Claims (12)
- Steckverbinder vom Typ, der einen Hauptkörper bestimmter Form, Befestigungsmittel, die teilweise . mit dem Hauptkörper fest verbunden sind, und mindestens einen Eingang und/oder Ausgang mit einem Kabel umfasst, das mindestens eine externe Abschirmung aufweist und über eine Hinterseite des Steckverbinders austritt, wobei der Steckverbinder dazu bestimmt ist, auf einer aus stromleitendem Material bestehenden Wand einer elektrischen und/oder elektronischen Ausrüstung befestigt und mit dieser Wand über die Befestigungsmittel fest verbunden zu sein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der externen Abschirmungen (31) des Kabels (3) von außen in einer Zone (Zd) mit bestimmter Länge in einer vorbestimmten Entfernung (d) vom Ende des Kabels (3), das sich nahe der Hinterseite (100) befindet, zugänglich gemacht wird, dadurch, dass der Steckverbinder eine Armierung (5) aus stromleitendem Material umfasst, welche mindestens eine Hinterwand (50), die mit so vielen Öffnungen (500) wie Kabeln (3) versehen ist, so dass sie auf die Kabel aufgeschoben werden kann, und seitliche Flügel (51) aufweist, welche Endfalze (52) zum Inneren hin aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen die Befestigungsmittel (102) und der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material eingefügt und eingeklemmt zu werden, wenn der Steckverbinder (1) mit der Wand (2) fest verbunden wird, und dadurch, dass die von außen zugänglichen Zonen (Zd) der Abschirmung (31) elektrisch mit der Hinterwand (50) der Armierung (5) auf der Höhe der Öffnungen (500) verbunden sind, so dass zwischen der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material und der Abschirmung (31) ein Stromfluss hergestellt wird, wenn der Steckverbinder (1) mit der Wand (2) fest verbunden ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterwand (50) der Armierung (5) im Wesentlichen eben und von rechteckiger Form ist, dadurch, dass die seitlichen Flügel aus vier Klammern (51), zwei pro Seite, bestehen, die einen ersten Falz mit 90 Grad zur Hinterwand der Armierung und einen zweiten Endfalz (52) mit 90 Grad zum Inneren hin aufweisen, so dass die Endfalze (52), wenn die Armierung (5) auf jedes der abgeschirmten Kabel (3) aufgeschoben wird, zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (102) und der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material angeordnet sind, wenn der Steckverbinder (1) mit dieser Wand fest verbunden ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel mindestens eine Platte (102) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelig und mit dem Hauptkörper (10) fest verbunden ist, dadurch, dass die Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material eine Öffnung (20) aufweist, welche das Einfügen des Hauptkörpers (10) ermöglicht, so dass die Platte (102) auf einer ihrer Seiten abgestützt werden kann und dadurch, dass die Endfalze (52) zwischen dieser Platte (102) und der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material eingeklemmt sind, und dadurch, dass der Steckverbinder mit zusätzlichen Mitteln (1020, 200) versehen ist, um die Platte (102) an dieser Wand (2) zu befestigen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen Befestigungsmittel Öffnungen (1020, 200), die am Umfang der Öffnung (20) der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material und der Platte (102) ausgeführt sind, und Elemente vom Typ Schraube mit Mutter aufweisen, die mit den Öffnungen (1020, 200) zusammenwirken, um die feste Verbindung der Wand (2) und der Platte (102) herzustellen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmung (31) des Kabels (3) mit einer Schutzhülle (30) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material überzogen ist, wobei jedes der Kabel (3) eine blanke Zone (Zd) nahe des gemeinsamen Endes mit der Hinterseite (100) des Steckverbinders (1) aufweist, so dass die Abschirmung (31) von außen zugänglich gemacht und die elektrische Verbindung mit der Hinterwand (50) der Armierung (5) ermöglicht wird.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Verbindung zwischen der Hinterwand (50) der Armierung (5) und der Abschirmung (31) aus einer Lötstelle besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der abgeschirmten Kabel (3) ein koaxiales Kabel ist, das einen zentralen Kern aufweist, der von einem Metallgeflecht (31) umgeben ist, welches die Abschirmung bildet.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material, aus dem die Armierung (5) besteht, auf Kupfer-Beryllium basiert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung und zum Zusammenbau eines Steckverbinders nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Verfahren mindestens folgende Schritte umfasst:da jedes der abgeschirmten Kabel (3) auf einem Ende mit einem Kontaktelement (4) versehen ist, durch welches das Kabel verlängert wird, und da die Abschirmung (31) mit einer Schutzhülle (30) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material umgeben ist, einen Schritt des Abisolierens einer Zone (Zd) mit vorbestimmter Länge in einer vorbestimmten Entfernung (d) vom Kontaktelement;da der Hauptkörper (10) mit Längskanälen (1000) versehen ist, die ihn von einer Seite zur anderen durchbohren, einen Schritt des Einfügens von jedem der Kontaktelemente (4) in das Innere dieser Kanäle (1000), so dass das abgeschirmte Kabel (3), das mit dem Kontaktelement verbunden ist, aus der Hinterseite (100) des Steckverbinders (1) hervorsteht;einen Schritt, der aus dem Überziehen der Hinterwand (50) der Armierung (5) auf jedes der abgeschirmten Kabel (3), wobei diese Kabel (3) durch die Öffnungen (500) der Hinterwand (50) verlaufen, und aus dem Positionieren der Endfalze (52) vor den Befestigungsmitteln (102) des Steckverbinders (1) besteht; undSchweißen der Hinterwand auf die abschirmungsfreie Zone jedes abgeschirmten Kabels (3), so dass zwischen der Armierung (5) und jeder der Abschirmungen (31) ein Stromfluss hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schweißschritt aus einem Löten mit Hilfe eines Induktionseisens besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren einen nachfolgenden Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, den Hauptkörper (10) in eine Öffnung (20) der Wand (2) aus stromleitendem Material einzufügen und den Steckverbinder (1) über die Befestigungsmittel (102, 200) damit fest zu verbinden, so dass die Endfalze (52) der Armierung (5) zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln (102) des Steckverbinders (1) und der Wand (2) eingeklemmt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren einen vorbereitenden Schritt zur Oberflächenbehandlung des Materials, aus dem die Armierung (5) besteht, umfasst, und dadurch, dass die Behandlung aus einer chemischen Vernickelung und einer lokalen Verzinnung durch Tauchen besteht, so dass das Löten ermöglicht wird.
