Claims (13)
- Elektrische Sicherheitssteckverbindung, bestehend aus einem ersten mit Kontakten versehenen Steckerteil (10) und einem zweiten mit Kontakten versehenen Steckerteil (12) mit den folgenden Merkmalen:der erste Steckerteil (10) weist radial bewegliche Verriegelungselemente (32) auf;der zweite Steckerteil (12) weist Rastelemente (64) auf;die Verriegelungselemente (32) greifen in gesteckter Stellung radial in die Rastelemente (64) formschlüssig ein und werden in dieser Stellung durch ein Sicherungsglied (16) gesperrt;das Sicherungsglied (16) ist durch Kräfte auslösbar, die auf den zweiten Steckerteil (12) einwirken und einen vorbestimmten Wert überschreiten.
- Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungselemente über Arme (38) auf einem Außenflansch (20) einer Innenhülse (14) abgestützt sind, die ihrerseits axial verschiebbar gegen Federkraft (22) auf dem ersten Steckerteil (10) verschiebbar ist. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sicherungsglied als Außenhülse (16) ausgebildet ist, die auf dem ersten Steckerteil (10) axial gegen Federkraft (46) die Verriegelungselemente (32) umschliessend angeordnet ist, und Auslöseausnehmungen (56) aufweist, in die in einer vorbestimmten Relativstellung zu den Verriegelungselementen (32) Auslösenasen (36) eingreifen, um den Formschluß aufzuheben. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungselemente (32) Rastnocken (34) aufweisen, die mit Rastvertiefungen (64) des zweiten Steckerteils zusammenwirken. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnocken über die geschrägten Rastvertiefungen eine axiale Kontaktierungskraft auf die Kontakte ausüben. - Sicherheitsteckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (14) über die Formschlußverbindung (64, 34) und die Verriegelungselemente (32) gegen die Federkraft (22) in die Auslösestellung anhebbar ist, wenn die auf den zweiten Steckerteil (12) einwirkende Zugkraft einen vorbestimmten Wert überschreitet. - Sicherheitssteckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhülse (16) durch Verschiebung entgegen Federkraft (46) in die Auslösestellung überführbar ist. - Sicherheitssteckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Steckerteil (12) mit einem Außenflansch (62) versehen ist, der bei Schrägstellung des zweiten Steckerteils gegenüber dem ersten Steckerteil die Außenhülse (16) in die Auslösestellung überführt. - Sicherheitssteckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (14) eine konische Erweiterung (28) aufweist. - Sicherheitssteckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Steckerteil (12) ein konisches Einsteckende (60) aufweist. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Verriegelungselemente (32) tragenden Arme (38) über einen Ringkörper (40) am Außenflansch der Innenhülse (14) abgestützt sind. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakte der beiden Steckerteile (10 und 12) als axiale Federkontakte ausgebildet sind. - Sicherheitssteckverbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Steckerteil (10) den geräteseitigen Anschluß bildet und der zweite Steckerteil als Netzkabelanschlußteil ausgebildet ist.
