In den Fig. 1 bis 5 ist eine Vorrichtung 1 für die Beschickung
einer Verarbeitungsstrecke mit gefalzten oder ungefalzten

Diese besteht aus einem angetriebenen Förderrotor 3 mit einer
oder mehreren am Umfang angeordneten Greiferanordnungen 4, die
sich über wenigstens annähernd die Breite des eine Drehachse 8
aufweisenden Förderrotors 3 erstrecken, wobei eine Greiferanordnung
üblicherweise aus zwei auf die Breite des Förderrotors
3 verteilte Greifvorrichtungen 5 besteht, die einen ersten
Greiferarm 6 und einen in Drehrichtung D des Förderrotors
3 nachlaufenden zweiten Greiferarm 7 aufweisen. Beide Greiferarme
6, 7 sind an einer Welle 9, um deren Achse 10 schwenkbar
angeordnet und durch Steuermittel (nicht ersichtlich) in eine
Offen- oder Schliesstellung steuerbar.
Etwa oberhalb des Förderrotors 3 befindet sich ein Magazin 11,
in welchem aneinandergereiht bzw. stapelförmig angeordnet
Druckbogen 2 gelagert sind, die auf einem Magazinboden 12 und
gegenüberliegend gesteuerten Rückhalteklinken 13 an- resp.
aufliegen. Gemäss Fig. 1 stehen die Druckbogen 2 mit ihrem
Falz auf der Seitenwand 14 des Magazins 11.
Unterhalb des Magazinbodens 12 ist eine mit den Rückhalteklinken
13 im Takt der Fördertrommel 3 zusammenwirkende Trennvorrichtung
15 angeordnet, die den ihr zugewandten untersten
Druckbogen 2 bei zurückgezogenen Rückhalteklinken 13 vom Stapel
der Druckbogen 2 teilweise abhebt.
Dies erfolgt in der dargestellen Vorrichtung 1 durch eine
schwenkbare Saugvorrichtung 16, die an eine nicht gezeichnete
Vakuumquelle angeschlossen ist.
Die Ausbildung und die Funktionsweise der eben aufgeführten
wichtigen Elemente der Vorrichtung 1 werden anschliessend anhand
der Fig. 1 bis 6, die Arbeitsschritte beim Vereinzeln von
Druckbogen mittels Anleger zeigen, näher erklärt.
In Fig. 1 befindet sich eine Greifvorrichtung 4 in geöffnetem
Zustand auf dem Weg zum Uebergabebereich der Druckbogen 2 an
den Förderrotor 3. Die freien Enden der in die Offenstellung
versetzten Greiferarme 6, 7 der Greifvorrichtung 4 verlaufen
über Bahnen 16, 17, die von einer kreisförmigen Rotationsbewegung
abweichen, von dem Zeitpunkt, da sie geöffnet werden bis
zur Entnahme des erfassten Druckbogens 2 aus dem Magazin 11.
Weiter zeigt Fig. 1 die Situation, in der die Rückhalteklinke
13 durch eine Schwenkbewegung vom ersten Druckbogen 2 entfernt
und die Saugvorrichtungen 18 im Begriff sind, einen oder mehrere
Saugköpfe 19 im Kantenbereich des Druckbogens 2 auf diesen
aufzusetzten.
Die Schwenkachse 23 der Saugvorrichtungen 18 liegt etwa an der
Stelle, wo der Magazinboden 12 unterhalb des abzuziehenden
Druckbogens 2 endet und sie erstreckt sich quer zur Förderrichtung
der abzuziehenden Druckbogen 2. An einer in der
Schwenkachse 23 liegenden schwenkbaren Welle 24 ist die Saugvorrichtung
18 befestigt, deren Saugköpfe 19 jeweils mittels
Schlauch 21 (strichpunktierte Linie) an eine parallel zur
Schwenkachse 23 verlaufende Vakuumleitung 20 angeschlossen
sind. Die Saugköpfe 19 wiederum sind durch jeweils einen
Schwenkarm 22 mit der Welle 24 verbunden.
Der Magazinboden 12 endet etwa im Bereich der Schwenkachse 23
durch eine die Druckbogen 2 schonende, abgekröpfte Kante, um
die bei der Entnahme ein von der Trennvorrichtung 15 erfasster
Druckbogen 2 gezogen wird. Der im Bereich der Schwenkachse 23
endende Magazinboden 12 bildet einen breiten Zugang für die
Saugvorrichtungen 18 zu den abzuziehenden Druckbogen 2 im Magazin

des Förderrotors 3 nach aussen verlässt, um sich in die
Schliesssposition zu begeben. Es wäre entgegen der Darstellung
in Fig. 2 denkbar, die Greifvorrichtung 5 und deren Steuerung
so auszubilden, dass der erste Geiferarm 6 die Flugbahn des

Druckbogenabschnitt bis zum Magazinbodenende hin eine weitgehend
gestreckte Ebene, die sich bis zum Verlassen des Magazins
11 über den ganzen Druckbogen 2 ausdehnt. Dadurch kann
der Druckbogen 2 schadlos unter dem Stapel hervorgezogen werden.
Ergänzend ist festzuhalten, dass die Schliessposition der
Greiferanordnung 4 resp. Greifvorrichtungeen 5 in Drehrichtung
D des Förderrotors 3 betrachtet etwa im Näherungsbereich hinter
einer durch die Verbindung der Auslenkachse 27 des abzuziehenden
Druckbogens 2 resp. der Schwenkachse 23 der Saugvorrichtung
18 und der Drehachse 8 des Förderrotos 3 gebildeten
Ebene liegt.
Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Druckbogenformate und -qualitäten
kann die Geometrie zwischen den zusammenwirkenden Organen,
Greifvorrichtung, Trennvorrichtung, Magazinboden und Magazin
verändert werden, um eine optimale Uebergabe der Druckbogen 2
an den Förderrotor 3 gewährleisten zu können. Diese Verstell-
und Einstellbarkeit ist für den Uebergabebereich vorgesehen,
