Claims (15)
- Bauwerk mit einem Dach, mindestens einer Decke, mindestens einer Seitenwand und einer Mittelsäule (1), die um eine vertikale, durch die Mittelsäule (1) verlaufende Achse drehbar sind, und mit einem nicht drehbaren Keller oder Untergeschoß, wobei die Mittelsäule auf dem nicht drehbaren Keller oder dem Untergeschoß steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Keller oder das Untergeschoß einen unterhalb der Mittelsäule (1) angebrachten Stützzylinder (7) aufweist und das Bauwerk schirmartig an der Mittelsäule (1) aufgehängt ist, so daß Decken und Mittelsäule (1) unter Druckspannung und Dach und Seitenwände unter Zugspannung stehen.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelsäule (1) über ein Kugellager (2) mit dem Fundament verbunden ist.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gebäuderand Stützrollen (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Treppenhaus in der oder um die Mittelsäule (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Treppenhaus sich über die Mittelsäule (1) hinaus bis in den Stützzylinder (7) des Kellers hinein erstreckt.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützzylinder (7) mindestens zwei Türöffnungen (8) aufweist.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen (5) mindestens teilweise in der Mittelsäule (1) angebracht sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen (5) an einer Verbindungsstelle zwischen Bauwerk und Fundament Vorrichtungen aufweisen, die eine Ausrichtung des Bauwerkes in alle Himmelsrichtungen zulassen.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauwerk Einrichtungen (6, 9) zum Sammeln des Dachregenwassers aufweist.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Sammeln des Dachregenwassers ein am Bauwerk montiertes Fallrohr und eine im Fundament oder Erdboden angeordnete offene Rinne (6), die in einen Sammelbehälter (9) führt, aufweist.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauwerk eine aufweisende Einrichtung einen Motor zur Drehung des Bauwerks aufweist.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauwerk eine manuelle Einrichtung zur Drehung des Bauwerks aufweist.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die manuelle Einrichtung zur Drehung des Bauwerks ein Trimmrad (4) vorsieht.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Drehen des Bauwerks mindestens eine der Stützrollen (3) umfaßt.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauwerk Sonnenkollektoren (10) aufweist.
