Claims (14)
- Bandbehandlungslinie für Metallbänder (B), insbesondere für hochfeste Edelstahlbänder, mit einem Bandbehandlungsabschnitt, der eine erste Behandlungsstation (4) zum Benetzen des jeweils verarbeiteten Metallbands (B) mit einer Flüssigkeit (R) sowie eine Verformungseinrichtung (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungsstation (4) derart eingerichtet ist, daß sie das sie jeweils durchlaufende Metallband (B) im wesentlichen vollständig mit Flüssigkeit (R) so benetzt, daß das Metallband (B) im noch mit Flüssigkeit (R) benetzten Zustand die Verformungseinrichtung (12) durchläuft, welche das Metallband (B) durch im wesentlichen reine Biegeformänderung richtet.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlungsstation eine Bandreinigungseinrichtung (4) ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallband (B) im Anschluß an die Behandlungsstation (4) einen Glühofen (5) durchläuft.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung (12) innerhalb der Behandlungsstation (4) angeordnet ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung (12) nahe dem Ausgang (10) der Behandlungsstation (4) angeordnet ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung (12) in Förderrichtung (F) des Metallbandes (B) in unmittelbarem Anschluß an die Behandlungsstation (4) angeordnet ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung (12) eine von dem Metallband (B) teil-umschlungene Richtrolle (13) und zwei Führungsrollen (14,15) aufweist, durch die das Metallband (B) in Anlage an der Richtrolle (13) gehalten ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Richtrolle (13) und der Führungsrollen (14,15) relativ zueinander verstellbar ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Drehachse (19) der Richtrolle (13) in einer Ebene (20) senkrecht zur Ebene des Metallbandes (B) verstellbar ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrollen (14,15) einen Zwickelbereich (16) eingrenzen, in welchem die Richtrolle (13) positioniert ist.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung zwei von dem Metallband (B) nacheinander teil-umschlungene Richtrollen besitzt.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weg des Metallbandes (B) im Bereich der Verformungseinrichtung einen S-förmigen Verlauf hat.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformungseinrichtung (12) eine Steuereinrichtung umfaßt, welche das in der Verformungseinrichtung (12) durchgeführte Biegerichten in Abhängigkeit vom Ergebnis einer an dem Metallband (B) vorgenommenen Bandkrümmungsmessung steuert.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von Metallbändern (B), insbesondere von hochfesten Edelstahlbändern, bei dem das jeweils verarbeitete Metallband einen Bandbehandlungsabschnitt durchläuft, in dem es in einer ersten Behandlungsstation (4) mit Flüssigkeit (R) benetzt wird und in einem zweiten Behandlungsabschnitt eine Verformungseinrichtung (12) durchläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallband (B) in der Behandlungsstation (4) im wesentlichen vollständig mit Flüssigkeit (R) benetzt wird und daß das Metallband (B) im noch mit Flüssigkeit (R) benetzten Zustand die Verformungseinrichtung (12) durchläuft, in der es unter Aufrechthaltung eines Flüssigkeitsfilms zwischen den Richtelementen der Verformungseinrichtung durch im wesentlichen reine Biegeformänderung gerichtet wird.
