Claims (7)
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse, et notamment des orifices anodiques lors du remplacement des anodes d'une installation de production d'aluminium par électrolyse ignée, comprenant deux godets (16, 17) articulés au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure d'un châssis (10), mobile en translation verticale, le bord inférieur (31) de chacun desdits godets (16, 17) étant susceptible d'être animée d'un mouvement circulaire au moyen d'un embiellage de fermeture et d'ouverture (14, 14'), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un premier châssis (10), dénommé châssis porte-pelle, solidarisée à un mât de guidage vertical (5), et un second châssis (11), dénommé châssis support des godets, relié mécaniquement audit châssis porte-pelle (10), et susceptible de se translater par rapport à celui-ci, ledit châssis support des godets (11) intégrant l'embiellage de fermeture et d'ouverture des godets (14, 14'), lesdits godets (16, 17) étant articulés à l'extrémité inférieure de ce châssis.
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'embiellage de fermeture (14, 14') des godets (16, 17) comprend une bielle de transmission d'efforts (23), dont l'une des extrémités est articulée directement ou indirectement sur lesdits godets (16, 17), afin de conférer un mouvement circulaire à leur bord inférieur (31) lors de l'opération de fermeture de la pelle (6), et dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur une bielle rotative d'actionnement (18), elle-même articulée (19) sur le châssis support des godets (11), ladite bielle rotative (18) étant reliée mécaniquement au châssis porte-pelle (10) au moyen d'une bielle de compensation (27), articulée sur le châssis porte-pelle (10), ladite bielle rotative (18) étant par ailleurs actionnée en rotation au moyen d'un vérin d'actionnement (25), dont le point d'application est solidaire du châssis support des godets (11).
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la bielle rotative d'actionnement (18) présente trois branches s'étendant depuis son axe d'articulation (19) sur le châssis support des godets (11), deux des branches étant sensiblement colinéaires, et recevant respectivement l'axe ou tige d'activation du vérin activateur (25) et l'une des extrémités de la bielle intermédiaire (23) de l'embiellage de fermeture (14, 14'), la troisième branche s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport aux deux autres, et recevant au niveau de son extrémité libre, l'axe d'articulation de la bielle de compensation (27).
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse selon l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un ressort taré (29), susceptible de reprendre au niveau du corps du vérin activateur (25), une partie des efforts, et notamment la compensation de la masse constituée par l'embiellage de fermeture (14, 14') des godets et les godets (16, 17) eux-mêmes, ledit ressort étant solidaire du châssis porte pelle (10).
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le ressort taré (29) est monté sur une rotule (34), solidarisée au châssis porte-pelle (10), de telle sorte à lui permettre de réaliser un mouvement de basculement en parallèle avec celui du vérin (25), lors de la rotation de la bielle rotative (18).
- Unité de collecte, de nettoyage et de calibrage des cuves d'électrolyse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le mât (5) est télescopique et actionné par un système de levage (32) électro-mécanique, hydraulique ou pneumatique.
- Unité de collecte et de nettoyage des cuves d'électrolyse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée sur un chariot (4) mobile en translation sur un pont roulant (2) se déplaçant au dessus des cuves.
