Sauger schon den nachfolgenden Druckbogen am Falz erfassen
kann.
Ob mit dieser Ausführung eine Leistungssteigerung erzielt werden
kann, wenn andererseits die Zuverlässigkeit beeinträchtigt

Die Fig. 1 veranschaulicht eine Vorrichtung 1 zur Beschickung
einer Verarbeitungsstrecke mit gefalzten oder ungefalzten
Druckbogen 2, beispielsweise ein Anleger für einen Sammelhefter,
eine Zusammentragmaschine für die Herstellung von klebegebundenen
Büchern oder eine Einsteckmaschine für Zeitungen.
Die Vorrichtung bzw. der Anleger 1 weist ein in einem Gestell
3 (siehe Fig. 3) drehender Förderrotor 4 auf, der durch eine
Rotorwelle 5 mit daran befestigten, einen Rotor bildenden Förderscheiben
6 ausgebildet ist. Jede Förderscheibe 6 ist am Umfang
mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Ausnehmungen 7 versehen,
die, über drei Förderscheiben 6 betrachtet, fluchtend hintereinander
und parallel zur Rotorwelle 5 angeordnet sind. Weiterhin
ist den in Reihe angeordneten Ausnehmungen 7 jeweils
ein Trennorgan 8 zugeordnet, das mehrere an einer in den Förderscheiben
6 parallel zur Rotorwelle 5 gelagerten Trennwelle
9 befestigte Saugarme 10 mit auf den in Förderrichtung 7 vorderen
-gefalzten oder ungefalzten- Rand eines Druckbogens 2
einwirkenden Saugköpfen 11 aufweist. Die mit einer nicht ersichtlichen
Vakuumquelle verbundenen Saugköpfe 11 werden über
eine Leitung 12 mit einem Vakuum versorgt, das beispielsweise
über ein Drehschieberventil 13 (siehe Fig. 3) gesteuert ist.
Die in einem benachbarten Magazin 14 gestapelten Druckbogen 2
werden von dem/den mit dem Förderrotor 4 umlaufenden Trennorgan/en
8 an dem dem Förderrotor 4 zugewandten, gefalzten vorstehenden
Rand an der Unterseite resp. vorderen Seite eines
Druckbogens 2 des Stapels erfasst, um sie bei einer geschuppten
Entnahme der Druckbogen 2 als Stützorgan dienende Umlenkrolle
15 nach unten umzulenken, sodass der vordere Rand des
vom Trennorgan 8 abgehobenen Druckbogens 2 in die nachlaufende
Ausnehmung 7 eintaucht, ohne vorerst vom Trennorgan 8 gelöst
zu werden. Dieses Mitlaufen des Trennorgans 8 ist in Fig. 1
durch unterbrochene Linien im Wirkbereich des Trennorgans 8
dargestellt. Das Trennorgan 8 löst sich vom vorderen Rand des
Druckbogens 2, sobald dieser von einem durch die Förderscheiben
6 des Förderrotors 4 und ein oder mehrere an der Umlenkrolle
15 umlaufenden Transportbänder 16 gebildeten Einzugsspalt
17 förderwirksam erfasst wird.
Sollen die Druckbogen 2 beim Abziehen aus dem Magazin 14 vereinzelt
werden, dann braucht die Umlenkrolle 15 nicht mehr als
Stützorgan an der Unterseite des Stapels verwendet zu werden.
Das/die um die Umlenkrolle 15 umlaufenden, in einem Bereich
von etwa 120° an dem Umfang des Förderrotors 4 gleichsinnig
entlang laufenden Transportbänder 16 bilden einen Förderspalt,
der sich durch die auf einer Feder 18 abgestützten Umlenkrolle
15 an einen sich bezüglich Höhe ändernden Schuppenstrom anpassen
lässt. Die/das Transportband 16 wird um drei Umlenkrollen
15, 19, 20 geführt, von denen die Rolle 20 an einem Spannhebel
21 zum Spannen des Transportbandes 16 gelagert ist. Das/die
mit dem Förderrotor 4 umlaufenden Trennorgane 8 sind mit einer
Steuervorrichtung 22 antriebsverbunden. Hierzu weist die Steuerwelle
9 an einem Ende ein Zahnritzel 23 auf, das mit einem
weiteren, an dem Förderrotor 4 gelagerten Zahnrad 24 kämmt, an
dem ein in eine ortsfeste, mit dem Gestell 3 verbundene (nierenförmige)
Steuerbahn 25 eingreifender, am freien Ende eine
frei drehende Rolle 29, als Tastorgan ausgebildeter Steuerhebel
26 gelagert ist. Fig. 1 zeigt ein Trennorgan 8 mit an dem
untersten Druckbogen 2 angedocktem Saugkopf 11 und die entsprechende
Stellung der Steuervorrichtung 22. Unmittelbar anschliessend
wird eine die gestapelten Druckbogen 2 im vorderen
Randbereich stützende Rückhalteklinke 27 nach unten geschwenkt
(strichpunktierte Lage), damit der am Trennorgan 8 angesaugte
Druckbogen 2 am falzseitigen Rand um die Umlenkrolle 15 nach
unten geschwenkt werden kann. Sobald der vordere Rand in den
Umfang des Förderrotors 4 bzw. die dem fälligen Druckbogen 2
zugeordnete Ausnehmung 7 eingetaucht ist, dreht die Rückhalteklinke
27 resp. -klinken wieder in ihre stützende Betriebsstellung
zurück. Der weitere Verlauf des Trennorgans 8 und der
Ausnehmung 7 und deren Stellung ist in Fig. 1 gestrichelt
dargestellt. Erkennbar wird dabei, dass für das Trennorgan 8
mehr Raum und Zeit zum Versetzen eines Druckbogens 2 an den
Förderrotor 4 zur Verfügung steht als wie es in der CH - A -
598 107 möglich ist. Die Bewegungsbahn eines Saugkopfes 11 ist
in Fig. 1 mit 28 vermerkt. Der/die Saugköpfe 11 befinden sich
vom Moment der Uebernahme des Druckbogens 2 am Einzugsspalt 17
bis zur Abgabe am Ende des Förderspaltes innerhalb des Umfangs
