Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Backofentür gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
Eine Backofentür dieser Art ist aus der DE 197 38 506 C1 bekannt. Aus der DE 36 28 763 C2 ist ein Backofen mit einer Backofentür bekannt, die am unteren Türende durch Scharniere mit einem Backofenträgerteil schwenkbar verbunden ist.
Durch die Erfindung soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, die Backofentür derart auszubilden, dass sie einfach in der Herstellung ist. Ferner soll die Backofentür derart ausgebildet sein, dass sie auf ihrer Innenseite leicht und schnell gereinigt werden kann. Ein weiteres Ziel der Erfindung ist eine bessere Wärmeisolierung zwischen dem Backraum und der Backraumaußenseite.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung durch die Merkmale von Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.

Die in den Zeichnungen ausschnittsweise dargestellte Backofentür 1 nach der Erfindung enthält einen Türrahmen 2 mit einer Fensteröffnung 4. Die Backofentür 1 hat eine einem Backraum 6 zugewandte Innenseite 10 und eine davon abgewandte Außenseite 12.
In dem Türrahmen 2 ist auf seiner Innenseite 10 eine Aufnahmevertiefung 14 zur Aufnahme einer Innenscheibe 16 von der Türinnenseite 10 her gebildet. Die Aufnahmevertiefung 14 hat eine sich mit Abstand parallel zur Scheibenebene der Innenscheibe 16 erstreckende Grundfläche 18, an welcher die Innenseite 16 abgestützt ist. Die Aufnahmevertiefung 14 ist relativ zu Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 vertieft, so dass die Grundfläche 18 relativ zu den Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 vertieft angeordnet ist. Der seitliche Abstand zwischen den einander gegenüberliegenden inneren Seitenflächen 22-1 und 22-2 der Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 ist nur so wenig größer als die Breite der Innenscheibe 16, dass die Innenscheibe 16 von diesen Seitenflächen 22-1 und 22-2 relativ zur Fensteröffnung 4 innerhalb von vorbestimmten Toleranzen positioniert wird. Der Abstand der Seitenränder der Innenscheibe 14 von den Seitenflächen 22-1 und 22-2 ist kleiner als 10mm, vorzugsweise auch kleiner als 5mm, wobei ein Randabstand von wenigen Zentelmillimetern bis 1mm als ideal angesehen werden.
Der Türrahmen 2 ist vorzugsweise ein einstückiger, wannenförmiger Körper aus Metall, in welchen von der Innenseite 10 her die Aufnahmevertiefung 14 eingeprägt ist und in welchen von der Außenseite 12 her die Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 eingeprägt sind.
Die Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 erstrecken sich rippenförmig im wesentlichen über die ganze Türrahmenhöhe. Ferner haben sie an ihrem unteren Endabschnitt auf der Türrückseite 10 vorzugsweise je eine Öffnung 24-1 bzw. 24-2 zur Hindurchführung eines Türscharniers, mit welchem die Tür 1 mit einem Gehäuserahmen 26 des Backofens am unteren Türende um eine Horizontalachse schwenkbar verbindbar ist.
Die Innenscheibe 16 ist durch Klebstoff 28, welcher die Innenscheibe 16 auf Distanz von der Grundfläche 18 hält, an dieser Grundfläche angeklebt.
Die türinnenseitige Oberfläche 16-1 der Innenscheibe 16 fluchtet vorzugsweise mit den Oberflächen 30-1 und 30-2 der Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2. Gemäß anderen Ausführungsformen sind auch kleine Höhendifferenzen dazwischen akzeptabel.
Der Türrahmen 2 hat obere und untere Rahmenquerteile 32 und 34, welche die Rahmenseitenteile 19-1 bzw. 19-2, welche die Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 bzw. 20-2 aufweisen, miteinander verbinden. Die Innenscheibe 16 ragt nach oben über den oberen Rahmenquerteil 32 um einen kurzen Abschnitt 35 hinaus. Die untere Kante 36 der Innenscheibe 16 ist relativ zum Türrahmen 2 als Abtropfkante angeordnet. Die Grundfläche 18 der Aufnahmevertiefung 14 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Rahmenhöhe der Rahmenseitenteile 19-1 und 19-2 und über die ganze Innenseite der Rahmenquerteile 32 und 34.
Eine Außenscheibe 40 ist mit Abstand parallel zur Innenscheibe 16 angeordnet und erstreckt sich in Richtung der Scheibenebene beidseitig über die Aufnahmevertiefung 14 und über die Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 sowie auch über Ränder 42 der Seitenteilerhöhungen auf deren Vorderseite hinaus. Die vorderen Ränder 42 und deren Verbindung mit der Außenscheibe 40 befinden sich an Stellen, die in seitlicher Richtung und in Türrahmen-Dickenrichtung je nach außen und nach der Seite hin von der Aufnahmevertiefung 14 und damit auch von der Innenscheibe 16 Abstand haben. Damit liegen diese Stellen seitlich außerhalb der Öffnung 6-1 des Backraumes 6 und damit auch außerhalb von der großen Hitze aus dem Backraum.
Auf der Innenseite 16-1 der Innenscheibe 16 ist in ihrem Randbereich eine Dichtung 50 vorgesehen, welche von der Innenscheibe 16 nach hinten über die Innenscheibe und über die Ebene des Türrahmens 2 hinausragt, so dass sie bei geschlossener Tür den Türrahmen 2 und die Innenscheibe 16 auf Abstand von einer Frontplatte 52 der Backofenmuffel 8 hält.
Die Innenscheibe 16 erstreckt sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türinnenseite und die neben ihr angeordneten Bereiche der Rahmenseitenteile 19-1 und 19-2 sind sehr schmal im Vergleich zu der Innenscheibe 16. Die Innenscheibe 16 hat eine solche Größe, dass sie sich vertikal und horizontal jeweils über die Öffnung des Backofenraumes 6 hinaus erstreckt.
Durch die Dichtung 50 ist zwischen dem Türrahmen 2 und der Backofenfrontplatte 52 sowie einem angrenzenden Gehäuserahmen 26 ein Abstand 54 gebildet, durch welchen Luft zirkulieren kann und welcher eine Wärmesperre bildet zur Reduzierung der Erwärmung von benachbarten Möbelteilen, z.B. einer Holzwand 56 eines Backofenschrankes, in welchen der Backofen eingebaut ist.
Gemäß der bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, eine Abdeckleiste 58 vorgesehen, welche sich von der Innenseite 16-1 der Innenscheibe 16 über deren oberen Rand 60 und dann über den oberen Rand 62 des Türrahmens 2 bis zur Innenseite der Außenscheibe 40 erstreckt und dabei den Zwischenraum 64 zwischen den beiden Scheiben 16 und 40 überdeckt. Die Abdeckleiste 58 hat vorzugsweise einen vertikal nach unten sich erstreckenden Leistenschenkel 66, welcher sich im Bereich eines auf der Türaußenseite angeordneten Türgriffes 68 zwischen der Außenscheibe 40 und dem Türrahmen 2 erstreckt. Dieser Leistenschenkel 66 stellt eine weitere Wärmesperre zwischen dem Backofenraum bzw. der Innenseite 16-1 der Innenscheibe 16 und der Außenscheibe 40 dar. Ferner kann an dem Leistenschenkel 66 der Türgriff 68 befestigt werden. Die Abdeckleiste 58 kann mit einer Öffnung 70 zur Entlüftung des Tür-Zwischenraumes 64 versehen sein.
Die Innenscheibe 16 und die Außenscheibe 14 sind mindestens im Bereich der Beschikkungsöffnung 6-1 des Backraumes 6 durchsichtig. Die Fensteröffnung 4 des Türrahmens 2 ist ungefähr gleich groß oder vorzugsweise etwas kleiner wie die Backraum-Beschikkungsöffnung 6-1 und ist dieser gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Die beiden Scheiben 16 und 40 können aus Glas oder Glaskeramik oder einem anderen durchsichtigen und hitzebeständigen Material bestehen.
Die Aufnahmevertiefung 14 in dem vorzugsweise einteiligen Türrahmen 2 ermöglicht die Verwendung einer großflächigen Innenscheibe 16. Sie ist vorzugsweise flächenbündig zum Türrahmen 2 angeordnet. Dadurch kann die Türinnenseite leicht und schnell gereinigt werden.
Der Klebstoff 28 erstreckt sich auf der Grundfläche 18 vorzugsweise um die gesamte Fensteröffnung 4 herum und besteht z.B. aus hitzebeständigem Silikon. Die beidseitige Seitenteilerhöhungen 20-1 und 20-2 sorgen dafür, dass die Innenscheibe 16 bei der Türherstellung auf einfache Weise relativ zur Fensteröffnung 4 richtig positioniert wird. Ferner werden durch sie komplizierte und aufwendige Befestigungsmittel oder Klebevorrichtungen zur Befestigung der Innenscheibe 16 vermieden.
Zwischen der Innenseite 16 und der Außenscheibe 40, und/oder auf der Außenseite der Außenscheibe 40, können weitere Scheiben angeordnet sein.

Claims (16)

  1. Backofentür enthaltend eine Innenscheibe (16) und mindestens eine mit Abstand parallel zu dieser angeordnete Außenscheibe (40),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Türrahmen (2) mit einer Fensteröffnung (4) vorgesehen ist, dass in dem Türrahmen (2) auf seiner Innenseite eine Aufnahmevertiefung (14) zur Aufnahme der Innenscheibe (16) von der Türinnenseite (10) her gebildet ist, dass die Aufnahmevertiefung (14) eine sich mit Abstand parallel zur Scheibenebene der Innenscheibe (16) erstreckende Grundfläche (18), an welcher die Innenscheibe (16) abgestützt ist, und Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen (20-1, 20-2) aufweist, relativ zu welchen die Grundfläche (18) vertieft angeordnet ist, dass der Abstand zwischen den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen (22-1, 22-2) der Seitenteilerhöhungen (20-1, 20-2) nur so wenig größer ist als die Breite der Innenscheibe (16), dass die Innenscheibe (16) von diesen Seitenflächen relativ zur Fensteröffnung innerhalb von vorbestimmten Toleranzen positioniert wird.
  2. Backofentür nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türrahmen (2) ein einstückiger, wannenförmiger Körper ist.
  3. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türrahmen-Seitenteilerhöhungen (20-1, 20-2) sich rippenförmig im wesentlichen über die ganze Türrahmenhöhe erstrecken.
  4. Backofentür nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteilerhöhungen (20-1, 20-2) an ihrem unteren Endabschnitt auf der Innenseite eine Öffnung (24-1, 24-2) zur Hindurchführung eines Türscharniers haben.
  5. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenscheibe (16) an der Grundfläche (18) angeklebt ist und der Klebstoff (28) die Innenscheibe (16) auf Distanz von der Grundfläche (18) hält.
  6. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die türinnenseitige Oberfläche (16-1) der Innenscheibe (16) mit den Oberflächen der Seitenteilerhöhungen (20-1, 20-2) im wesentlichen fluchtet.
  7. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türrahmen (2) obere und untere Rahmenquerteile (32, 34) aufweist, welche die Rahmenseitenteile (19-1, 19-2) miteinander verbinden.
  8. Backofentür nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenscheibe (16) nach oben über den oberen Rahmenquerteil hinausragt.
  9. Backofentür nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Kante der Innenscheibe (16) relativ zum Türrahmen (2) als Abtropfkante angeordnet ist.
  10. Backofentür nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfläche (18) der Aufnahmevertiefung (14) sich über die gesamte Rahmenhöhe der Rahmenseitenteile (19-1, 19-2) und über die ganze Innenseite der beiden Rahmenquerteile (32, 34) erstreckt.
  11. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Innenseite (16-1) der Innenscheibe (16) in ihrem Randbereich eine Dichtung (50) vorgesehen ist, welche von der Innenscheibe nach hinten über die Innenscheibe (16) und über die Ebene des Türrahmens (2) hinausragt, so dass sie bei geschlossener Tür den Türrahmen und die Innenscheibe auf Distanz von einer Backrohr-Frontplatte (52) hält.
  12. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenscheibe (40) mit Abstand parallel zur Innenscheibe (16) angeordnet ist und beidseitig über die Innenscheibe (16) übersteht und mit dem Türrahmen (2) an dessen Außenseite an Stellen (42) verbunden ist, die in seitlicher Richtung und in Türrahmen-Dickenrichtung je nach außen Abstand von der Innenscheibe (16) haben.
  13. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenscheibe (16) sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Türinnenseite erstreckt und die neben ihr angeordneten Bereiche der Rahmenseitenteile (19-1, 19-2) schmal sind im Vergleich zur Breite der Innenscheibe (16).
  14. Backofentür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Abdeckleiste (58) vorgesehen ist, welche sich von der Innenscheibe (16) über den oberen Rand des Türrahmens (2) bis zur Außenscheibe (40) erstreckt und den Zwischenraum (64) zwischen den beiden Scheiben (16, 40) überdeckt.
  15. Backofentür nach Anspruch 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckleiste (58) einen Leistenschenkel (66) aufweist, welcher sich im Bereich eines auf der Türaußenseite angeordneten Türgriffes (68) zwischen der Außenscheibe (40) und dem Türrahmen (2) erstreckt.
