Definitions
- the invention relates to an elevator system for transport of loads and / or people in an elevator shaft comprising an elevator car guided on guide rails and a drive coupled to the elevator car with a drive device and a drive control, with at least parts of the drive below the guide rails are arranged.
- An elevator car that is movable along guide rails is for example from the international published application WO 98/39242 known.
- the elevator car is a hydraulic cable drive assigned with a hydraulic lifting cylinder that between two guide rails is arranged.
- the guide rails are on a wall of the elevator shaft kept at a distance from this and support themselves immediately from the bottom of the elevator shaft.
- the object of the present invention is an elevator system of the type described at the outset, that they are inexpensive to manufacture and assemble is, it requires a small installation space.
- This task is the generic type in an elevator system Art solved according to the invention in that the elevator system a the guide rails in vertical Has support structure in the direction, between the bottom of the elevator shaft and the bottom End of the guide rails a receiving space to accommodate at least part of the drive Are defined.
- An elevator system with such a configuration requires only a relatively small installation space, because at least parts of the drive below the Guide rails can be positioned, at the same time ensured by the use of the support structure will that the guide rails on constructive simple yet reliable way in the elevator shaft can be determined.
- the weight of the guide rails and those acting on them through the elevator car Forces are essentially from the Support structure added, so that additional holding means to align the guide rails within the elevator shaft, for example holding clips or Retaining bracket, structurally simple and inexpensive to manufacture can be designed.
- the formation of a receiving space below the guide rails has the advantage that the in the recording room positionable parts of the drive regardless of the distance the guide rails from each other and their distance can be selected for the shaft wall.
- the elevator car can be positioned at the level of the receiving space.
- this makes possible an embodiment in which the recording space at the lowest stop position of the elevator car is arranged.
- a shaft pit receiving the drive device omitted for the elevator shaft, whereby the constructive measures for installing an elevator system into a building can be significantly reduced. Because it can be provided that the elevator shaft after extends only to such a height below, that the cabin floor of the elevator car at the lowest Floor is positionable.
- the elevator car by means of guide elements slidably held on the guide rails is, lower, assigned to the cabin floor Guide elements in the vertical direction related to the Cabin floor are arranged offset upwards.
- the lower guide elements are thus at a distance from the cabin floor arranged so that a space is free remains for positioning parts of the drive can be used.
- the cabin ceiling upper guide elements assigned to the elevator car in the vertical direction in relation to the cabin ceiling are arranged offset upwards, so that the greatest possible distance between the lower and results in the upper guide elements, whereby the Synchronization of the elevator car along the guide rails is improved.
- the elevator car Includes buffer elements to limit the downward movement the elevator car onto the support structure are attachable.
- the support structure not only takes on the function, to support the guide rails in a vertical direction, it also serves as a support for the elevator car, if the elevator car starts from further lowered their lowest stop position.
- the support structure can advantageously be a Guide rails and possibly also the elevator car supporting support element, for example in the form a support plate, and include the support element on Support beams supporting the floor of the elevator shaft.
- the Support structure thus forms a stand on which the guide rails can be placed and on which Buffer elements of the elevator car when descending can open.
- both the drive means and the drive control at the lowest stop position the elevator car are arranged.
- the drive device taken from the receiving space of the support structure is positioned within the elevator shaft is while the drive control is in a niche positioned to the side of the elevator shaft is.
- Drive device and control are thus in Area of the lower end of the elevator shaft at height the lowest stop of the elevator system and therefore easily accessible for maintenance work.
- the assembly of the elevator system is also included such positioning of the drive parts significantly simplified.
- the drive is a traction sheave drive includes a traction sheave and a Counterweight.
- a Traction sheave arranged within the receiving space.
- the counterweight is advantageously between or positioned next to the car guide rails.
- the drive comprises a Drum drive. It is advantageous if the drum drive at least one inside the recording room arranged drive drum includes. Of particular advantage it is when the drum drive two in the recording room arranged drive drums includes. This can be provided that the two drive drums by one common axis of rotation are rotatable. The latter can for example, perpendicular to the shaft side walls of the Be elevator shaft aligned.
- a particularly space-saving arrangement can thereby be achieved be that the two are spaced within of the receiving space arranged drive drums are coupled to a drive motor which between the two drive drums within the receiving space is arranged.
- the recording room include transmission and / or braking elements, connected with the motor and / or the drive drums. there can the associated drive or elevator control directly above the drive between the guide rails be arranged where they through an opening in the Shaft wall is accessible.
- connection of the drive device to the elevator car can be done using suspension cables.
- the elevator system is an advantage if the suspension cables run to the side of and / or behind the elevator car. This has the advantage that the elevator car be moved along the entire elevator shaft can.
- the drive includes pulleys at the upper end of the elevator shaft, arranged outside the path of the elevator car are. It is particularly advantageous if the Elevator car in its uppermost stop position on the side can be positioned next to or between the pulleys is. In such an embodiment, the Elevator shaft a separate shaft head that is extends above the ceiling of the top floor, that is to be reached by the elevator system is eliminated. The cost of installing the elevator system in one Buildings can be significantly reduced as a result.
- the elevator car has a car door as well a cabin rear wall opposite the cabin door comprises, the elevator car in the direction the cabin rear wall tapers.
- This enables an embodiment where the width of the elevator car is in the range the cabin door is essentially the width of the Elevator shaft corresponds while for the area a smaller width is selected for the rear wall of the cabin, so that in the rear area between the elevator car and there is free space on the side walls of the shaft, for example the positioning of pulleys and / or suspension cables to the side of the elevator car allows.
