5) différent à l'état liquide, par exemple du type bitume autoadhésif à froid, et dont la surface est raclée, après imprégnation et avant application contre l'armature (2), par une racle (8") dont la forme et les dimensions de la découpe (8"') du bord frontal est fonction de la forme, de la disposition et des dimensions de la ou des zone(s) (4) raclée(s) et de l'épaisseur de la couche de bitume ou de mélange de bitume (5) à rapporter au niveau de ladite ou desdites zone(s) (4).
- Feuille ou membrane d'étanchéité bitumineuse comprenant une armature imprégnée et/ou enduite d'au moins un premier bitume ou mélange à base de bitume donné sur au moins une de ses faces et présentant au moins une zone en forme de bande ou de portion de bande en un bitume, ou en un mélange à base de bitume, différent dudit premier et/ou second bitume ou mélange, sur au moins l'une de ses faces, caractérisée en ce que ladite au moins une bande ou portion de bande (4) formée dudit bitume ou mélange (5) différent consiste en une couche de ce dernier rapportée dans au moins un renfoncement en forme de rainure ou de portion de rainure ménagé, par grattage ou raclage, dans la couche de bitume(s) ou de mélange(s) à base de bitume (3, 3') initialement appliquée au niveau de la face supérieure (1') ou inférieur (1") de ladite feuille ou membrane d'étanchéité (1).
- Feuille ou membrane d'étanchéité selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par l'intermédiaire du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Système d'étanchéité pour toitures formé d'une ou de plusieurs couches de feuilles ou de membranes d'étanchéité bitumineuses, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la couche de base en contact avec le support à recouvrir (10) est formée de feuilles ou de membranes d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 et 15, la zone (4) en forme de bande latérale comprenant en surface ou en sous-face une couche de bitume autoadhésif à froid (5) recouvrant ou étant recouverte par une zone en forme de bande latérale d'une feuille ou membrane (1) adjacente.
