Abstract
Description
- daß die Einheit aus vier zu einem Sternvierer miteinander verseilten Adern besteht,
- daß über den Adern ein Schirm aus einer beidseitig mit Aluminium beschichteten Kunststoff-Folie angeordnet ist,
- daß um den Schirm verzinnte Kupferdrähte mit der Funktion eines Schutzleiters herumverseilt sind und
- daß über den verzinnten Kupferdrähten ein aus Isoliermaterial bestehender Mantel angebracht ist.
Claims (11)
- Elektrische Installationsleitung, in welcher aus isolierten elektrischen Leitern bestehende, der Stromführung dienende Adern zu einer Einheit zusammengefaßt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Einheit aus vier zu einem Sternvierer miteinander verseilten Adern (A) besteht,daß über den Adern (A) ein Schirm (3) aus einer beidseitig mit Aluminium beschichteten Kunststoff-Folie (8) angeordnet ist,daß um den Schirm (3) verzinnte Kupferdrähte mit der Funktion eines Schutzleiters (4) herumverseilt sind unddaß über den verzinnten Kupferdrähten (4) ein aus Isoliermaterial bestehender Mantel (5) angebracht ist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierung (2) der Adern (A) eine innere Schicht (6) aus einem vernetzten Polyolefin und eine äußere Schicht (7) aus einem geschäumten, ebenfalls vernetzten Polyolefin aufweist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adern (A) mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung miteinander verseilt sind.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoff-Folie (8) des Schirms (3) längseinlaufend, mit in Längsrichtung verlaufender Überlappung aufgebracht ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verzinnten Kupferdrähte mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung verseilt sind.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verzinnten Kupferdrähte in zwei Lagen übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den Adern (A) eine Kunststoff-Folie (13) längseinlaufend mit Überlappung angeordnet ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die Adern (A) ein Innenmantel (12) herum extrudiert ist.
- Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den verzinnten Kupferdrähten eine Bewicklung (15) angebracht ist.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewicklung (15) aus einer Kunststoff-Folie besteht.
- Leitung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewicklung (15) aus einem Faservlies besteht.
