Claims (25)
- Zeichenmaschine (1) in Form eines Raster-Plotters zum Zeichnen auf einem endlos zugeführten Zeichenmedium (5) wie Papier, mit Mitteln (40, 54, 55) zum Abwickeln des Zeichenmediums (5) von einer ersten Rolle (15) und zum Zuführen in einen Zeichenbereich (60) sowie zum Aufwickeln auf eine zweite Rolle (72), mit einer planen Auflagefläche (85) für das Zeichenmedium (5) im Zeichenbereich (60), mit Mitteln (80, 81, 82) zum Fixieren des Zeichenmediums (5) im Zeichenbereich (60) während des Zeichnens, und mit einem Wagen (4), der einen Druckkopf (10) mit Mitteln zum rasterförmigen Zeichnen auf dem Zeichenmedium (5) umfasst und in Y-Richtung verschiebbar ausgebildet ist, wobei das Zeichenmedium (5) durch die Mittel zum Zuführen in den Zeichenbereich (60) in X-Richtung verfahren wird.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen vertikal sich erstreckenden Rahmen (6), der insbesondere aus Hohlprofilen besteht.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (54) zum Abwickeln von der ersten Rolle (15) und zum Aufwickeln auf die zweite Rolle (72) nahe am Boden in einer Höhe angeordnet sind, die geringer als der maximale Durchmesser der ersten oder zweiten Rolle (15, 72) ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (55) für das Abwickeln des Zeichenmediums (5) von der ersten Rolle (15) aus zwei Walzen (18, 19) bestehen, von denen die erste Walze (18) frei dreht, während die zweite Walze (19) angetrieben ist
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der ersten und zweiten Walze (18, 19) ein Träger (30) aufliegt, der die erste Rolle (15) umfasst, wobei mit Drehen des Trägers (30) mittels der Walzen (18, 19) die Rolle (15) sich mitdreht.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (30) der ersten Rolle (15) zwei seitlich zur Rolle (15) angeordnete Scheiben (31, 32) mit jeweils einem Konus umfasst, der in die erste Rolle (15) seitlich eingreift und darüber der Träger (30) triebschlüssig mit der ersten Rolle (15) verbunden ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche (33, 34) des Konus geriffelt ausgebildet ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Welle (17) die beiden Scheiben (31, 32) durchdringt, an einem ihrer Enden mit einem, insbesondere schraubbaren, Feststeller (35) versehen ist, über den ein Kraftschluss der beiden Konusse mit der Rolle (15) erzeugt wird, und am anderen Ende der Welle (17) ein auf der Welle (17) angeordneter Anschlag, wie ein justierbarer Ring (36), vorgesehen ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei justierbare Führungsringe (64, 67) auf einer der zwei Walzen (18, 19) seitlich angebracht sind, um eine seitliche Führung des Trägers (30) der ersten Rolle (15) zu gewährleisten.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ersten Rolle (15) Zugspannungs-Ausgleichsmittel (20) nachgeordnet sind, die unterschiedlich auf das Zeichenmedium (5) einwirkende Zugspannungen ausgleichen.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugspannungs-Ausgleichmittel (20) das Zeichenmedium (5) vor dem Zeichenbereich (60) in eine vorbestimmte Lage ausrichten.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugspannungs-Ausgleichmittel durch einen Stab (20) gebildet werden, der insbesondere in einer Führung (41) so gelagert ist, dass das Zeichenmedium (5) unabhängig von der anliegenden Zugspannung immer in seiner vorbestimmten Lage vor dem Zeichenbereich (60) ausgerichtet verbleibt.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Fixieren des Zeichenmediums (5) im Zeichenbereich (60) eine Unterdruckkammer (81) umfassen, die mit der Auflagefläche (85) so zusammenwirkt, dass das Zeichenmedium (5) im Zeichenbereich (60) während des Zeichnens fixiert ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (85) eine Anzahl von Öffnungen (82) aufweist, welche eine Verbindung zwischen dem Inneren (83) der Unterdruckkammer (81) und der Oberfläche des Zeichenmediums (5) herstellen, und dass eine Saugvorrichtung (80) vorgesehen ist, die ein Vakuum in der Unterdruckkammer (81) erzeugt.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (40) zum Zuführen des Zeichenmediums in den Zeichenbereich (60) zwei Walzen (44, 45) umfassen, zwischen denen das Zeichenmedium (5) eingespannt und hindurchgeführt ist, und dass die Länge der Walzen (44, 45) sehr viel geringer ist als die Breite des zu bedruckenden Zeichenmediums (5), und dass beide Walzen (44, 45) in Bezug auf die Breite des Zeichenmediums (5) symmetrisch und zentriert angeordnet sind.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Walze (44) frei drehbar ausgebildet ist, während die untere Walze (45) angetrieben ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Walze (44) frei auf einer Achse drehbar und in einem im Rahmen (6) angelenkten Hebel (47) gelagert ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (47) in Richtung auf die untere Walze durch eine Feder (48) belastet ist, wodurch eine Druckspannung durch die obere Walze (44) zwischen dem Zeichenmedium (5) und der Oberfläche der unteren Walze (45) eingestellt wird.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führungswelle (49) für das Zeichenmedium (5) vorgesehen ist, welche durch seine Positionierung dafür sorgt, dass die Bewegung des Zeichenmediums (5) immer senkrecht zur Mantellinie der ersten Rolle (15) erfolgt.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (55) zum Aufwickeln des Zeichenmediums (5) auf die zweite Rolle (72) entsprechend den Mitteln (54) zum Abwickeln von der ersten Rolle (15) aufgebaut sind.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Träger für die zweite Rolle vorgesehen ist, der zwei Scheiben (70, 71), eine die zwei Scheiben (70, 71) über Bohrungen durchdringende Welle (72), auf der die Scheiben (70, 71) frei drehbar aufgebracht sind, und zwei einstellbare Anschläge (73, 79) umfasst, die auf der Welle (72) montiert sind, wobei diese Anschläge (73, 79) eine Verlagerung der Scheiben (70, 71) in Längsrichtung der Welle (72) begrenzen, wobei aufgrund des Kontaktes mit den Walzen (57, 58) die Scheiben (70, 71) kontinuierlich Drehen, wobei die Bohrungen in den Scheiben (70, 71) einen größeren Durchmesser als die Welle (72) aufweisen und wobei die Welle (72) ihrerseits auf Grund des Kontaktes mit den Innenflächen der Bohrungen der Scheiben (70, 71) dreht.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Rolle durch das unmittelbare Aufwickeln auf die Welle (72) gebildet ist.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (4) mittels flexibler Seile (91, 93), deren Enden (102, 103, 104, 105) mit einer Antriebsrolle (92) und dem Wagen (4) verbunden sind, bewegt wird.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsrolle (92) über einen Treibriemen (130) von einem Motor (101) angetrieben wird.
- Zeichenmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Wagen (4) ein Tintentank (97) angeordnet ist, der mit dem Druckkopf (10) über ein flexibles Rohr verbunden ist.
