Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schrank mit einem Schrankkorpus, der mindestens eine vertikale Reihe von übereinander angeordneten Ablagefächer aufweist, die mittels Fachböden abgeteilt und mittels am Schrankkorpus angelenkter Fachtü-ren zu verschließen und zu öffnen sind, wobei jeder vertikalen Reihe von Ablagefächern eine über die Höhe des Schrankkorpus verlaufende Scharnierstange zugeordnet ist.
  • Dokument DE 102 02 058 C1 offenbart einen Schrankkorpus mit angelenkter und verschließbarer Schranktüre laut dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei den bekannten Schränken dieser Art ist ein beachtlicher Teile- und Montageaufwand erforderlich, um die Fachböden im Schrankkorpus festzulegen und die Fachtüren schwenkbar am Schrankkorpus anzubringen. Dies wird noch dadurch erschwert, wenn die Ablagefächer unterschiedliche Höhe aufweisen müssen.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Schrank der eingangs erwähnten Art so zu gestalten, dass der Teile- und Montageaufwand für die Festlegung der Fachböden im Schrankkorpus und für die Anlenkung der Fachböden am Schaltschrank wesentlich reduziert wird, ohne dass die Möglichkeit, unterschiedlich hohe Ablagefächer zu schaffen, verloren geht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, dass die Fachböden mit einem Ansatz in den Scharnierbereich mit der Scharnierstange geführt und mit Bundbuchsen auf der Scharnierstange vertikal festgelegt sind, wobei die Bundbuchsen über die Ober- und/oder Unterseite der Fachböden und ihrer Ansätze vorstehen, dass die auf die Höhen der Ablagefächer abgestimmten Fachtüren auf den Rückseiten im Scharnierbereich Aufnahmen für die Bundbuchsen tragen, die mittels einer Abdeckung abdeckbar sind und dass die Fachtüren mit den Aufnahmen auf die den Ablagefächern zugekehrten Bundbuchsen aufsetzbar und mittels der dann an den Fachtüren angebrachten Abdeckungen schwenkbar auf den Bundbuch-sen festlegbar sind.
  • Die Bundbuchsen übernehmen dabei nicht nur die Funktion der Festlegung der Ablageböden, sondern dienen gleichzeitig auch als Scharnierelemente für die Fachtüren. Auf diese Weise fallen zahlreiche Funktionsteile an dem Schrank-korpus und den Ablageböden weg. Außerdem wird die Anlenkung der Fachtüren an dem Schrankkorpus vereinfacht und erleichtert.
  • Nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist dabei vorgesehen, dass die Scharnierstange im Abstand von der Frontseite einer Wand des Schrankkorpus oder einer vertikalen Trennwand des Schrankkorpus angebracht ist, wobei sie mittels Lagerelementen an der Frontseite der Boden- und Deckwand des Schrankkorpus befestigt ist. Der Zugang zu den Scharnierstellen der Fachtüren ist damit gut möglich.
  • Die Verbindung zwischen Fachboden und Bundbuchsen ist nach einer Ausgestaltung so vorgenommen, dass die Bundbuchsen in Aufnahmen der Ansätze der Fachböden fest und unverdrehbar eingesetzt sind und dass die Bund-buchsen eine Durchgangsbohrung für die Scharnierstange aufweisen.
  • Ist dabei zusätzlich vorgesehen, dass die Durchgangsbohrung der Bundbuchsen und der Außendurchmesser der Scharnierstange auf Presssitz abgestimmt sind und dass die Bundbuchsen damit unverdrehbar auf der Scharnierstange gehalten sind, dann kann die Fachtür leicht auf der Scharnierstange verschwenkt wer-den. Es bereitet beim Aufbau des Schrankes auch keine Schwierigkeiten, die Ablagefächer auf unterschiedliche Höhen anzupassen und diese mit entspre-chend abgestimmten Fachtüren zu verschließen.
  • Für die konstruktive Auslegung der Fachtüren ist jede Möglichkeit offen, so kann vorgesehenenein, dass die Fachtüren als massive Türen mit den rückseitigen Aufnahmen für die Bundbuchsen ausgebildet sind, oder dass die Fachtüren als auf der Rückseite offene Basisboxen ausgebildet sind, wobei in die Rückseiten Füllplatten eingesetzt sind.
  • Für den Verschluss der Ablagefächer ist nach einer Weiterbildung vorgesehen, dass die Fachtüren auf der der Scharnierseite gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seite ein Schließelement tragen und dass diese Schließelemente bei geschlossenen Fachtüren mit Gegen-Schließelementen in Verbindung kommen, die an einer vertikalen Wand des Schrankkorpus oder einer vertikalen Trennwand des Schrankkorpus angebracht sind. Dabei können die unterschiedlichsten Schließ- und Gegen-Schließelemente verwendet werden, die neben der reinen Schließ-funktion auch Sicherheitsfunktionen übernehmen können.
  • Die Ausrichtung und Einjustierung der Fachtüren auf die Ablagefächer mit einfachen Mitteln wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Fachtüren und/oder die Abdeckungen als horizontale Schlitze ausgebildete Verbindungsaufnahmen aufwei-sen. Die Fachtüren lassen sich dann in der Horizontalen begrenzt verstellen und so einjustieren.
  • Nach der Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen der Fachtüre und der doppelwandig ausgebildeten Abdeckung kann der Zugang zu den Verbindungsstellen durch Verschlussstopfen oder dgl, verhindert werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

  • Die perspektivische Teilfrontansicht des Schrankes nach Fig. 1 weist einen Schrankkorpus 10 auf, der aus einer vertikalen Wand 10 und einer Trennwand 12 eine vertikale Reihe von Ablagefächern F1, F2 ... Fn umfasst. Diese Reihe ist unten mit einer Bodenwand und oben mit einer Deckwand des Schrankkorpus 10 abgeschlossen. Der Schrankkorpus 10 kann auch mehrere derartige Reihen von Ablagefächern F1, F2 ... Fn aufweisen, die auf der rechten Seite dann wieder mit einer Wand 11 des Schrankkorpus 10 abgeschlossen ist.
  • Im Abstand von der Frontseite der Wand 11 ist eine über die gesamte Höhe des Schrankkorpus 10 verlaufende Scharnierstange 20 angeordnet, die im Abstand zur Frontseite der Wand 11 befestigt ist. Dazu sind an der Bodenwand und der Deckwand Halteelemente befestigt, die die Scharnierstange 20 im Abstand festhalten. Entsprechend der gewünschten Zahl und Höhe unterteilen Fachböden 13 den Raum zwischen der Wand 11 und der Trennwand 12.
  • Wie der perspektivische Teilausschnitt nach Fig. 2 in Einzelheiten erkennen lässt, stehen die Fachböden 13 zum Teil aus dem Schrankkorpus 10 heraus und sind mit Ansätzen 14 in den Scharnierbereich mit der Scharnierstange 20 ge-führt. Diese Ansätze 14 sind mit Durchgangsbohrungen 15 versehen, so dass die Scharnierstange 20 durchgeführt werden kann. In diese Durchgangsbohrun-gen 15 werden Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 eingesetzt und vorzugsweise unver-drehbar auf der Scharnierstange 20 festgelegt. Die Fachböden 13 können in den Durchgangsbohrungen 15 jeweils zwei Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 aufnehmen, die an der Oberseite und der Unterseite des Fachbodens 13 vorstehen. Da die Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 mit ihren Bohrungen für die Scharnierstange 20 so auf den Außendurchmesser der Scharnierstange 20 abgestimmt sind, dass nur ein Presssitz möglich ist, können diese Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 die Fachböden 13 ohne zusätzliche Befestigungselemente an dem Schrankkorpus 10 oder einer Trennwand 12 an beliebigen Stellen festgelegt werden. Die Aufteilung der Reihe im Schrankkorpus kann dann leicht an gewünschte Fachzahlen und Fachhöhen angepasst werden, wie die Fachböden 13.1 und 13.2 in Fig. 2 zeigen.
  • Wie schon der Fig. 1 zu entnehmen ist, können die Ablagefächer F1, F2 ... Fn mit individuellen, in der Höhe abgestimmten Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 ver-schlossen werden, die an die Scharnierstange 20 angelenkt werden. Die Fach-türen 25.1 und 25.2 tragen auf der der Scharnierseite abgekehrten vertikalen Seite Schließelemente 26, die mit an der Trennwand 12 angebrachten Gegen-Schließelementen 22 in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden können. Dabei können beliebige Ausführungen gewählt und so die Funktion und die Sicherheit des Verschlusses an die gewünschten Anforderungen angepasst werden. Die Rückseite der Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 weist im Bereich der Schließseite Aufnahmen 29 auf, so dass sie auf die an der Schließstange 20 festgelegten Bundbuchsen 16 und 17, die in ein Ablagefach F1, F2 oder Fn ragen, aufgesteckt werden kann. Dann wird die Aufnahme 29 der Fachtüre 25.1 oder 25.2 mit einer Abdeckung 30 verschlossen, wobei die Lagerung für die Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 vervollständigt werden. Ist die Abdeckung 30 mit der Fachtüre 25.1 oder 25.2 verbunden, dann ist sie auf den Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 schwenkbar gelagert.
  • Dies deutet die Ansicht nach Fig. 4 an, obwohl hier die Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 in den vervollständigten Lageraufnahmen der Fachtüre 25.1 gezeigt sind.
  • Dabei ist noch zu erwähnen, dass die Abdeckung 30 als Profilabschnitt ausgebildet sein kann, der doppelwandig (31, 32) ausgebildet sein kann. Wie aus Fig. 3 zu ersehen ist, ist an der Wand 32 die Ergänzung 34 zur Lageraufnahme für die Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 ausgeformt. Die Befestigung der Abdeckung 30 auf der Rückseite der Fachtüre 25.1 erfolgt über die Befestigungsstellen 35 der Abdeckung 30 und die Befestigungsstellen 19 der Fachtüre 25.1. Die Befestigungsstellen sind für Schrankverbindungen ausgebildet, wobei in der Wand 31 der Abdeckung die als horizontale Befestigungsschlitze ausgebildeten Befestigungsstellen 35 in topfartigen Aufnahmen 33 abgesetzt sind, um nach der Herstellung der Verbindung mittels Verschlussstopfen oder dgl. abgedeckt werden zu können. Mit diesen schlitzförmigen Befestigungsstellen 35 kann die Fachtüre 25.1 horizontal ausgerichtet und einjustiert werden.
  • Diese Art der Anlenkung der Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 hat den Vorteil, dass die Scharnierstange 20 mit den Fachböden 13 schon vor der Anlenkung der Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 montiert und ausgerichtet werden können. Die anschließende Anlenkung der Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 an die bereits auf der Scharnierstange 20 und den Fachböden 13 festgelegten Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 ist dann mit wenig Montageaufwand durchführbar.
  • Wie den Fig. 4 und 5 weiter zu entnehmen ist, bietet die Erfindung für die Konstruktion der Fachtüren 25.1 und 25.2 zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. So kann die Fachtür als massives Türblatt ausgebildet oder ein nach der Rückseite offenes Basisteil mit Abkantungen 27 bilden, in das eine Fachplatte 28 ein-gesetzt wird. Auf alle Fälle kann, wie Fig. 5 zeigt, die Fachtüre 25.1 bis auf die Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 und die Abdeckung 30 vorgefertigtes Teil hergestellt und an der Scharnierstange 20 angebracht und mit der Verbindung von Fachtü-re 25.1 und Abdeckung 30 auf den auf der Scharnierstange 20 festgelegten Bundbuchsen 16 und 17 schwenkbar angelenkt werden.

Claims (9)

  1. Schrank mit einem Schrankkorpus, der mindestens eine vertikale Reihe von übereinander angeordneten Ablagefächer aufweist, die mittels Fach-böden abgeteilt und mittels am Schrankkorpus angelenkter Fachtüren zu verschließen und zu öffnen sind, wobei jeder vertikalen Reihe von Ablagefächern (F1, F2 ... Fn) eine über die Höhe des Schrankkorpus (10) verlaufende Scharnierstange (20) zuge-ordnet ist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Fachböden (13) mit einem Ansatz (14) in den Scharnierbereich mit der Scharnierstange (20) geführt und mit Bundbuchsen (16, 17) auf der Scharnierstange (20) vertikal festgelegt sind, wobei die Bundbuchsen (16, 17) über die Ober- und/oder Unterseite der Fachböden (13) und ihrer Ansätze (14) vorstehen,
    dass die auf die Höhen der Ablagefächer (F1, F2 ... Fn) abgestimmten Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) auf den Rückseiten im Scharnierbereich Aufnah-men (29) für die Bundbuchsen (16, 17) tragen, die mittels einer Abde-ckung (30) abdeckbar sind und
    dass die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) mit den Aufnahmen (29) auf die den Ablagefächern (F1, F2 ... Fn) zugekehrten Bundbuchsen (16, 17) aufsetzbar und mittels der dann an den Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) angebrachten Abdeckungen (30) schwenkbar auf den Bundbuchsen (16, 17) festlegbar sind.
  2. Schrank nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Scharnierstange (20) im Abstand von der Frontseite einer Wand (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) oder einer vertikalen Trennwand (12) des Schrankkorpus (10) angebracht ist, wobei sie mittels Lagerelementen an der Frontseite der Boden- und Deckwand des Schrankkorpus (10) befe-stigt ist.
  3. Schrank nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Bundbuchsen (16, 17) in Aufnahmen (15) der Ansätze (14) der Fachböden (13) fest und unverdrehbar eingesetzt sind und
    dass die Bundbuchsen (16, 17) eine Durchgangsbohrung für die Scharnierstange (20) aufweisen.
  4. Schrank nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Durchgangsbohrung der Bundbuchsen (16, 17) und der Außendurchmesser der Scharnierstange (20) auf Presssitz abgestimmt sind und dass die Bundbuchsen (16,17) damit unverdrehbar auf der Scharnier-stange (20) gehalten sind.
  5. Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Ablagefächer (F1, F2 ... Fn) und die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) unterschiedliche, vertikale Höhe aufweisen.
  6. Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) als massive Türen mit den rückseitigen Aufnahmen (29) für die Bundbuchsen (16, 17) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) als auf der Rückseite offene Basisboxen ausgebildet sind, wobei in die Rückseiten Füllplatten (28) eingesetzt sind.
  8. Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) auf der der Scharnierseite gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seite ein Schließelement tragen und
    dass diese Schließelemente (26) bei geschlossenen Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) mit Gegen-Schließelementen (22) in Verbindung kommen, die an einer vertikalen Wand (11) des Schrankkorpus (10) oder einer vertikalen Trennwand (12) des Schrankkorpus (10) angebracht sind.
  9. Schrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Fachtüren (25.1, 25.2) und/oder die Abdeckungen (30) als horizontale Schlitze ausgebildete Verbindungsaufnahmen (15, 35) aufweisen.
