Claims (10)
- Plaquette (12) pour le réglage de la position d'une gâche (11) de serrure de véhicule automobile destinée à être fixée sur la carrosserie dudit véhicule par des moyens de vissage dont les tiges passent à travers des évidements (25,26) ménagés dans la plaquette (12) et des trous ménagés dans la carrosserie, la plaquette comportant au moins une première butée (19,20) empêchant la translation de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon une première direction privilégiée (Ox), caractérisée en ce que ladite première butée (19,20) est sécable pour autoriser, une fois sectionnée, la translation de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox).
- Plaquette (12) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins deux premières butées sécables (19,20), l'une (19) autorisant la translation de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox) dans un sens, l'autre autorisant la translation de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox) dans le sens opposé.
- Plaquette (12) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, en outre, au moins une seconde butée (21,22) empêchant la translation de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon une seconde direction privilégiée (Oy).
- Plaquette (12) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de positionnement (27,28) coopérant avec les trous ménagés dans la carrosserie, et autorisant un débattement par rapport à la carrosserie selon la seconde direction privilégiée (Oy).
- Plaquette (12) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins un guide (21,22) coopérant avec la gâche (11) pour la guider en translation selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox).
- Plaquette (12) selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la seconde butée (21,22) intègre le guide (21,22).
- Plaquette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre, des moyens de clippage (21,22) de la gâche (11).
- Plaquette selon la revendication 7 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la seconde butée (21,22) intègre les moyens de clippage.
- Procédé de montage d'une gâche (11) de serrure de véhicule automobile sur la carrosserie du véhicule, par l'intermédiaire d'une plaquette (12) permettant le réglage en position de la gâche (11) sur la carrosserie, avant sa fixation sur cette dernière par des moyens de vissage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte le clippage préalable de la gâche (11) sur la plaquette (12) assurant le blocage en translation de la gâche (11), par rapport à la plaquette (12), selon des première et seconde directions privilégiées (Ox),(Oy), le réglage en position de la plaquette (12) par rapport à la carrosserie selon la seconde direction privilégiée (Oy), la libération de la gâche (11) en translation par rapport à la plaquette (12), selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox), par section d'au moins un élément de la plaquette (12), le réglage en position de la gâche (11) par rapport à la plaquette (12) selon la première direction privilégiée (Ox), et la fixation définitive de la gâche (11) sur la carrosserie par les moyens de vissage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la libération de la gâche (11) en translation par rapport à la plaquette (12) est obtenue par la section d'au moins un élément (19,20) de la plaquette (12).
