Definitions
- the present invention relates to a high-frequency power cable with a strand of electrically conductive individual wires and a jacket surrounding the individual wires as a conductor, each individual wire carries an insulating lacquer layer.
- High-frequency currents are used in particular in high-frequency technology, in which high-frequency currents are used for signal transmission.
- coaxial cables which have an inner conductor made of wire or stranded wire and an outer conductor made of a mesh.
- a cable with an inner conductor made of stranded wire is known, for example, from the Swiss patent CH 205040 known.
- the cable disclosed in the patent is suitable for transmitting powers of more than 100 kW at high voltages.
- high-frequency (HF) wires are also used in which the individual wires are insulated from one another by a layer of varnish, although they lead to the same potential. This can reduce or eliminate the effect of the skin effect. The total cross section of the conductor used for the current transport can thereby be increased.
- coaxial cables have been described with rigid conductors having a rigid inner conductor and a tube as the outer conductor.
- the invention has for its object to propose a high-frequency energy cable, with the currents of 300 A to 1500 A possible Streufeldarm and low loss can be transmitted.
- the high-frequency power cable has at least one pair of leads from which a stranded conductor and a stranded wire can be used as the return conductor and that the forward conductor and the return conductor of the stranded pair are bundled parallel to one another.
- the strands of a strand pair are laid parallel.
- the return and return conductors are brought together as closely as possible.
- a plurality preferably a maximum of four pairs of strands can be bundled.
- the bundle is preferably constructed so that it has a circular cross section as possible.
- the heat generated in the strands may no longer be dissipated optimally and / or the proximity effect will become stronger again.
- the forward conductors and return conductors are preferably connected to one another in an electrically conductive manner at the ends of the high-frequency energy cable according to the invention.
- cable lugs are used which are soldered and / or pressed. It is particularly advantageous if all individual wires are included in this connection, since otherwise reduces the available for the conduction of the current cross-section.
- a fabric hose is used as a mechanical protection.
- the fabric hose prevents damage to the insulation.
- the tube is preferably coarse mesh to allow ventilation to cool the strands.
- the strands can have 2000 to 4000 individual wires.
- the individual wires of the strands can have a cross section of 0.0157 mm 2 .
- the individual wires of the strands can be twisted and / or knotted.
- the cable is preferably designed for a current of 1 A to 1500 A.
- the rated current results in a mean current density of up to 8 A / mm 2 .
- a current conducted through the cable may have a frequency of 1 Hz to 150 kHz.
- the high-frequency cable 1 has eight high-frequency strands 2, 3, 2 ', 3', 2 “, 3", 2 “', 3”' on the strand pairs 2, 3; 2 ', 3'; 2 ", 3”; 2 “', 3”' are summarized.
- the high frequency strand consists of many individual wires 22 (eg 4000) insulated with varnish and braided so that each wire 22 covers each position in the strand 2, 3, 2 ', 3', 2 ", 3", 2 "'.
- the current-carrying area is increased to counteract the negative effects of the skin effect and proximity effect
- the stranded pairs 2, 3; 2 ', 3'; 2 ", 3"; 2 "', 3”' each comprise a strand, which is provided as a lead 2, 2 ', 2 ", 2"' and a stranded wire, which is provided as a return conductor 3, 3 ', 3 ", 3"'.
- the forward conductor and the return conductor of a stranded pair are parallel to each other and as close to each other as possible, so that no large stray fields form and the resulting losses remain small.
- the strands 2, 3, 2 ', 3', 2 ", 3", 2 “', 3”' are retracted into a coarse-meshed fabric tube, on the one hand a mechanical protection of the strands 2, 3, 2 ', 3', 2 “, 3", 2 “', 3”', in particular the sheaths 21 of the strands 2, 3, 2 ', 3', 2 ", 3", 2 "', 3”' and on the other hand by the mesh sufficient Draft allows for cooling the live parts.
- Fabric tube 4 of the cable 1 are the four pairs of leads 2, 3; 2 ', 3'; 2 ", 3"; 2 ''', 3 "' bundled as possible.

Abstract
