Description
Claims (6)
- Druckmittelzylinder mit einseitig herausgeführter Kolbenstange (1), mit einen Befestigungselement (4) und mit einem Funktionsblock (5), wobei der das Zylinderrohr (2) kolbenseitig abschließender Zylinderboden (3) das Befestigungselement (4) und den aufgesetzten Funktionsblock (5) mit Funktionselementen, beispielsweise Anschlüssen (6, 7), Ventilen (9) , Druckspeichern (8) oder dergleichen, trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderboden (3) zumindest einen zylindrischen äußeren Anschlußbereich (17) aufweist, in welchem die zu den Arbeitsräumen (11, 18) führenden Druckmittelleitungen (19, 20) nach außen münden und welcher in eine entsprechend abgedichtete Durchgangsbohrung (21) des Funktionsblocks (5), in welche die Druckmittelleitungen der Funktionselemente (6 bis 9) münden, eingestackt und dort befestigt ist.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderboden (3) insgesamt als mit dem Zylinderrohr (2) koaxialer, abgedichtet verbundener, separater Drehteil ausgeführt ist.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckmittelleitungen in der Durchgangsbohrung (21) des Funktionsblocks (5) und/oder am äußeren Anschlußbereich (17) des Zylinderbodens (3) in umlaufende Ringausnehmungen (26, 27) münden.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderboden (3) abgedichtet in das Zylinderrohr (2) eingeschraubt ist.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (4) für den Druckmittelzylinder an der Außenseite des Zylinderbodens (3) befestigt und vorzugsweise von einem eingeschraubten Schwenkauge gebildet ist.
- Druckmittelzylinder nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aufgesetzte Funktionsblock (5) mittels einer von der Außenseite her auf den Zylinderboden (3) aufgeschraubten Befestigungsmutter (22) befestigt ist.
