Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sitting / lying furniture with a base part and a relative to the base part between a basic position and a pull-out movable extractable part.
  • Such a seat / reclining furniture can be transformed by extending and inserting the Ausctioneils of a chair, such as a sofa, in a reclining furniture, such as a bed, and back and is also referred to as a sofa bed.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a sitting / reclining furniture of the type mentioned in which the pull-out moves in the simplest possible way and can be transformed in particular with as few handles from a seat in a reclining furniture and back.
  • the pull-out is raised automatically when pulling out due to the height profile, so that the user only needs to pull the pull-out in the pull-out.
  • the automatic lifting of the pull-out part makes it possible, on the one hand, that the support fitting can be extended, which then takes over the support for the pull-out part which is made by the base part when the support fitting retracts.
  • the automatic lifting of the pull-out part makes it possible to easily form a lying surface in a height level corresponding to the seat height by moving the upper part into the lying position.
  • a significant advantage of the sitting / lying furniture according to the invention is that the seat surface and the lying surface are at least substantially at the same height and this is realized in a comparatively simple manner in that the pull-out is automatically raised when pulling out.
  • Another advantage of the sitting / lying furniture according to the invention is that the support fitting is extended only after lifting the pull-out and occupies a retracted rest position in the basic position of the seat / recliner. It can be realized in this way seating / reclining furniture, which have a relatively large ground clearance. This allows it in particular, to use the support fitting with differently designed sitting / lying furniture. In particular, all the furniture in a model series can be equipped with the same support fitting.
  • the height of the seat and the lying surface is about 42 cm.
  • the ground clearance is preferably about 120 mm.
  • the guide of the pull-out part on the base part can be realized in that the base part has at least one height-fixed guide element, in particular in a front area, on which the pull-out part rests when pulled out with a guide surface defining the height profile.
  • the guide member may be, for example, a guide roller, which consequently unwinds on the path defined by its guide surface when the extension part is pulled out.
  • a practical embodiment of the invention proposes to form the height profile approximately U-shaped, wherein preferably the last when pulling with the base part cooperating U-legs expires approximately horizontally. In this way, it can be achieved that the pull-out is first raised in accordance with the course of the U-leg initially cooperating with the base part and then lowered slightly, whereupon the pull-out part is supported on the bottom via the now extended support fitting.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the support fitting when removing and inserting the Pull-out by mechanical interaction with the base part is automatically retractable and retractable.
  • the support fitting is automatically extended in time to take over the support of the pull-out.
  • the support fitting preferably has at least one control lever articulated on the extension part, which interacts with the base part and over which at least one support lever of the support fitting articulated on the extension part can be pivoted.
  • the control lever thus serves to actuate the support lever.
  • the support lever and the control lever may be coupled to each other by at least one rigid connecting element, which is formed for example as a connecting rod or connecting strut.
  • control lever and the support lever are coupled to each other in such a way that they are pivotable only together and with opposite direction of rotation.
  • This can for example be realized in that a connecting rod or connecting strut on the control lever and support lever on different sides - based on the vertical direction - the pivot points of the control lever and the support lever engages the pull-out.
  • the bearing portion is thus held to the particular extension of the extension part on the base part, that the bearing portion can not move in the withdrawal direction. Since the control lever is hinged to the pull-out and the pull-out is moved when pulling out, the control lever is pivoted when pulling relative to the pullout.
  • the pivot axis extends at least approximately through the detained on the base part bearing portion of the control lever. The pivoting of the control lever relative to the pull-out causes the extension of the support bracket, i. of the over the control lever pivotable support lever.
  • the height profile is tuned to the pivoting movement of the control lever when pulling.
  • This tuning is preferably characterized by the fact that the pivoting of the control lever is carried out with a height-fixed bearing portion on the base part and the course of the height profile corresponds to the path that describes the point of articulation of the control lever during pivoting.
  • the base part has an opening in the withdrawal direction receptacle for the bearing portion.
  • This receptacle may for example be bounded by two vertically spaced, preferably plate-shaped receiving elements.
  • the bearing receptacle is preferably formed in such a way - for example, by a funnel-like configuration on its open in the pull-out direction - that when inserting the Ausforceeils the bearing portion of the control lever is securely captured by the recording. This ensures that the support fitting is retracted by further pivoting of the control lever relative to the pull-out in the predetermined manner back into the rest position with further insertion of the pull-out.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the control lever is simultaneously formed as a further support lever.
  • the control lever thereby fulfills a dual function, namely support on the one hand and actuation of another support lever on the other. It is preferably provided that the control lever supports the pull-out in the rear region, while the pure support lever provides support in the front area.
  • Another preferred variant of the invention proposes to bias the support fitting into the support position.
  • the support fitting for this purpose, for example, be provided between the pull-out and the support fitting arranged spring.
  • the extension of the support bracket in the support position is facilitated when you pull the pull-out in this way.
  • the base part and the pull-out part are spaced in the withdrawal direction, wherein an intermediate part is provided which is arranged in the extended position between the base part and the pull-out part and as a support for the upper part of the lying in the lying position Extractor serves. After reaching the extension position thus the upper part can be placed on the intermediate part.
  • a further preferred variant of the invention is characterized in that a head part is provided, which is arranged in the basic position of the pull-out behind a backrest and can be converted to a lying position to form a head portion of the lying surface.
  • the transfer of the head part can be done by a positively guided, combined pivot and translational movement.
  • the backrest can be pivoted upwards about an approximately horizontal axis extending in its upper region. This facilitates the removal and insertion of the pull-out and allows in particular the transfer of a stowable behind the backrest headboard in a lying position.
  • a backrest may be provided which can be brought into a lying position, in which the back of the backrest forms the head section of the lying surface.
  • the backrest can be designed such that it can be pivoted downwards about an approximately horizontal, extending in its lower region axis.
  • FIGS. 1a-1f The construction of the seat / reclining furniture according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1a-1f is explained essentially with reference to the enlarged illustration in FIG.
  • the reclining / reclining furniture comprises a base part 11 standing on the floor, to which a back part 12 is attached. On the back part 12, a padded backrest 57 is attached, which is pivotable about a horizontal axis 58 in its upper region. In addition, a head part 54 is provided, which is coupled via a positive guide 55, 56 with the back part 12. On the backrest 57 and the head part 54 will be discussed in more detail elsewhere.
  • the sitting / lying furniture further comprises an extension part 14.
  • the extension part 14 has a lower part 27 and a padded upper part 24. At the lower part 27 a described in more detail elsewhere support fitting 21, 22, 23 is attached.
  • an intermediate part 45 is disposed between the lower part 27 of the extension part 14 and the base part 11.
  • the side parts of both the lower part 27 and the base part 11 are provided on the inside with profiled rails 51, 52, on which guide members 48, 49 which are attached to the front end and the rear end of the intermediate part 45, are constrained.
  • the intermediate part 45 is provided with a slatted frame, not shown.
  • a height-fixed guide member 36 in the form of a roller is mounted in each case.
  • the rollers 36 cooperate with approximately U-shaped guide surfaces 17 which are formed on the side parts of the lower part 27 of the extension part 14.
  • the guide surfaces 17 are formed by forming corresponding recesses in the side parts of the extension part 14. With its guide surfaces 17, by which a height profile or a control curve is defined, the pull-out part 14 rests on the rollers 36 of the base part 11. The distance of the pull-14 from the floor is thus dependent on the extension of the pull-14.
  • the attached to the lower part 27 support fitting comprises two control lever 21, two support lever 22 and two connecting rods 23.
  • the control lever 21 are arranged in the rear, the support lever 22 in the front region of the lower part 27.
  • the control lever 21 are simultaneously support lever and perform a dual function, as will be explained in more detail below.
  • control levers 21 and support levers 22 are respectively articulated at articulation points 21a, 22a to the side parts of the lower part 27 of the extension part 14.
  • the two control levers 21 and the two support levers extend 22 each parallel to each other, wherein they are rigidly interconnected by a cross bar, not shown.
  • a further crossbar 28 is provided, on which the user can engage to further extend the pull-out part 14.
  • control lever 21 and support lever 22 are each provided with a roller 25, 26.
  • the pull-out 14 is thus extended when the support fitting a car that rolls when pulled out and pushed on the floor .. -
  • the control levers 21 are respectively provided in the vicinity of their free end with a rearwardly projecting bearing arm 40 which carries at its free end a bearing portion in the form of a roller 39. About the bearing portions 39, the control lever 21 cooperate with bearing receivers 42.
  • the bearing receivers 42 are each bounded by two vertically spaced, plate-shaped receiving elements and forward, ie in the pull-out, open. Furthermore, the bearing receptacles 42 on a common, extending between the side parts of the base part 11 Cross strut mounted below the defined by the undersides of the side parts of the base part 11 height levels.
  • a tension spring 29 shown only in Fig. 3 coupled in such a way that the tension springs 29 are stretched with retracted support fitting, so that the control lever 21 are biased out of its rest position in the support position.
  • the extension of the extension part 14 is facilitated by the biasing springs 29 in this way.
  • the front support lever 22 are also each connected via a detent fitting, not shown, with the lower part 27, which ensures a locking of the support lever 22 in the fully extended support position. By this backup inadvertent folding of the support lever 22 is prevented and increases the stability of the furniture in the lying position.
  • the base part 11, the intermediate part 45 and the extension part 14 are interleaved in that the intermediate part 45 is arranged between the side parts of the extension part 14, which in turn is positioned between the side parts of the base part 11.
  • the bearing portions 39 of the control lever 21 are located in the bearing mounts 42 of the base member 11.
  • the backrest 57 is pivoted downward and the head portion 54 is hidden from the outside invisible in the space between the backrest 57 and the back part 12.
  • the backrest 57 In order to transform the seating into a reclining furniture, first the backrest 57 is pivoted about the axis 58 upwards. In this position, the backrest 57 is held by a gas spring assembly 59.
  • the pull-out 14 is pulled forward and immediately raised automatically according to the predetermined by the guide surfaces 17 height profile, since the lower part 27 rolls with its guide surfaces 17 on the rollers 36 of the base member 11.
  • the bearing sections 39 of the control levers 21 are located in the bearing receptacles 42 and are thus fixed in height.
  • the bearing portions 39 are prevented from translational movement in the withdrawal direction from the bearing receptacles 42 out.
  • This fixation of the bearing portions 39 in the bearing receivers 42 is achieved on the one hand by friction between the bearing portions 39 and the bearing receptacles 42 forming receiving elements and the other by the aforementioned biasing springs 29 which press the control lever 21 with the bearing portions 39 in the bearing receivers 42.
  • control levers 21 are pivoted relative to the pull-out part 14.
  • the pivoting movements of the control lever 21 are made possible by the automatic lifting of the pull-out part 14 whose guide surfaces 17 have a course that is precisely matched to the tracks which describe the articulation points 21a of the control lever 21 on the extension part 14 during pivoting of the control lever 21.
  • the swinging out of its rest position control lever 21 provide via the connecting rods 23 for pivoting and the front support lever 22, in the opposite direction of rotation, as indicated in Fig. 1b by the arrows. • the pull-out member 14 has reached its maximum height, being above the target level of Figs. 1d-1f.
  • Die_Steuerhebel 21 and the support lever 22 can easily be fully extended so far that they can take over a vertical extent beyond the inclined relative to the vertical position shown in FIG. 1d - 1f, before they touch with their rollers 25, 26 the ground, what then takes place automatically on further extension, when the rollers 36 of the base member 11 cooperate with the rear U-legs of the guide surfaces 17.
  • the defined by the guide surfaces 17 height profile of the extension part 14 is thus matched to the extension movement of the support fitting, that the control lever 21 and the support lever 22 with their rollers 25, 26 touch the ground after they are fully extended. From this point on, the control levers 21 and the support levers 22 take over the support of the extension part 14 on the ground.
  • the tension springs 29 (see Fig. 3) are relaxed in this extended state.
  • the bearing sections 39 can be moved out of the bearing receptacles 42 by further pulling out the pull-out part 14 and thus be released from the base part 11.
