Claims (5)

  1. Schachtel mit Deckel (1) und hierzu komplementärer Frontklappe (2), die durch Ausstanzen und Falzen eines einzigen Zuschnitts ohne Kleben verwirklicht ist, mit einem rechtwinkligen Boden (F), dessen Seiten durch vier Gruppen (10, 20, 30, 40) aus Wandungen und Laschen, die miteinander durch Faltlinien verbunden sind, verlängert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    eine erste Gruppe (10) in der Verlängerung einer großen Seite des Bodens (F) zehn Wandungen und Laschen umfasst, die zwei Untergruppen entsprechen, die eine Wandung (11) für die Bildung der Rückwand besitzt, die durch eine Wandung (12) verlängert ist, die die Oberseite des Deckels bildet, wobei die hintere Wandung (11) zwei seitliche Verlängerungen besitzt, die durch zwei Laschen (11a, 11b) gebildet sind, die die Länge einer schmalen Seite des Bodens (F) besitzen und jeweils eine Nase (8a, 8b) in jener Ecke, die der Verbindungsecke mit dem Boden (F) gegenüberliegt, aufweist, und wobei die Wandung (12) des Deckels (1) einerseits an ihren schmalen Seiten durch zwei Ansätze, die jeweils aus einer Verlängerungslasche (12a, 12b) gebildet sind, auf ihrer an eine Faltlinie (12c) mit der Deckelwandung (12) angrenzenden Seite durch eine Lasche (13a, 13b), die als Breite die Tiefe der Schachtel besitzt und wovon eine Faltlinie (13c) mit einem Schlitz (3a, 3b) versehen ist, und andererseits auf ihrer großen Seite durch zwei Wandungen (13, 14), die als Breite im Wesentlichen die Tiefe der Schachtel besitzen, verlängert ist, wobei die Endwandung (14) an ihren schmalen Seiten mit Nasen (5a, 5b) und an den äußeren Ecken mit Ausschnitten (9a, 9b) versehen ist und durch Falten die andere Wandung (13) abdeckt, wobei die Laschen (13a, 13b) eingeklemmt sind, so dass die Nasen (5a, 5b) mit den Schlitzen (3a, 3b) in Eingriff sind,
    eine zweite Gruppe (20) die Frontklappe (2) in der Verlängerung der anderen großen Seite des Bodens (F) bildet, die durch eine Wandung (21) gebildet ist, die als Breite die Tiefe der Schachtel hat und schwenkbare Seitenlaschen (21a, 21b) in Form eines Quadranten aufweist, dessen freie Seite durch einen Anschlag (6a, 6b) verlängert ist,
    eine dritte Gruppe (30) und eine vierte Gruppe (40) in den Verlängerungen der schmalen Seiten des Bodens (F) jeweils zwei Wandungen (31, 32; 41, 42) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, an den Laschen (11a, 11b) der ersten Gruppe (10) und an den schwenkbaren Laschen (21a, 21b) der zweiten Gruppe (20) umgebogen zu werden, um die Seiten der Schachtel zu bilden, wobei die Doppelfaltlinien der Wandungen (31, 32; 41, 42) jeweils mit einem Schlitz (7a, 7b) versehen sind, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit den Anschlägen (6a, 6b) der zweiten Gruppe zusammenzuwirken, um das Ausklappen der Frontklappe (2) zu begrenzen, wobei die äußere Seite der Endwandung (32) der dritten Gruppe (30) wenigstens eine Aussparung (34) aufweist und die entsprechende Wandung (42) der vierten Gruppe (40) durch eine Endwandung (43) mit gleicher Länge wie der Boden (F) verlängert ist, wobei die äußere Seite dieser Wandung mit einer Lasche (44) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Aussparung (34) der ersten Gruppe (10) in Eingriff zu gelangen, um die hintere Wandung (11) und die Seitenwandung (31, 41) durch Bilden eines doppelten Bodens zu blockieren.
  2. Schachtel mit Deckel und Frontklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nasen (8a, 8b) der an der hinteren Wandung (11) angelenkten Laschen (11a, 11b) mit den Ausschnitten (9a, 9b) der inneren Wandung (14) des Deckels (1) zusammenwirken, um den Deckel (1) durch Einrasten zu verriegeln.
  3. Schachtel mit Deckel und Frontklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der doppelte Boden (43) außerdem auf Seiten der Frontklappenwandung (21) einen Ausschnitt (45) aufweist, um das Ergreifen der in der Schachtel enthaltenen Produkte zu erleichtern.
  4. Schachtel mit Deckel und Frontklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelfaltlinie zwischen den beiden Wandungen (13, 14), die den vorderen Teil des Deckels bilden, eine längliche Öffnung (19) aufweist, die nach dem Umschlagen der beiden Wandungen (13, 14) aufeinander ermöglicht, eine Aussparung zu bilden, die die Handhabung des Deckels erleichtert.
  5. Schachtel mit Deckel und Frontklappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt, in dem die Ausschnitte verwirklicht sind, aus geprägtem Polypropylen besteht.
