Claims (8)
- Kühlbare Ofenrolle (1) zum Transport von Stranggußmaterial einer Stranggießanlage durch einen beheizbaren Temperatur-Ausgleichs-/Aufwärmofen, umfassend eine in Rotation antreibbare, außerhalb des Ofens gelagerte Welle (3), insbesondere mit innen liegenden Kühlmittelkanälen (4, 5), und mit auf der Welle mittels einer Aufnahmebohrung (6) angeordneten, eine Förderebene bildenden Tragringen (7) für das Transportgut,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung eines optimalen metallischen Kontaktes für einen möglichst ungehinderten Wärmeübergang zwischen Tragring (7) und Welle (3) wenigstens ein Klemmring (8) aus Metall oder aus einer Metalllegierung mit sowohl möglichst hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit, als auch Eignung zur Kalt- und Warmverformung eingesetzt, und durch thermische Längsausdehnung von im kalten Zustand über die Welle (3) schiebbaren Stahlbuchsen (9, 9') unter Druck plastisch zur vollkommenen Anlage der einander zugeordneten Flächenteile verformt und mit der Welle (3) torsionsstabil und drehmomentübertragend verbunden wird. - Ofenrolle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmringe (8, 8') aus einer Kupfer-Knetlegierung nach DIN 17 666 bestehen. - Ofenrolle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmringe (8, 8') aus Kupfer, Kupferlegierung oder aus einer Legierung ähnlicher Umformfestigkeit oder aus einer hochwärmeleitfähigen und vergleichsweise weichen Kupfer/Silber-Legierung bestehen. - Ofenrolle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tragring (7) mit einer gegenüber seiner Felge (7') verdickten Nabe (10) ausgebildet ist, welche beiderseits ringförmige Ausnehmungen (11, 11') zur Aufnahme eines Paares von Klemmringen (8, 8') besitzt. - Ofenrolle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (10) mit einer axial durchgehenden Aufnahmebohrung (6') versehen ist, die mit einer Passung, z.B. einem Paßsitz, für einen einstückig einsetzbaren Klemmring (8') ausgebildet ist. - Ofenrolle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verhinderung der Entstehung einer wärmeübergangshindernden Oxidschicht an den miteinander im Kontakt befindlichen Metallflächen der Klemmringe (8) bzw. der Aufnahmebohrung (6), diese mit einer galvanisch aufbringbaren Edelmetallschicht, insbesondere aus Nickel, beschichtet sind. - Ofenrolle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Welle (3) endständig aufschiebbaren Stahlrohrstücke der Buchsen (9) mit dem Wellenende (3') von einer Verschraubung (13) bzw. Spannmutter axial einstellbar gehalten sind. - Ofenrolle nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragring (7) an seiner peripheren Transportfläche mit einer Hartmetallauflage (12) beschichtet ist.
