Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'alimentation de titres en bande continue pour dispositif de traitement de titres, du type comprenant au moins un premier bac (BA1) disposé sensiblement horizontalement et contenant une première bande continue de titres (BN1), délimités chacun par des lignes d'affaiblissement, et rangés en paravent dans ledit premier bac (BA1), et une première sortie (S1) destinée à alimenter le dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS), le dispositif comprenant en outre au moins un premier organe de renvoi et. de guidage (OR1), propre à définir un premier chemin amont (CV1) allant du premier bac (BA1) jusqu'au premier organe (OR1) et un premier chemin aval (CH1) allant du premier organe (OR1) jusqu'à la première sortie (S1), caractérisé en ce que le premier chemin amont est sensiblement vertical et le premier chemin aval est sensiblement horizontal les premiers chemins amont et aval formant entre eux un angle sensiblement droit à un premier emplacement (E1), et en ce que la première bande (BN1) est pliée au voisinage du premier emplacement (E1) selon les lignes d'affaiblissement de deux titres adjacents, lorsque ladite première bande (BN1) est au repos.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR1) est un galet fou, cylindrique, de largeur sensiblement supérieure à celle de la première bande (BN1), et d'axe de rotation (X1) sensiblement horizontal.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers chemins horizontal et vertical (CH1 et CV1) sont en outre au moins partiellement délimités par des premiers moyens déflecteurs (30,32,34) de largeur inférieure à celle de la première bande de titres (BN1) et ayant deux parties sensiblement parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance choisie, les premiers moyens déflecteurs ayant une forme adaptée pour guider la première bande (BN1) dans le sens allant du premier bac (BA1) vers la première sortie (Si) ainsi que dans le sens allant de la première sortie (S1) vers le premier bac (BA1), et en ce que le premier organe (OR1) joue aussi le rôle de déflecteur au premier emplacement (E1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un second bac (BA2) disposé sensiblement horizontalement, à proximité du premier bac, et contenant une seconde bande en continu de titres (BN2), délimités chacun par des lignes d'affaiblissement (AF), et rangés en paravent dans ledit second bac (BA2), une seconde sortie (S2) disposée au dessus du second bac (BA2), à proximité et dans le même plan vertical (V1) que la première sortie (S1), et destinée à alimenter le dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS), un second organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR2), propre à définir un second chemin sensiblement vertical (CV2), allant du second bac (BA2) jusqu'au second organe (OR2) et un second chemin sensiblement horizontal (CH2), allant du second organe (OR2) jusqu'à la seconde sortie (S2), les seconds chemins vertical (CV2) et horizontal (CH2) formant entre eux un angle sensiblement droit à un second emplacement (E2), et en ce que la seconde bande (BN2) est pliée au voisinage du second emplacement (E2) selon les lignes d'affaiblissement de deux titres adjacents, lorsque la seconde bande (BN2) est au repos.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le second organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR2) est un galet fou, cylindrique, de largeur sensiblement supérieure à celle de la seconde bande (BN2) et d'axe de rotation (X2) sensiblement horizontal.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les premier et second emplacements (E1 et E2) sont non coplanaires horizontalement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les seconds chemins horizontal et vertical (CH2 et CV2) sont en outre au moins partiellement délimités par des seconds moyens déflecteurs (32, 36, 38), de largeur inférieure à celle de la seconde bande de titres (BN2) et ayant deux parties sensiblement parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance choisie, les seconds moyens déflecteurs ayant une forme adaptée pour guider la seconde bande (BN2) dans le sens allant du second bac (BA2) vers la seconde sortie (S2) ainsi que dans le sens allant de la seconde sortie (S2) vers le second bac (BA2), et en ce que le second organe (OR2) joue aussi le rôle de déflecteur au second emplacement (E2).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un troisième bac (BA3), disposé sensiblement horizontalement à proximité des premier et deuxième bacs (BA2 et BA3) et contenant une troisième bande (BN3) en continu de titres, délimités chacun par des lignes d'affaiblissement, et rangés en paravent dans ledit troisième bac (BA3), et une troisième sortie (S3) disposée dans le même plan vertical (V1) que celui des première et seconde sorties (Si et S2), et destinée à alimenter le dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS), un troisième organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR3), propre à définir un troisième chemin sensiblement vertical (CV3), allant du troisième bac (BA3) jusqu'au troisième organe (OR3) et un troisième chemin sensiblement horizontal (CH3), allant du troisième organe (OR3) jusqu'à la troisième sortie (S3), les troisièmes chemins vertical et horizontal formant entre eux un angle sensiblement droit à un troisième emplacement (E3), et en ce que la troisième bande (BN3) est pliée au voisinage du troisième emplacement (E3), selon les lignes d'affaiblissement de deux titres adjacents, lorsque ladite troisième bande (BN3) est au repos.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le troisième organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR3) est un galet fou, cylindrique, de largeur sensiblement supérieure à celle de la troisième bande (BN3), et d'axe de rotation (X3) sensiblement horizontal.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 4 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les premier, second, et troisièmes emplacements (E1, E2, E3) sont non coplanaires horizontalement.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un quatrième organe de renvoi et de guidage (OR4), propre à définir un quatrième chemin sensiblement vertical (CV4) allant du troisième bac (BA3) jusqu'au quatrième organe (OR4) et un quatrième chemin sensiblement horizontal (CH4) allant du quatrième organe (OR4) jusqu'au troisième organe (OR3, les quatrièmes chemins vertical et horizontal (CV4 et CH4) formant un angle sensiblement droit à un quatrième emplacement E4, et en ce que la troisième bande (BA3) est pliée au voisinage du quatrième emplacement (E4) selon les lignes d'affaiblissement de deux titres adjacents, lorsque ladite troisième bande (BN3) est au repos.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les troisièmes chemins horizontal et vertical (CH3 et CV3) ainsi que les quatrièmes chemins horizontal et vertical (CH4 et CV4) sont en outre au moins partiellement délimités par des troisièmes et quatrièmes moyens déflecteurs plans, de largeur inférieure à celle de la troisième bande de titres (BN3) et ayant deux parties sensiblement parallèles et espacées les unes des autres d'une distance choisie, les troisièmes et quatrièmes moyens déflecteurs ayant une forme adaptée pour guider la troisième bande (BN3) dans le sens allant du troisième bac (BA3) vers la troisième sortie (S3) ainsi que dans le sens allant de la troisième sortie (S3) vers le troisième bac (BA3), et en ce que les troisième et quatrième organes (OR3 et OR4) jouent aussi le rôle de déflecteur au troisième et quatrième emplacements (E3 et E4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation est mobile en translation et dans lequel le dispositif de traitement de tires (DIS) est solidaire du dispositif de distribution, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un mécanisme de mise en tension et de rangement d'au moins un câble d'alimentation électrique et/ou de communication (101) ayant une extrémité (100) destinée à être reliée à un point fixe (102) et une autre extrémité (104) destinée à être reliée au dispositif de traitement de titres (DIS), le mécanisme comprenant des moyens à rappel élastique (110) dont l'une des extrémités (114) est accrochée au câble (101) et dont l'autre extrémité (112) est solidaire du dispositif d'alimentation et propre à se détendre en réponse à une translation d'éloignement du dispositif d'alimentation par rapport au point fixe (102) et propre à se tendre en réponse à un mouvement de rapprochement du dispositif d'alimentation par rapport au point fixe (102).
