Claims (7)

  1. Tête d'enroulement comportant un tube de coulée d'un fil machine déplacé à grande vitesse, qui est constituée d'une douille support disposée horizontalement sur deux paliers (EL; HL) espacés, disposés dans un logement de support (TG), recevant la portion d'introduction du fil (LRE) du tuyau de coulée (LR) et entraînable en rotation, dont la portion annelée avant (RS) qui se détourne de la portion d'introduction du fil (LRE) est reliée en formant une saillie libre à un support de tuyau (RH) qui reçoit la portion de sortie du fil (LRA) du tube de coulée,
    caractérisée par
    un dispositif de pression (DV) relié au logement de support (TG) et sollicitant sur un axe radial une portion de la douille support (TH) entre les deux paliers (EL et HL).
  2. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le dispositif de pression (DV) est constitué d'un support (TR)d'une pluralité de rouleaux de pression (DR) déplacé par une force hydromécanique, électromécanique ou élastique, lesquels rouleaux de pression reposent sur la portion (THZ) en forme de cylindre de la douille support (TH).
  3. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le dispositif de pression est constitué d'un presse-étoupe fermé, sollicité par la pression de l'huile et entourant la portion cylindrique (THZ) de la douille support (TH) pour générer de manière réglable une pression hydrostatique et/ou hydrodynamique orientée approximativement à l'horizontale sur la portion cylindrique (THZ) de la douille support (TH).
  4. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le presse-étoupe (DB) présente des parois internes coniques et est déplaçable axialement de manière réglable sur la portion cylindrique (THZ) de la douille support.
  5. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le dispositif de pression est constitué d'un palier magnétique, dont les aimants (M) sont commandés dans une direction et à une charge.
  6. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le dispositif de pression (DV) est constitué d'un palier lisse sollicité par la pression sur un axe radial.
  7. Tête d'enroulement selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    le palier lisse est déplaçable axialement de manière réglable.
