- Armoured vehicle, in particular a combat vehicle having an elevatable platform for holding a weapon and/or an observation instrument, said vehicle having a rocker (1) which can be pivoted, about a horizontal axis of pivoting (A1) integral with the vehicle, with a predetermined angle of pivoting from a pivoted-up position into a lowered position and back, characterised in that the upper side of the rocker extends horizontally when in the pivoted-up position and there is arranged on said rocker, in a manner pivotable in azimuth, a mounting (2) for a weapon (3) and/or an observation instrument (4), and said vehicle has a driving device for the pivoting movement of the rocker (1), which driving device has a screw spindle (5) which can be driven by a motor and is arranged in the region below said rocker (1), said screw spindle (5) lying in a vertical plane, to which the horizontal axis of pivoting (A1) of the rocker (1) extends at a right angle, and the spindle nut (5.1) being connected, via a first joint (6.1), a thrust rod (7) and a second joint (6.2), to a point P1 on the rocker (1), which point lies at a predetermined distance from the axis of pivoting (A1), and there extending, parallel to the screw spindle (5), a linear guide (8) which is fixedly connected to the vehicle and on which the spindle nut (5.1) and/or the thrust rod (7) is/are guided in the region of that end of said thrust rod which is connected to the spindle nut.
- Vehicle according to claim 1, characterised in that the thrust rod (7) is of fork-shaped construction and acts on the rocker (1) on both sides.
- Vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the weapon (3) and/or the observation instrument (4) is/are arranged on the mounting (2) in a manner pivotable in elevation.
- Vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the screw spindle (5) additionally has an apparatus (5.3) for manual drive purposes.
- Vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the vertical plane of pivoting of the rocker (1) is arranged in, or parallel to, the vertical longitudinal central plane (L1) of the vehicle.
- Vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the vertical plane of pivoting of the rocker (1') is arranged transversely to the vertical longitudinal central plane (L2) of the vehicle.
- Vehicle according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the platform is arranged in the region of an opening (10.1, 10.1') in the upper side of the vehicle in such a way that at least parts of the platform lie in the interior of the vehicle when the rocker (1, 1') is in the lowered position.
- Vehicle according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the platform is arranged on a lower-lying part (10') of the vehicle body.
- Vehicle according to one of claims 7 or 8, characterised in that the arrangement of the platform is such that, when the rocker (1') is in the lowered condition, the weapon (3') and/or the observation instrument (4') lies/lie inside the contour of the vehicle.
