- Dispositif d'approvisionnement en papier (1), en particulier, pour une ligne de fabrication de carton, ce dispositif comportant deux dévidoirs (2, 3) disposés parallèlement, l'un derrière l'autre, et portant chacun une bobine de papier (4, 5), dont une première bobine est en travail et une seconde bobine est en réserve, ces dévidoirs étant mis en service alternativement pour assurer un approvisionnement continu de la ligne de fabrication, ce dispositif comportant également des moyens d'entraínement des dévidoirs (25), des moyens de détection de la fin de bande de la bobine en travail et des moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) de la fin de bande de la bobine en travail avec le début de bande de la bobine en réserve, lesdits moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) étant disposés entre les deux dévidoirs (2, 3), parallèlement à eux, et comportant deux rouleaux de détour (60, 61), parallèles et écartés d'un intervalle fixe prédéterminé, ces rouleaux de détour s'étendant au moins sur toute la laize desdites bobines et étant agencés pour recevoir entre eux ladite bande de papier correspondant à la bobine en travail, ces rouleaux de détour étant montés librement en rotation sur au moins une platine (62) commune et entraínés en rotation autour de leur axe par ladite bande de papier en défilement, ladite platine étant elle-même montée en rotation autour d'un axe, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) comportent un chariot (63) portant ladite platine (62) autour d'un axe fixe et agencé pour placer alternativement lesdits rouleaux de détour (60, 61) dans une première position de raccord puis dans une seconde position de raccord correspondant respectivement à la bobine qui est en travail, ce chariot (63) étant mobile en translation dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe des bobines de manière à amener un des rouleaux de détour en appui contre ladite bobine en travail dans lesdites positions de raccord, ces moyens d'assemblage automatique comportant également des moyens d'entraínement (64) de ladite platine et des moyens d'entraínement (66) dudit chariot.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement (64) de ladite platine (62) comportent au moins un moteur (71) et une transmission mécanique entre l'arbre moteur et la platine (62), et sont agencés pour la faire tourner alternativement sur un secteur angulaire inférieur à 360°, les limites de ce secteur angulaire correspondant aux deux positions de raccord desdits rouleaux de détour.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit secteur angulaire est compris entre 250 et 290° et de préférence égal à 270°.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) comportent au moins deux rails (72) parallèles fixés au sol perpendiculairement à l'axe desdites bobines, les deux rails étant distants d'un intervalle au moins égal à la laize des bobines, les rails étant pourvus chacun d'une crémaillère (77), en ce que le chariot (63) comporte au moins une poutre motrice (73) s'étendant entre les deux rails et pourvue à chacune de ses extrémités d'un pignon (76) agencé pour engrener la crémaillère (77) du rail correspondant, et en ce que les moyens d'entraínement (66) du chariot (63) mobile comportent au moins un moteur (74) et une transmission mécanique (75) couplée à ladite poutre motrice (73).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte au moins un châssis (20) fixé au sol, une plate-forme (21, 22) montée sur ledit châssis et deux paires de rouleaux d'entraínement (23, 24) parallèles à l'axe de la bobine, les deux paires étant alignées et agencées pour porter ladite bobine de papier et en ce que les moyens d'entraínement (25) des dévidoirs comportent un moteur (26) et une transmission mécanique (27-30) entre l'arbre moteur et un des rouleaux d'entraínement (23), les autres rouleaux d'entraínement (24) étant entraínés par ladite bobine en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte deux plates-formes (21, 22) portant chacune une paire de rouleaux d'entraínement (23, 24), les deux plates-formes étant mobiles en translation symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian A dudit dispositif, cet axe médian étant perpendiculaire à l'axe des bobines, pour ajuster l'intervalle existant entre les deux paires de rouleaux à la laize de ladite bobine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (20) de chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte deux profilés (31) parallèles entre eux et à l'axe des bobines, au moins un profilé portant une crémaillère (36), et en ce que les plates-formes (21, 22) comportent au moins deux patins (38) destinés à coulisser sur ou dans lesdits profilés et au moins un moteur (33) entraínant un pignon (35) destiné à engrener ladite crémaillère (36), le moteur (33) étant un moteur pas à pas.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte deux butées (39) verticales tournantes disposées chacune entre deux rouleaux d'entraínement (23, 24) d'une même paire et agencées pour bloquer axialement ladite bobine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte un contrepoids (9) agencé pour exercer un effort sur ladite bobine en direction des rouleaux d'entraínement (23, 24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le contrepoids (9) comporte un bras (90) mobile en translation verticale le long d'un mât (92) fixe entre une position haute correspondant à une bobine pleine et une position basse correspondant à une bobine vide, ainsi que des moyens de relevage (93) automatique dudit bras, ce bras portant au moins deux galets (91) fous, parallèles entre eux et à l'axe de ladite bobine, ces galets fous étant agencés pour être en appui sur la bobine.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le bras (90) comporte quatre galets (91) fous, deux galets fous extérieurs agencés pour être en appui sur la bobine quand elle est pleine et deux galets fous intérieurs agencés pour être en appui sur la bobine quand elle est finie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de relevage (93) automatique du bras (90) comportent un vérin à double effet (94) commandé par une électrovanne (95).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection de fin de bande de la bobine en travail comportent au moins un détecteur de fin de course associé audit contrepoids (9) et agencé pour détecter la position dudit bras correspondant au diamètre minimum admissible de ladite bobine en travail autorisant le raccord de la fin de bande de cette bobine au début de bande de la bobine en réserve.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection de fin de bande de la bobine en travail sont agencés pour envoyer un signal aux moyens d'entraínement (25) du dévidoir correspondant à la bobine en réserve pour entraíner cette bobine en rotation, le début de bande de cette bobine portant un repère visuel et un filet de colle à froid s'étendant sur toute sa laize.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) comportent un détecteur de présence agencé pour détecter le repère visuel disposé sur la bobine en réserve entraínée en rotation, ce détecteur de présence étant agencé pour envoyer un signal à la fois aux moyens d'entraínement (66) du chariot (63) et aux moyens d'entraínement (64) de la platine (62), pour déplacer ledit chariot en direction de la bobine en réserve et pour placer lesdits rouleaux de détour de la première position de raccord à la seconde et inversement selon la bobine en travail.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage automatique (6) comportent au moins une lame de coupe (11) s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la laize desdites bobines, disposée sensiblement en dessous dudit chariot (63) et mobile en translation verticale entre une position basse en attente et une position haute en travail où elle coupe la fin de bande de la bobine en travail.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de chargement et de déchargement automatique (7, 8, 40) des bobines agencés pour évacuer les bobines vides et les remplacer par des bobines pleines.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que chaque dévidoir (2, 3) comporte, entre ses deux plates-formes (21, 22), un plateau (41) mobile en translation verticale entre une position basse en attente et une position haute en travail, ledit plateau comportant un chemin de roulement (43) composé de plusieurs rouleaux (44) motorisés parallèles entre eux et perpendiculaires à l'axe de la bobine, lesdits rouleaux étant entraínés en rotation par une motorisation et agencés pour porter et déplacer axialement ladite bobine quand le plateau est en position haute de manière à la mettre en place dans le dévidoir s'il s'agit d'une bobine pleine ou à l'évacuer du dévidoir s'il s'agit d'une bobine vide.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (41) comporte au moins deux vérins (45) verticaux à double effet agencés pour le déplacer de sa position basse à sa position haute et inversement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la motorisation comporte au moins un moteur et une transmission par pignon et chaíne ou poulie et courroie agencée pour entraíner lesdits rouleaux simultanément.
