Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von blattförmigem Gut, insbesondere in Form von Stapeln, mit einem Traggestell (1), einem zwangsgeführten und bei gleichzeitiger seitlicher Bewegung auf- und abwärtsbewegbaren Messer (6), zwei in unterschiedlichen Winkeln schräg angeordneten, wälzgelagerten Linearführungen (13) für einen das Messer (6) aufnehmenden Messerträger (7) und Antriebsmitteln (15) zum Bewegen des Messerträgers (7), wobei die jeweilige Linearführung (13) mindestens eine mit dem Traggestell (1) verbundene Führungsschiene (23) und einen zwangsgeführten Führungswagen (26) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerträger (7) im Bereich der jeweiligen Linearführung (13) mit einem Lagerelement (32) versehen ist, das schwenkbar in einer Bohrung (45) des Führungswagens (26) gelagert ist, wobei der resultierende Kraftangriffspunkt (31) des Lagerelements (32) zumindest annähernd mit der Schnittebene (9) zusammenfällt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lagerelement (32) als Bolzen oder Zapfen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Linearführung (13) zwei mit dem Traggestell (1) verbundene Führungsschienen (23, 24) aufweist, zwischen denen der Führungswagen (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (23, 24) eine Baueinheit (46) bilden, die insbesondere U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lagerelement (32) fest mit dem Messerträger (7) verbunden ist, insbesondere der Bolzen (32) mit dem Messerträger (7) verschraubt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Lagerelementes (32) im Führungswagen (26) und die Lagerung des Führungswagens (26) in der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (23 bzw. 24) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene (9), insbesondere im Bereich der Schnittebene (9), erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Lagerelements (32) im Führungswagen (26) wälzgelagert erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Führungsschiene (23 bzw. 24) einen im wesentlichen M- oder V-förmigen Querschnitt und der der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (23 bzw. 24) zugewandte Abschnitt des Führungswagens (26) einen im wesentlichen V-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Führungswagens (26) in der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (23 bzw. 24) mittels eines zwischen diesen zwangsgeführten Käfigs (30) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Führungswagens (26) in der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (23 bzw. 24) mittels einer Umlaufführung, insbesondere einer Rollenumlaufführung (44) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Exzenter (39) zum Verstellen des Lagerelementes (32) relativ zum Messerträger (7) vorgesehen ist.
