Claims (19)

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfläche im Wesentlichen kreisförmig, kreisringförmig, quadratisch, rechteckig oder oval ist. - Düsenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das separate Teil in den Fluidkanal (34) eingepresst ist. - Düsenanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einen Auftragskopf einer Fluidauftragsvorrichtung (1) befestigt ist und dass der Auftragskopf ein intermitterend betätigbares Auftragsventil (8) zum wahlweisen Unterbrechen bzw. Freigeben des Fluidflusses in dem Fluidkanal (34) der Düsenanordnung (4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Fluid, insbesondere von Klebstoff, auf ein relativ zu der Vorrichtung bewegbares Substratmit einem mit einer Fluidquelle verbindbaren Zuführkanal (18) zum Zuführen von Fluid,einer mittels des Zuführkanals (18) mit Fluid speisbaren Düsenanordnung (4) mit einer Austrittsöffnung (50) zum Abgeben des Fluids,und mit einer Ventilanordnung zum intermittierenden Unterbrechen bzw. Freigeben des Fluidflusses, welche einen relativ zu einem Ventilsitz (26) bewegbaren Ventilkörper (20) aufweist,
- Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10 oder Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenanordnung (4) oder die gesamte Vorrichtung an einer Hubvorrichtung (70) befestigt ist, die einen bewegbaren Träger zum Aufnehmen der Vorrichtung oder der Düsenanordnung (4) aufweist, wobei der Träger (108) derart bewegbar und antreibbar ist, dass der Auftragskopf bzw. die Auftragsvorrichtung (1) relativ zu einem mit Fluid zu beschichtenden Substrat derart hin- und her bewegt wird, dass die Düsenanordnung (4) einerseits in und ausser Kontakt mit einem zu beschichtenden und relativ zu der Vorrichtung bewegbaren Substrat kommt, und andererseits während des Kontaktes mit dem Substrat zusammen mit diesem in Richtung der Relativbewegung zwischen Substrat und Auftragsvorrichtung (1) bewegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (70) zwei beabstandete und synchron rotierbare Drehkörper (98, 100) sowie ein exzentrisch an beiden Drehkörpern (98, 100) angelenktes Verbindungselement (106) aufweist und der Träger (108) mit dem Verbindungselement (106) gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehkörper (98, 100) mittels einer Kette oder eines Zahnriemens (114) synchron antreibbar sind und das Verbindungselement (106) als Stange ausgebildet ist, die mittels zweier Drehgelenke (102, 104) an den Drehkörpern (98, 100) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (70) derart angetrieben wird, dass während des Kontakts der Düsenanordnung mit dem zu beschichtenden Substrat der Träger im Wesentlichen mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit und Richtung wie das Substrat bewegt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein die Drehkörper (98, 100) antreibender Antriebsmotor in Abhängigkeit von einem von einer Fördervorrichtung (72) zum Bewegen des Substrats bereitgestellten Signals gesteuert wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (84) die Geschwindigkeit der Relativbewegung zwischen Substrat und einem ortsfesten Punkt ermittelt und das Signal bereitstellt und dass Signal mittels einer Signalleitung (86) dem Antriebsmotor der Hubvorrichtung (70) zugeführt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor ein Tachogenerator ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördervorrichtung (72) zum Bewegen des Substrats ein Endlos-Förderband (80) und mindestens zwei Rollen (76, 78) zum Aufnehmen des Förderbandes (80) aufweist, von denen mindestens eine Rolle (78) mittels eines Antriebsmotors angetrieben wird,
und dass einer der Drehkörper (98, 100) mittels einer Antriebskette (124) oder eines Zahnriemens mechanisch mit dem Antriebsmotor der Fördervorrichtung (72) gekoppelt ist. - Verfahren zum Auftragen von Fluid auf ein Substrat,bei dem das Fluid aus einer Fluidquelle einer Düsenanordnung zugeleitet wird,welche einen Düsenkörper (35) und einen in dem Düsenkörper (35) ausgebildeten Fluidkanal (34) aufweist, bei dem das Fluid den Fluidkanal (34) bis zu einer Austrittsöffnung (50) durchströmt,
