Claims (7)
- Maschine (1) zum Verpacken von fließfähigen Nahrungsmitteln in Verpackungen, die aus einer Endlosbahn (3) aus Verpackungsmaterial (4) gebildet sind, wobei die Maschine (1) eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Falteinheit (9) zum Falten der Bahn (3) in Längsrichtung zur Bildung eines durchgehenden Schlauchs (2) aufweist; ferner eine Formeinheit (12) mit mindestens zwei Paar Backen (37), welche zyklisch in Wechselwirkung mit dem Schlauch (2) den Schlauch entlang quer verlaufender Streifen (45) in gleichmäßigen Abständen von einander zusiegeln; und eine Steuervorrichtung (60) zum Steuern der Zuführung des Schlauchs (2), welche ihrerseits Einrichtungen (7, 27; 51) aufweist, welche die Position des Schlauchs (2) in Längsrichtung korrigieren, sowie Einrichtungen (17, 25), welche die Winkelposition des Schlauchs korrigieren; wobei das Verpackungsmaterial (4) ein Muster (14) aufweist sowie eine Reihe von Falzlinien (13) zur Unterstützung beim Falten des Verpackungsmaterials auf der Formeinheit (12); dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuervorrichtung (60) zum Steuern der Zuführung des Schlauchs eine Erfassungseinrichtung (62) aufweist, welche die Position von auf dem Material (4) gebildeten optisch erfassbaren Elementen (5) in Deckung mit den Falzlinien (13) erfasst; sowie eine Einrichtung (63) zum Steuern der Einrichtungen (7, 27; 51) zum Korrigieren der Position des Schlauchs in Längsrichtung und der Einrichtungen (17, 25) zur Korrektur der Winkelposition des Schlauchs (2) im Ansprechen auf jeweilige Lagefehler in der Längsrichtung und in der Querrichtung (E1, E2) der von der Erfassungseinrichtung (62) erfassten optisch erfassbaren Elemente (5).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die optisch erfassbaren Elemente vorlaminierte Löcher (5) in dem Material (4) sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Korrigieren der Position des Schlauchs in Längsrichtung eine angetriebene Rolle (7) aufweist, die sich auf der Zuführseite der Einheit (9) zum Falten in Längsrichtung befindet.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (51) zum Korrigieren der Position des Schlauchs in Längsrichtung zwei Falzlaschen (54) aufweist, die in jedem Paar Backen (37) auf einer Backe (37) getragen werden und die mit dem Material (4) zusammenwirken und auf dieses eine Zugwirkung in veränderlicher Größe ausüben.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Korrigieren der Winkelposition des Schlauchs (2) mindestens eine Faltbaugruppe (17) aufweist, welche Teil der Falteinheit (9) zum Auffalten in Längsrichtung ist und sich um eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Zuführachse (A) des Schlauchs (2) dreht; sowie ein von der Steuervorrichtung (60) angesteuertes Betätigungselement (25) zum Nachstellen der Position der Faltbaugruppe (17) um die Achse (A).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Sensor (61) zum Erfassen einer kodierten optischen Passmarke (15) aufweist, welche auf dem Material (4) gebildet ist und sich mit dem Muster (14) deckt, wobei der Sensor (61) so mit der Steuervorrichtung (60) verbunden ist und ein Signal (I2) erzeugt, um die Erfassungseinrichtung (62) zum Lesen freizugeben.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erfassungseinrichtung eine Videokamera (62) umfasst.
