Description

The present invention relates to a facade cladding according to the preamble of claim 1. Such cladding or holding parts are used for cladding of exterior surfaces of buildings, in particular an optically frameless glazing (structural glazing) is provided, which consists of fixed facade elements and movable facade elements.

Außerdem müssen spezielle Haltevorrichtungen für Beschläge zum Betätigen der beweglichen Elemente eingesetzt werden.DE 198 00 190 A1 discloses a receiving element with a holding device which is inserted between two glass panes and thereby assumes the function of a spacer and sealing element. The holding device shown for receiving the insulating is disadvantageous because only small forces can be transmitted through the holder, so that large element surfaces are not buildable or the gap and the distance to the post must be designed adversely large. In addition, special holding devices for fittings for actuating the movable elements must be used.

From the generic DE 36 26 194 A1 it is also known to glue a holding part with the outer pane of an insulating glass pane and to couple on the on-site inner side with a locking fitting, so that the insulating glass is designed as a movable facade element. Although this heat-insulated holding part can accommodate even larger forces, but there is the disadvantage that the discs are poorly stacked with the mounted holding part before mounting in the facade, since the profile legs of the holding part protrude further and are relatively sensitive. Furthermore, the holding part is glued to the insulating glass, so that the surface of the holding part must undergo special treatment. A color coating is therefore not readily possible and subsequent dyeing is completely eliminated.

At the projecting edge region, a holding part is fixed, so that the insulating glass pane can be mounted on a holding device or on a post.

Das Halteteil lässt sich dabei über verschraubbare Klemmelemente an einer Fassade festlegen.EP-A-392033 shows a further facade cladding comprising a plurality of fixed facade elements consisting of insulating glass panes, in which the outer pane projects with an edge area over the inner pane and a holding part is fixed to the edge area. The holding part can be defined by screwed clamping elements on a facade.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a facade cladding in which the problems mentioned above do not occur and which allow the facade elements, e.g. Insulating glass panes are as close as possible to the supporting posts and bars fixed and flexible for fixed and movable facade elements can be used. Furthermore, wing frames should be used with special color design.

This object is achieved by a holding part for a facade cladding with the features of claim 1.

If the holding part has a groove into which a clamping member for fixing the holding part to a bolt or a post can be inserted, and further openings are recessed in the holding part for connection to a wing profile, which is connected to an insulating glass holding part for both the connection with a wing frame as well as with a clamping element for fixing to a post or bolt can be used. Due to the configuration as a hollow profile, it is also possible to remove large bearing forces via the retaining part, wherein the design of the components around the retaining part can be made largely free.

The holding part is glued to an outer pane of an insulating glass pane and protrudes according to a preferred embodiment of the invention only about the height of a sealing strip on the inner on-site slice of the insulating glass pane. This arrangement allows space-saving stacking of the holding parts with the insulating glass panes, wherein the damage of the holding part is minimized by protruding portions. Furthermore, a small distance of the post or bolt is guaranteed to the facade element in this way.

The holding part has adjacent to the connectable to the insulating glass pane on an anchoring groove for attaching a sealing element. As a result, the gap can be used on the one hand for mounting and on the other hand, the appearance of the cladding is not affected, since the sealing elements ensure a uniform appearance to the outside.

If the aforementioned holding part is connected at least at two opposite edge regions with the outermost disc of the insulating glass pane, the advantages of the holding part can also be used in a preassembled facade element. On the one hand, the preassembled facade elements are well stackable, since no sensitive sections protrude and on the other hand, these facade elements can be used both as an openable movable facade element and as a fixed mounted facade element. This requires no disassembly of the holding part, but the holding part is only connected with appropriate components that can be designed freely in terms of shape and color in large parts.

According to a preferred embodiment, a gap is formed between the outer panes of two adjacent insulating glass panes, which gap is bridged by two sealing elements which are each received on a holding part. This seal prevents moisture or moisture can penetrate into the cladding, and also the gap can be used for mounting. To the assembly area the facade cladding on all sides to seal against moisture, preferably each holding part on site via a seal with a bolt or post. This prevents moisture from getting between the holding part and posts or bars, wherein the seal can either rest directly on the holding part or is connected via a further component, such as a sash, with the holding part. The seal can also be used as a spacer for receiving wind forces.

Preferably, a clamping element is mounted in the groove of the holding part, wherein a distance is provided between the clamping element and the bottom of the groove. This embodiment allows the compensation of thermal expansion of the facade cladding, wherein the clamping element is firmly connected to a bolt or post and the facade element is guided on the clamping element via the groove. In order to make the view of the facade cladding as appealing as possible from the inside, a cover is preferably mounted on the holding part, which rests on a seal on the on-site innermost disc of the insulating glass pane.

If the facade element to be designed to be movable, a wing profile is mounted on the holding part, which rests on a seal on the on-site innermost disc of the insulating glass and engages in the closed state in a locking fitting on a post or bar.

An dem Halteteil können vorteilhaft über das Flügelprofil Standard-Beschläge eingesetzt werden, da die Flügelprofile mit standardisierten Nuten ausgestattet sein könnenOn the holding part can be used advantageously over the sash profile standard fittings, since the sash profiles can be equipped with standardized grooves

The cladding shown in Fig. 1 comprises two holding parts 1, which are each glued to an outer pane 10 of an insulating glass pane 2. Each holding part 1 has a groove 3, in which a clamping element 4 can be inserted. In the illustrated embodiment, a holding part is held by a clamping element 4 on a post 5 by means of a screw connection.

In the other holding part 1, the groove 3 is released and a sash 6 mounted on the holding part 1 via screws 7. The sash 6 has a locking bar 9 which can be brought into engagement with a locking piece 8. The locking piece 8 is held by screws on the post 5.

Each facade element comprises an insulating glass pane 2, which has an outer pane 10 and an on-site inner pane 11. Both discs 10 and 11 are arranged parallel to each other and held by spacers 12 at a predetermined distance from each other. It is also possible to arrange more than two discs 10 and 11 parallel and spaced from each other. The outer disk 10 is larger than the inner disk 11, so that a stepped glass results.

The outermost disc 10 of the insulating glass pane 2 is fastened to the holding part 1 via an adhesive and sealing means 13. The holding part 1 thus forms the central part of the supporting structure between post 5 and facade element.

Between the outer disks 10 of the facade elements, a small gap is formed, which can be used for mounting the clamping element 4. To make the facade cladding sealed to the outside, two sealing elements 14th each set in an anchoring groove 15 of the holding part 1. The seals 14 overlap each other, so that emerging from the outside moisture can not penetrate into the cladding.

The clamping element 4 is received in the groove 3 of the holding part 1 with a projection 17. In this case, a small gap is formed between the projection 17 and the bottom 16 of the groove 3, which can compensate for thermal expansion of the facade element. Then, the projection 17 slides in the groove 3, and it is an excessive horizontal stress of the post 5 is avoided. In this case, a seal 21 between the post 5 and holding part 1 is deformed by a small amount. The seal absorbs wind loads and diverts them into the lower construction.

In the openable facade element, a seal 22 between the post 5 and a projection of the sash frame 6 is mounted. On the casement 6, a further seal 20 between the inner pane 11 of the insulating glass pane 2 is provided. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, the casement 6 is fixed to the holding part 1 via the screws 7. The holding part 1 is formed as a hollow profile and has a smaller chamber 18 and a larger chamber 19 for receiving the tip of the screws 7. Recesses 25 are formed between the casement 6 and the holding part 1, are filled in the adhesive or sealant to reinforce the connection between the casement 6 and holding part 1.

In the illustrated embodiment, a movable facade element is arranged next to a fixed facade element. It can also be mounted side by side only movable or only solid facade elements.

Further, the movable facade element is provided with a sash 6, which engages with a locking roller in a locking piece. However, there are also other opening fittings, such as Ausstellscheren used without special devices, since the sash is equipped with a standardized groove.

In Fig. 3, another embodiment of a cladding according to the invention is shown, wherein like components are numbered as in the previous embodiment with identical reference numerals.

In this embodiment, the fixed facade element is held with the holding part 1 via a clamping element 4 on the post 5. Between holding part 1 and post 5, a seal 21 is provided, which engages on a cover 23 or is connected thereto. The cover 23 abuts a gasket 24 on the inner pane 11 of the insulating glass pane 2. On the one hand, the cover seals the gap between the holding part 1 and the insulating glass pane 2 and, on the other hand, also gives the façade lining an attractive appearance corresponding to the wing from the inside.
