Claims (13)
- Système d'assemblage d'un appareil d'activation d'une fermeture mobile sur un support fixe (1), cet appareil d'activation comportant un tambour (11) logeant dans un couvercle de tambour (2), et un ensemble moteur pour entraíner en rotation le tambour (2), le couvercle de tambour (2) comportant un corps de couvercle (13) susceptible d'être fixé sur le support fixe (1) par des premiers moyens de fixation (17) et un capot (14) fixé sur ledit corps de couvercle (13), ledit corps de couvercle (13) comportant des ergots (16) qui en coopération avec le capot (14) bloquent le tambour (11) dans son logement, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble moteur (3) comporte un corps principal (18) susceptible d'être fixé sur le corps de couvercle (13) par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (19) et de telle manière que ledit ensemble moteur (3) puisse être assemblé sur ledit corps de couvercle (13) avant ou après l'assemblage dudit corps de couvercle (13) sur le support fixe (1).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le capot (14) est fixé sur le corps de couvercle (13) par des clips (15).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé par le fait que le support fixe (1) est un panneau de porte de véhicule.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble moteur (3) comporte en outre un axe (9) entraínant une roue (10) qui elle-même entraíne le tambour (11) grâce à des dents (12).
- Système selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un premier joint d'étanchéité (8) est interposé entre l'ensemble moteur (3) et le corps de couvercle (13).
- Système selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation sont des vis (19).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble moteur (3) comporte un système manuel (22) entraíné par une manivelle.
- Système selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le système manuel (22) comporte un système dit de boíte de frein dont le corps principal (18) est fixé sur le corps de couvercle (13) par des clips ou des pattes rabattables (21) qui viennent se loger dans des encoches (20).
- Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un deuxième joint d'étanchéité (25) entre le système manuel (22) et le tambour (11).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'un troisième joint d'étanchéité (7) est interposé entre le corps de couvercle (13) et le support fixe (1)
- Système selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le troisième joint d'étanchéité (7) est surmoulé ou collé sur le corps de couvercle (13) et comporte une partie (41) en forme de crochet qui se clipse sur le support fixe (1).
- Système selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la partie (41) en forme de crochet est discontinue sur le périmètre d'un trou (4) du support fixe (1).
- Système selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le troisième joint d'étanchéité (7) est collé sur le support fixe (1) est comporte une partie (41) en forme de crochet qui se clipse sur le corps de couvercle (13).
