Claims (31)
- Schließsystem (4) für Möbel, insbesondere für Büromöbel oder Werkstattmöbel, mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Möbelelement (2, 102, 202, 302; 3, 103, 203, 303), die relativ zueinander beweglich und in eine geöffnete Position und eine geschlossene Position überführbar sind, umfassendeine Riegeleinheit (6, 106, 206, 306, 406),die mit dem ersten Möbelelement (2, 102, 202, 302) des Möbels verbindbar ist unddie einen Riegel (24, 124, 424) aufweist, sowieeine Schließeinheit (5, 105, 205, 305, 405),die mit dem zweiten Möbelelement (3, 103, 203, 303) des Möbels verbindbar ist unddie ein fernsteuerbares Sicherungselement (10, 410) aufweist, das ein Gehäuse (14, 414) und einen Schließkolben (15, 415) umfaßt, der zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Löseposition und einer aus dem Gehäuse (14, 414) ausgeschobenen Schließposition, in welcher er mit dem Riegel (24, 124, 242) haltend zusammenwirkt, verstellbar ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließeinheit mechanisch wirkende Sperrmittel (18, 118, 418) zum Sperren des Schließkolbens (15) in der zurückgezogenen Löseposition gegen Verlagerung in die ausgeschobene Schließposition umfaßt, welche bei Überführung der Möbelelemente (2, 102, 202, 302; 3, 103, 203, 303) in die geschlossene Position durch den Riegel (24, 124, 424) der Riegeleinheit (6, 106, 206, 306) deaktivierbar sind,wobei die Sperrmittel zwischen einer Sperrstellung, in der sie den Schließkolben (15, 415) sperren, und einer Freigabestellung, in der sie den Schließkolben (15, 415) freigeben, verstellbar sind, undwobei das Sicherungselement (10, 410) lediglich bei sich zueinander in der geschlossenen Position befindlichen Möbelelementen (2, 102, 202, 302; 3, 103, 203, 303) in eine den Riegel (24, 124, 424) haltende Schließposition überführbar ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichet,
daß das Sicherungselement (10, 410) als Hubmagnet gestaltet ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmittel (18, 118) durch eine federnde Zunge dargestellt sind, die zwischen einer entspannten Stellung, in der sie den Schließkolben (15) sperrt, und einer beaufschlagten Stellung, in der sie den Schließkolben (15) freigibt, verstellbar ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24, 124) eine Stellfläche (28) aufweist, von der die Zunge bei geschlossener Position der beiden Möbelelemente (2, 102, 202, 302; 3, 103, 203, 303) in der beaufschlagten Stellung gehalten ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmittel (415) durch einen Sperrhebel (418) dargestellt sind, der zwischen einer Sperrstellung, in der der Schließkolben gesperrt ist, und einer Freigabestellung, in der der Schließkolben freigegeben ist, schwenkbar ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (424) eine Stellfläche (428) aufweist, mit der der Sperrhebel (418) in die Freigabestellung überführt und in dieser gehalten werden kann. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (424) eine Ausnehmung (425) aufweist, in die ein Resthebel (426), der schwenkbar in der Schließeinheit (405) angeordnet ist, in einer Rastposition einrastbar ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rasthebel (426) von einer Feder (439) in Richtung zur Rastposition beaufschlagt ist. - Schließsystem nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließeinheit (5, 105, 205, 305, 405) einen Sensor (12, 412) zum Registrieren der Position des Schließkolbens aufweist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließeinheit (5, 105, 205, 305, 405)ein Lager (11, 411) zur Aufnahme des Sicherungselementes (10, 410),eine Platine (13, 413) zum Anschließen des Sicherungselementes (10, 410) und des Sensors (12, 412) sowieein Gehäuse (7) zur Aufnahme der genannten Bauteile (11, 12, 13, 411, 412, 413) umfaßt. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24, 124) eine Ausnehmung (25) besitzt, die zu einer Rastnase (26) des Gehäuses (7) einrastbar ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24, 124) federnd ausgebildet ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24, 124) von Federmitteln (31) beaufschlagt ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel (24, 124) durch den sich in der Schließposition befindlichen Schließkolben (15) gegen Verlagerung verriegelt ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (11, 411)eine Wandung (16, 416), die das Sicherungselement (10, 110, 410) umgibt,einen Durchbruch (17, 417) in der Wandung (16, 416), der das Hindurchtreten des Schließkolbens (15, 415) von der zurückgezogenen Löseposition in die ausgeschobene Schließposition ermöglicht, sowiedie Mittel (18, 118, 418) zum Sperren des Schließkolbens(15, 415) umfaßt. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (12, 412) mit dem Lager (11, 411) verbunden und benachbart zum Durchbruch (17, 417) angeordnet ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (12) mit einer Signaleinheit (20) zur Erzeugung eines akustischen oder optischen Signals verbunden ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (11, 411) inklusive Sicherungselement (15, 415) und Sensor (12, 412) auf der Platine (13, 413) festgelegt und über diese mit dem Gehäuse (14, 414) lösbar verbunden sind. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und einen Gehäusedeckel (9, 409) und einen Gehäuserahmen (8, 408) mit einem Hohlraum aufweist, wobei in montiertem Zustand des Schließsystems (4, 104, 204, 304, 404) das Lager (11, 411), das Sicherungselement (15, 415), der Sensor (12, 412) und die Platine (13, 413) in dem Hohlraum des Gehäuserahmens (8, 408) und vom Gehäusedeckel (9, 409) verschlossen angeordnet sind, wobei ferner der Gehäuserahmen (8, 408) einen Durchbruch hat, durch den ein elektrisches Kabel (22, 422) aus dem Hohlraum herausführbar ist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) eine Bohrung (30) hat und
daß die Riegeleinheit (6, 106, 206, 306) einen Bolzen (29) aufweist, der in die Bohrung (30) beim Schließen der beiden Möbelelemente (2, 102, 202, 302; 3, 103, 203, 303) eintritt. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (29) an seinem Ende konisch ausgebildet ist. - Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließsystem (4) eine Steuereinheit (23) aufweist, welche die Bewegung des Schließkolbens (15) von der zurückgezogenen Löse- in die ausgeschobene Schließposition und umgekehrt veranlaßt. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (23) eine Zeitschaltuhr umfaßt. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (23) einen Sender (33) und einen Empfänger (32) aufweist, wobei der Empfänger (32) der Schließeinheit (5, 105, 205, 305) zugeordnet ist und zum Schalten des Schließkolbens (15) Befehle von dem Sender (33) empfangen kann. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Schließeinheiten (5, 105, 205, 305) gemeinsam mittels einer Steuereinheit (23) steuerbar sind. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sender (33) und der Empfänger (32) auf der Basis von Funk- oder Infrarotwellen miteinander kommunizieren. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (23) Mittel zum Überprüfen der Berechtigung zum Schalten des Schließkolbens (15) aufweist. - Schließsystem nach Anspruch 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Überprüfen der Berechtigung durch ein Magnetkartenlesegerät, ein Chipkartenlesegerät, ein Tastenfeld oder einen Fingerabdrucksensor dargestellt sind. - Möbel mit einem Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Möbelelement (2, 102, 202) in Form einer Schiebetür, einer Drehtür oder einer Falttür und daß das zweite Möbelelement (3, 103, 203) in Form eines Korpus gestaltet ist. - Möbel mit einem Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das zweite Möbelelement (302; 303) in Form von Rolladen- oder Falttüren gestaltet sind. - Möbel nach einem der Ansprüche 29 oder 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses mehrere erste Möbelelemente und dazu passend mehrere zweite Möbelelemente aufweist, wobei jedem Paar von ersten und zweiten Möbelelementen ein Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28 zugeordnet ist.
