Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble d'étanchéité et de guidage pour une vitre se déplaçant dans une ouverture de vitre formant la partie supérieure de la porte du véhicule comprenant deux éléments (24, 26). Chaque élément comprend une zone (A) s'étendant le long d'un montant de véhicule « A » et sur la partie supérieure de l'ouverture de vitre et une zone respective (B) s'étendant le long du montant de véhicule « B ». Les deux éléments (24, 26) sont moulés par injection dans des formes en section transversale de manière qu'ils soient assemblés côte à côte pour former un canal de vitre destiné à recevoir la vitre de façon coulissante. Des lèvres internes (34) courant le long des parois latérales du canal et des appuis souples (36) courant le long de la base du canal peuvent être entièrement moulés sur les éléments (24, 26) avec des sections transversales variables dans le sens de la longueur du canal. Des bandes (42, 44) entièrement moulées par injection peuvent être fabriquées de manière à fournir des ceintures internes et externes pour l'ouverture de vitre. Les éléments (24, 26) peuvent être assemblés avec des adhésifs, par soudage, au moyen de clips ou de verrous mécaniques et/ou être montés dans un canal de support rigide formant un cadre pour la vitre.
