Claims (5)

  1. Elektronischer Schlüssel (10) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei der Schlüssel im Allgemeinen die Form eines flachen Quaders aufweist und umfasst:
    ein Gehäuse (12) für eine elektronische Karte, wobei die Karte dafür angepasst ist, elektronisch eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln / Entriegeln zu steuern, die in dem Fahrzeug angebracht ist und das Verriegeln /Entriegeln der zu öffnenden Teile des Fahrzeugs ermöglicht, und
    ein Einsatzfach (11), das einen Sicherheitseinsatz (13) aufnimmt, der dafür angepasst ist, die zu öffnenden Teile eines Fahrzeugs im Falle des Versagens der elektronischen Karte mechanisch zu verriegeln /entriegeln,
    wobei der elektronische Schlüssel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Einsatz (13) nur durch einen Schlüsselbart gebildet ist und mit Aussparungen (16) ausgestattet ist, die dafür angepasst sind, dass sie mit Mitteln zum Halten (15) zusammenwirken, die in dem Einsatzfach angeordnet sind, um den Einsatz (13) genauso gut fest in der Ruheposition zu halten, wenn der Einsatz sich im Inneren seines Gehäuses befindet, wie in der aktiven Position, wenn der Schlüsselbart auf 180° gedreht ist, um in ein geeignetes Schloss eingeführt zu werden.
  2. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzfach (11) mit bogenförmigen Ausschnitten (17) ausgestattet ist, die dafür angepasst sind, das Zurückziehen des Einsatzes aus seinem Fach zu erleichtern.
  3. Schlüssel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzfach (11) und das Gehäuse (12) der elektronischen Karte durch Gießen in einem Stück hergestellt werden.
  4. Schlüssel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzfach (11) gemäß einer der Seiten des Schlüssels positioniert ist, so dass, wenn der Einsatz in der aktiven Position ist, das Elektronikgehäuse (12) eine Auflagefläche für die Finger eines Benutzers bildet, die es ermöglicht, ein Drehmoment aufzubringen, um den Einsatz um eine Längsachse (L) in Drehung zu versetzen.
  5. Schlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzfach (11) im Inneren des Elektronikgehäuses (12) ausgeführt ist, so dass das Elektronikgehäuse ein Auflageflächenpaar von beiden Seiten des Einsatzfachs bildet und es ermöglicht, ein Drehmoment aufzubringen, um den Einsatz um eine Längsachse (L) in Drehung zu versetzen.
