Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Flachbandes (3) mit elektrischen kontaktierenden Lamellen (6) für einen elektrischen Verbinder, wobei die Lamellen (6) an ihren Enden durch zwei ununterbrochene Seitenbänder (7, 8) verbunden sind, wobei die Lamellen aus der Ebene der Seitenbänder durch Verdrehung um ihre Längsachse (X) heraustreten, senkrecht zu der Länge (L) des Bandes, bei welchem Verfahren von einem Flachband (4) aus plastisch verformbaren Material ausgegangen wird und in der Lage, nach Behandlung elastische Eigenschaften einer Feder aufzuweisen, wobei wenigstens der mittlere Teil des Flachbandes nur auf einer seiner zwei Seiten mit einer Schicht (5) eines elektrisch gut leitenden Materials beschichtet ist, wobei das Flachband danach mit Kerben versehen wird, um die Lamellen (6) und ununterbrochenen seitlichen Bänder (7, 8) zu erhalten, wobei die Lamellen aus der Ebene der Seitenbänder durch Verdrehung heraustreten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Ränder jeder Lamelle zu einem Saum (12) in der Richtung umgebogen ist, in der die elektrisch leitende Beschichtung (5) außen bleibt, wobei das Flachband dann einer Behandlung der Aushärtung unterzogen wird, um ihm die elastischen Eigenschaften einer Feder zu geben.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Behandlung der Aushärtung die Seitenstreifen (7, 8) gefaltet werden, um die Lamellen näher aneinander zusammenzuschieben, um die Anzahl der Lamellen (6) pro Längeneinheit zu steigern.
- Flachband (3) mit elektrischen kontaktierenden Lamellen (6) für einen elektrischen Verbinder, wobei die Lamellen (6) an ihren Enden durch zwei ununterbrochene Seitenbänder (7, 8) verbunden sind, wobei die Lamellen aus der Ebene der Seitenbänder durch Verdrehung um ihre Längsachse heraustreten, senkrecht zur Länge des Flachbandes, wobei das Flachband aus einem Material ist, welches elastische Eigenschaften einer Feder aufweist, wenigstens der mittlere Teil jeder Lamelle auf einer seiner Seiten mit einem elektrisch gut leitenden Material (5) beschichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Ränder jeder Lamelle zu einem Saum (12) umgebogen ist in einer Richtung, welche die elektrisch gut leitende Beschichtung an der Außenseite sichtbar werden lässt.
- Flachband mit Lamellen gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenbänder (7, 8) gefaltet sind, wodurch die Lamellen (6) einander näher gebracht werden.
