Claims (27)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines fluiden, gasförmigen, flüssigen oder pasteusen Produktes mit einem Behälter (B), der mehrere Abgabemengen des Produktes enthält, einer Pumpe (P), die zwei Pumpenelemente umfasst, nämlich einen hohlen Schaft (4, 404, 504, 604, 704) und einen Pumpenkörper (2, 402, 502, 602, 702), der auf dem Behälter (B) befestigt ist, wobei die beiden Elemente in einer Längsrichtung (A) gegeneinander verschiebbar sind, um das Produkt zu pumpen und mit einem äußeren Gehäuse (R), das mit einer Abgabedüse (10, 410, 610) für das Produkt zusammenwirkt, die durch ein Verbindungsmittel (12, 212, 312, 412, 612) mit dem hohlen Schaft verbunden ist und ein Betätigungsmittel für die Pumpe aufweist, um bei jeder von dem Benutzer auf das Betätigungsmittel ausgeübten Aktion eine Abgabemenge des Produktes durch die Abgabedüse auszustoßen, wobei das Betätigungsmittel ein von außerhalb des Gehäuses (R) zugängliches Auflageelement (7, 8,107, 208, 307, 308, 408, 508, 607,707) und ein Kraftumlenkmittel aufweist, wobei das Kraftumlenkmittel zwei längliche Endteile aufweist, von denen ein bewegliches (20a, 120a, 220a, 320a, 420a, 520a, 620a) gegen ein erstes der beiden Pumpenelemente in Anlage kommen kann, um dieses in Längsrichtung zu verschieben, und von denen das andere, fixierte (18a, 118a, 218a, 318, 418a, 518a, 618a) in der Bewegung in Längsrichtung gegenüber dem äußeren Gehäuse (R) blockiert ist, wobei das Auflageelement im Wesentlichen in der Querrichtung beweglich ist, um zwischen den beiden länglichen Endteilen so auf dem Kraftumlenkmittel in Anlage zu kommen, dass das Kraftumlenkmittel zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in welcher wenigstens ein mittlerer Abschnitt (19, 119, 219, 319, 419, 519, 619) des Kraftumlenkmittels eine nicht verschwindende Krümmung aufweist, und einer aktiven Position, in welcher die Krümmung des mittleren Abschnittes verringert ist, um die Ausdehnung des Kraftumlenkmittels in Längsrichtung zu vergrößern und dadurch eine gegenseitige Verschiebung der Pumpenelemente hervorzurufen, verformt werden kann, wobei das Kraftumlenkmittel so angeordnet ist, dass die durch das Kraftumlenkmittel bewirkte Umwandlung der von dem Benutzer auf das Auflageelement ausgeübten Druckkraft (F) in eine auf das erste Pumpenelement ausgeübte, in Längsrichtung wirkende Bewegungskraft (F2) auf der Druckstrecke ansteigt, was gewährleistet, dass die in Längsrichtung wirkende Bewegungskraft (F2) ein Ausstoßen der Produktmenge mit einer ausreichenden Geschwindigkeit bewirkt, um eine Zerstäubung durch die Düse zu gewährleisten, wobei das Kraftumlenkmittel zwei Kniehebelarme (18, 20; 119, 120; 218, 220; 318, 320; 418, 420; 618, 620) umfasst, die direkt oder indirekt voneinander auf Höhe des mittleren Abschnitts angelenkt sind, wobei die dem Gelenk gegenüberliegenden freien Enden der beiden Arme jeweils die länglichen Endteile des Kraftumlenkmittels bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (B) wenigstens teilweise in dem Gehäuse (R) angeordnet ist und dass das Auflageelement (8) auf den beiden Kniehebelarmen (18, 20) auf beiden Seiten des Gelenks (19) in Anlage kommen kann.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme in der Ruheposition gemeinsam einen stumpfen Winkel (Θ1) bilden, und in der aktiven Position nicht-fluchtend bleiben, ohne eine fluchtende Stellung der beiden Arme zu durchlaufen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kniehebelarme (118, 120) über ein zentrales Bauteil (119) angelenkt sind, das in der Querbewegung in dem Gehäuse (R) geführt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (8) auf den beiden Kniehebelarmen (18, 20) in Anlage kommen kann, ohne mit dem Gelenk in Kontakt zu kommen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (8) auf Verstärkungsrippen (18c, 20c) in Anlage kommen kann, die von den beiden Kniehebelarmen (18, 20) getragen werden.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Kniehebelarms, der das fixierte Ende (18a, 118a, 218a) des Kraftumlenkmittels bildet, an einem festen Punkt des Gehäuses (R) angelenkt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftumlenkmittel zwei zusätzliche Arme (427, 428) aufweist, die jeweils an jedem der Kniehebelarme (418, 420) auf Höhe von deren freien Enden (418a, 420a) angelenkt sind, wobei die zusätzlichen Arme an ihren jeweiligen den Kniehebelarmen gegenüberliegenden Enden zur Bildung eines Gelenkvierecks aneinander angelenkt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (429) der zusätzlichen Arme (427, 428) des Vierecks in Querrichtung in verschiebbarem Kontakt gegen eine im Wesentlichen längliche Führungsrippe (430) der Vorrichtung gehalten wird, damit es bei der Betätigung der Pumpe (P) an der Führungsrippe (430) gleiten kann.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass derjenige der zusätzlichen Arme (428), der an das fixierte Ende (418a) des Kraftumlenkmittels angelenkt ist, in der Ruhestellung gegen eine schräge Anschlagrippe (437) der Vorrichtung in Anschlag ist.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrippe (430) und die Anschlagrippe (437) aneinandergrenzend auf einer Innenfläche des Gehäuses (R) ausgebildet sind.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fixierte Endteil (18a) des Kraftumlenkmittels gegenüber der Achse des hohlen Schaftes (4) achsversetzt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Pumpenelement der hohle Schaft (4) ist, wobei das bewegliche Endteil (200, 120a, 220a, 320a) des Kraftumlenkmittels auf einem Ansatz (21, 121, 221) angelenkt ist, der fest auf dem freien Ende des hohlen Schaftes (4) montiert ist, um auf den hohlen Schaft zu drücken, wobei der Ansatz das Verbindungsmittel (12, 212, 312) trägt.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel ein nachgiebiger Schlauch (12) oder eine verformbare Manschette (212, 412) oder eines oder mehrere gegenüber dem Gehäuse (R) bewegliche Teile (312) ist.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Pumpenelement der Pumpenkörper (602, 702) ist, wobei das bewegliche Endteil (620) des Kraftumlenkmittels gegen eine von dem Pumpenkörper (602, 702) getragene, im Wesentlichen quer verlaufende Wand (643, 743) in Anlage ist, wobei der Pumpenkörper und der Behälter (B) bezüglich des Gehäuses (R) in der Längsrichtung (A) beweglich sind.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohle Schaft (604) bezüglich des Kraftumlenkmittels (618 - 620) von der anderen Seite der Querwand (643) ausgeht, wobei das freie Ende des hohlen Schaftes fest in einer Wand (649) des die Düse (610) tragenden Gehäuses (R) angebracht ist, wobei das Verbindungsmittel ein durch die Wand des Gehäuses gebildeter Kanal (612) ist.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabedüse (10, 410, 610) fixiert auf dem Gehäuse (R) getragen wird.
  17. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabedüse (10) bezüglich des Gehäuses beweglich ist.
  18. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel ein Verbindungsteil (312) ist, das an seinem unteren Ende direkt von dem hohlen Schaft (4) der Pumpe getragen wird und bezüglich des Gehäuses beweglich ist, wobei das Verbindungsteil (312) einen Durchlass aufweist, der mit einem Ende in den hohlen Schaft und mit seinem anderen Ende in die Abgabedüse (10) mündet, wobei die Abgabedüse durch das Verbindungsteil getragen wird.
  19. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsteil (312) und die Kniehebelarme (318, 320) ein einstückiges Formteil bilden.
  20. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsteil (312) gegenüber einem Führungsmittel (309) des äußeren Gehäuses (R) vertikal verschiebbar ist.
  21. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse einen Deckel (440) aufweist, der auf Höhe der Abgabedüse (410) einen länglichen Ausschnitt (457) aufweist, um das Aufsetzen des Deckels um die Düse herum zu ermöglichen.
  22. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement einen Druckknopf (408, 508) aufweist, der in der Querbewegung in einer Öffnung (423, 456) der Seitenwand des Gehäuses (R) geführt ist.
  23. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabedüse (10) senkrecht zu einer Achse des äußeren Gehäuses (R) positioniert ist.
  24. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement eine flexible Membran (7, 107, 307, 607, 707) umfasst, die fest in der Wand des Gehäuses (R) montiert ist.
  25. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (R) eine Außenverkleidung bildet, welche den Behälter (B) vollständig enthält.
  26. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (B) aus einem Beutel aus einer weichen Kunststofffolie (744) besteht.
  27. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftumlenkmittel in dem äußeren Gehäuse (R) enthalten ist.
