Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden des Heizstabes einer Glühkerze mit ihrem Glühkerzenkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man durch radiale Krafteinwirkung auf den Glühkerzenkörper (1) einen zentrischen Preßsitz zwischen Heizstab (1) und Glühkerzenkörper (2) erzeugt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den zentrischen Preßsitz durch Vercrimpen eines Crimpbereichs (3) des Körpers (2) über dem Heizstab (1) erzeugt, wobei der Heizstab (1) zentriert im Körper (2) gehalten wird, und wobei die resultierende Vercrimpung etwa mittag in dem Bereich des Heizstabes (1) stattfindet, der innerhalb des Körpers (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Crimpbereich (3) eine axiale Erstreckung von etwa 20 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Verfahren auf einem ansich bekannten Crimpwerkzeug mit sechs Crimpbacken (4) und 6 Paßfedern (5) durchführt.
- Glühkerze mit Heizstab und Glühkerzenkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizstab (1) mit dem Glühkerzenkörper (2) durch radiale Krafteinwirkung auf den Glühkerzenkörper (2) verbunden worden ist.
- Glühkerze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Heizstab (1) und Glühkerzenkörper (2) durch Crimpen des Glühkerzenkörpers (2) im Crimpbereich (3) etwa mittig über dem Bereich des Heizstabes (1), der vom Glühkerzenkörper (2) umgeben ist, verbunden sind.
