Description

Claims (8)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) fuer die Befestigung eines elektrischen Kontakt oder Stecker an einem Ende eines elektrischen Leiters mit wenigstens einem Oberwerkzeug (2), welches relativ bewegbar sowie in Relation zu einem Unterwerkzeug (3) gefuehrt angeordnet ist, und ferner Mittel zum Schneiden, Biegen und / oder Umformen des Kontakt oder Stecker aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) eine Kraftmessvorrichtung (8) zum Ermitteln einer Reaktionskraft zugeordnet ist, welche eine Steuerungseinheit (9) mit einem programmierbaren Speicher (10) mit wenigstens einem gespeicherten Sollwert und einen Vergleicher (11) aufweist, und dass die tatsaechlich gemessene Reaktionskraft mit dem gespeicherten Sollwert verglichen wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungseinheit (9) ein Signal emittiert, wenn eine Reaktionskraft nicht mit dem gespeicherten Sollwert uebereinstimmt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sollwert mit einem oberen und einen unteren Toleranzbereich versehen ist, und dass alle Sollwerte, zusammen mit deren Toleranzbereichen einen Sollwertbereich ergeben, welcher mit der gemessenen Reaktionskraft verglichen wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass fuer die Fuehrung von Oberwerkzeug (2) und Unterwerkzeug (3) Linearfuehrungen zwischen den beiden Werkzeugteilen vorgesehen sind, und dass die Linearfuehrungen Waelzkoerper aufweisen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearfuehrungen als Modul vorliegen, und dass das Oberwerkzeug (2) loesbar an dem Fuehrungsmodul befestigbar ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Waelzkoerper Kugeln, Rollen oder Nadeln vorgesehen sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der angetriebene Werkzeugteil (2) eine rahmenfoermige und gewichtsverringerte Struktur aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprueche der vorhergehenden Ansprueche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest Teile des angetriebenen Werkzeugteil (2) aus Leichtbauwerkstoffen mit geringer spezifischer Dichte bestehen.
