Claims (17)
- Aufzeichnungsträger, insbesondere Ausweis- oder Wertkarte, mit wenigstens einer einen Kartenkörper (C) bildenden Schicht (3) und einer transparenten auflaminierten Deckschicht (2) sowie wenigstens einem flächigen Sicherheitselement (8), das mit SicherheitsInformationen (A), insbesondere holographischen oder kinegraphischen Informationen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass das Sicherheitselement (8) zwischen zwei laminierten Schichten (2, 3) angeordnet und mit einer Schutzschicht (7) versehen ist, wobei wenigstens die eine der laminierten Schichten (2) transparent ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) zwischen zwei transparenten Deckschichten (2, 13) angeordnet ist (Figur 6).
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Schichten aus Polycarbonat hergestellt ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) auf seiner Unterseite durch Heissiegelung mit einer unteren Schicht (3) fest verbunden ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (7) oberseitig (14) im wesentlichen lose an einer darüberliegenden transparenten Schicht (2) anliegt.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (7) eine transparente Kunststoffolie ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (7) aus Polyester hergestellt ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) auf die Schutzschicht (7) aufgedampft ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) auf die darunterliegende Schicht (3) aufgeprägt ist.
- Aufzeichnungsträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) eine Dicke aufweist, die kleiner als 5 µm, vorzugsweise kleiner als 3 µm ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aufzeichnungsträgers, insbesondere einer Ausweis- oder Wertkarte, wobei wenigstens eine transparente Schicht (2) auf eine weitere Schicht (3) auflaminiert und ein flächiges und Sicherheitsinformationen (A) tragendes Sicherheitselement (8) aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) zwischen zwei Schichten (2, 3) einlaminiert wird, und mit einer Schutzschicht (7) versehen ist, die ebenfalls einlaminiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (7) eine Trägerfolie ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) auf die Trägerfolie (7) aufgedampft ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) aus einem aufgedampften Metall besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) ein holographisches oder kinegraphisches Element ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement (8) mittels eines Prägeverfahrens, insbesondere Heisspräge- oder Heissiegelverfahrens auf eine Schicht (3) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das einzulaminierende Sicherheitselement (8) unterseitig mit einer Siegelschicht (6) versehen ist.
