Claims (10)
- Walzenschrämlader für die bergmännische Gewinnung im Strebbau, mit entlang einem Strebförderer (2) in Streblängsrichtung verfahrbaren Maschinenkörper (1) und mindestens zwei sich in ihrem Schneidprofil ergänzenden oder übertappenden Schneidwalzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schneidwalze mit parallel zum Hangenden (9) verlaufender Drehachse angeordnet ist und als Horizontalwalze (10) zum Freischneiden des Hangenden (9) dient und eine andere Schneidwalze mit senkrecht zum Liegenden (7) verlaufender Drehachse angeordnet ist und als Vertikalwalze (8) zum Schneiden des Liegenden (7) dient, wobei die Horizontalwalze (10) oberhalb und in Gewinnungsrichtung (x) vor der Vertikalwalze (8) angeordnet ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalwalze (10) und die Vertikalwalze (8) sowie deren Antriebsmotore (13, 18) und Getriebe an einer gemeinsamen Tragkonstruktion (5) befestigt sind.
- Walzenschrämlader nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalwalze (10) und/oder die Vertikalwalze (8) in bezug auf die Tragkonstruktion (5) in unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen montierbar sind.
- Walzenschrämlader nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (5) in ihrer Gesamtheit in bezug auf den Maschinenkörper (1) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Tragkonstruktion (5) um eine senkrecht zum Abbaustoß verlaufende Schwenkachse verschwenkbar an dem Maschinenkörper (1) gelagert ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalwalze (10) am freien Ende eines sich in Richtung der Gewinnungsfahrt erstreckenden Tragarmes (19) gelagert ist, der verschwenkbar an der gemeinsamen Tragkonstruktion (5) befestigt ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper der Vertikalwalze (8) mit radial verlaufenden Mitnehmerstegen (15) für den Quertransport des von der Horizontalwalze (10) gelösten Gewinnungsgutes versehen ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Richtung der Gewinnungsfahrt (x) hinter der Vertikalwalze (8) ein Räumpflug (14) vorgesehen ist, der das hinter der Vertikalwalze (8) verbleibende Gewinnungsgut auf den Strebförderer (2) schiebt.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in beiden Fahrtrichtungen je eine Horizontal- und Vertikalwalzenkombination vorgesehen ist.
- Walzenschrämlader nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Horizontalwalze (10) in bezug auf die Abbaufront (3) schräg abgewinkelt verläuft.
