Claims (6)
- Werkstück, insbesondere Schalldämpfer für eine Abgasanlage eines Kraftfahrzeuges, mit einem hohlzylindrischen, umfangsmäßig geschlossenen Mantel (1) und einem in diesen unter in Umfangsrichtung diesem definiert zugeordnet eingeschobenen Kern (3) mit mindestens einem nah an dem inneren Mantel-Umfang angrenzenden Bereich A sowie mit einer Kennzeichnung für die Art des eingeschobenen Kernes (3) auf der Werkstückaußenfläche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Innenumfang des Mantels (1) eine lokal begrenzte, nach radial innen ragende Positionier-Erhebung (6) vorgesehen ist, der in dem Bereich A des einzusetzenden Kernes (3) eine Positionier-Ausnehmung (7) komplementär zugeordnet ist, wobei die Form der Positionier-Ausnehmung (7) ein Überoder zumindest Aufschieben der Ausnehmung (7) über bzw. auf die Positionier-Erhebung (6) erlaubt. - Werkstück nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Außen-Mantel (1) ein lokal begrenzter Kontrollbereich als Erhebung oder Senke (8) vorgesehen ist. - Werkstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial nach innen ragende Positionier-Erhebung (6) in den Mantel eingeformt ist und dadurch eine auf dem Außen-Mantel (1) als Kontrollbereich dienende Senke (8) bildet. - Werkstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit zumindest einem aus Blech bestehenden Bereich,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Positionier-Erhebungen (6) und/oder der als Senke (8) ausgebildete auf dem Außen-Mantel (1) liegende Kontrollbereich in den Blechbereich eingeformt ist bzw. sind. - Werkstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zumindest eine Bereich A von mindestens einer lotrecht zur Achse des Mantels (1) ausgerichteten Scheibe (4) gebildet ist, die Bestandteil des Innen-Kernes (3) ist und zumindest bereichsweise radial über angrenzende Bereiche des Kerns (3) hinausragt. - Verfahren zur Weiterverarbeitung eines Werkstückes nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei dem das Werkstück unter einer in Umfangsrichtung definiert vorgegebenen Lage in einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung eingespannt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Kontrollbereich (8) ein dessen Form und/oder Lage wahrnehmbares Erkennungsgerät zugeordnet ist.
