Description
Claims (12)
- Structure tubulaire formant berceau pour recevoir une bouteille de forme générale cylindrique, en particulier pour gaz liquéfié, ladite structure comporte des tronçons (1,2,3,4) de tube parallèles à l'axe(y'y)de la bouteille, épousant étroitement sa surface selon des génératrices, lesdits tronçons se recourbant à leur partie haute, au-dessus du sommet de la bouteille en formant des anses ou poignées (7,8) permettant de soulever la bouteille, et caractérisée en ce que les dits tronçons se recourbent également à leur base et se rejoignent sous le centre de la bouteille (en 6).
- Structure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte quatre tronçons de tube précités (1,2,3,4) qui sont réunis par paires au-dessus du sommet de la bouteille en formant les anses ou poignées précitées (7,8), lesquelles anses ou poignées sont symétriques par rapport à un plan passant par l'axe de la bouteille.
- Structure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que sous la bouteille, lesdits tronçons sont réunis en formant un X à quatre branches (9,10,11,12).
- Structure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au point de jonction des tronçons de tube, sous le centre de la bouteille, la structure est solidarisée de la bouteille.
- Structure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est solidarisée mécaniquement de la bouteille sous son centre, par soudage, collage, vissage ou analogue.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites anses forment en leur centre une partie sensiblement rectiligne passant par un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de la bouteille.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'à leur partie supérieure lesdits tronçons sont recourbés vers l'axe de la bouteille pour rapprocher le centre des anses (8') vers ledit axe.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits tronçons comportent, au niveau du décrochement avec les génératrices de la bouteille, des éléments de calage, blocage ou fixation desdits tronçons sur la surface latérale de la bouteille, respectivement (13) vers son fond et (14) vers son sommet.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée par une seule partie convenablement pliée ou par plusieurs parties, convenablement assemblées, formant berceau enfermant rigidement la bouteille.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'à sa base la structure comporte sous elle, qui y sont fixés, des patins (15) convenablement disposés formant pieds supports, et/ou éventuellement au moins une, et par exemple deux roulettes (16) parallèles.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour l'empilage vertical de structures, posées les unes sur les autres, les anses (7,8) forment sur le dessus un quadrilatère plan horizontal perpendiculaire à l'axe de la bouteille, sur lequel peut venir se poser et se caler un disque ou une plaque par une de ses faces, l'autre face du disque étant conformée pour recevoir, en l'y calant, le dessous de la structure supérieure, et éventuellement ses pieds supports (14) s'il en est prévu.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de tubes qui épousent les génératrices de la bouteille enserrée par la structure sont réunis sur le dessus par des tronçons de tubes formant poignées (37, 38, 37', 38').
