  • the guide roller 28 may be constantly heated. However, if the guide roller 28 is heated only during an operation of the sizer, it will not only save energy but also prevent the size from drying excessively when the sizer is stopped.
  • the surface of the guide roller 28 may be metal, but it is preferably made of a face of a low friction factor such as a coating face coated by polytetrafluoroethyrene such as Teflon. By doing so, it will become harder for the size to adhere to the guide roller 28.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour l'encollage de fils de chaîne qui encolle une nappe de fils de chaîne (16) en guidant la nappe de fils de chaîne encollée vers un séchoir cylindrique (22) à travers un rouleau de guidage (28), comprenant un moyen destiné à chauffer ledit rouleau de guidage (28).
  2. Dispositif pour l'encollage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit moyen de chauffage (32) comprend un moyen destiné à acheminer de l'air chaud ou de la vapeur vers ledit rouleau de guidage.
  3. Dispositif pour l'encollage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit moyen de chauffage (32) est disposé dans ledit rouleau de guidage (28) et comprend un dispositif de chauffage électrique.
  4. Dispositif pour l'encollage de fils de chaîne selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, comprenant en outre un séchoir à air chaud (18) disposé plus loin en amont dans la direction de déplacement de ladite nappe de fils de chaîne (16) que ledit rouleau de guidage (28) et destiné à sécher ladite nappe de fils de chaîne par chauffage.
