- Traditional pumps include a body cylindroconical delimiting a metering chamber closed at its part lower by an inlet valve and at its upper part by a movable piston cooperating with elastic return means by being carried coaxially by a spray tube, the upper end of which protrusion outside the pump body and the lower end of which is provided with at least one exhaust port.
- These pumps are intended to equip tanks such as bottles and the whole thus forms a packaging system and distribution.

- la figure 1 représente une vue en coupe d'un mode de réalisation de la pompe de l'invention, en phase de repos ;
- la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe de la pompe de la figure 1 dans la phase initiale de la distribution ;
- la figure 3 représente une vue en coupe de la pompe de la figure 1 dans la phase finale de la distribution ;
- la figure 4 représente une vue en coupe de la pompe de la figure 1 dans la phase de réaspiration ;
- la figure 5 représente une vue en coupe de la pompe de la figure 1 dans la phase de remplissage de la pompe ;
- les figures 6A et 6B représentent des vues en coupe d'une variante de réalisation de la pompe de l'invention dans des positions correspondant respectivement aux figures 1 et 4.
le corps de la pompe est destiné à être introduit, au moins partiellement, à l'intérieur d'un récipient tel qu'un flacon (non représenté) où le tube 12 est immergé dans le produit liquide à distribuer.
Claims (6)
- Pompe du type comprenant un corps cylindroconique (1) délimitant une chambre de dosage (10) obturée à sa partie ïnférieure par un clapet d'admission (11) et à sa partie supérieure par un piston mobile (2) coopérant avec des moyens de rappel élastique (3) en étant porté coaxialement par un tube gicleur (4) dont l'extrémité supérieure fait saillie à l'extérieur du corps de pompe et dont l'extrémité inférieure est munie d'au moins un orifice d'échappement (40), ledit piston (2) étant monté coulissant, d'une part, autour du tube (4) entre une position d'obturation de l'orifice d'échappement (40) et une position de pleine ouverture dudit orifice et, d'autre part, en contact périphérique étanche avec la paroi interne de ladite chambre (10) entre une butée haute et une butée basse de fin de course ; le coefficient de frottement entre le piston (2) et le tube (4) étant inférieur au coefficient de frottement entre ledit piston (2) et la paroi interne du corps (1),
caractérisée en ce que la butée basse de fin de course du piston (2) dans la chambre (10) est formée de nervures (13) s'étendant le long de la paroi de ladite chambre (10) parallèlement aux génératrices dudit corps et en ce que ledit piston (2) est constitué d'un manchon central (20) entourant le tube gicleur (4) et dont la paroi interne possède un rétreint supérieur délimitant un fond annulaire (20a) et se prolongeant radialement vers l'extérieur par une bague périphérique (22) via une entretoise de liaison (21), la course du piston (2) sur le tube (4) étant limitée vers le haut par la mise en butée du fond (20a) dudit rétreint contre le pourtour inférieur (42a) d'un bossage (42) de profil complémentaire solidaire dudit tube (4). - Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la course du piston (2) sur le tube gicleur (4) est déterminée de façon à ce qu'elle produise à la remontée du tube une réaspiration dans la chambre (10) d'un volume de produit correspondant au reliquat contenu dans ledit tube.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique agissent sur l'extrémité inférieure du tube gicleur (4) qui s'étend à l'intérieur de la chambre de dosage (10).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la butée haute du piston (2) est formée du bord inférieur interne (52) d'une collerette (5) coiffant la partie supérieure du corps (1) et assurant la retenue du tube gicleur (4).
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position d'obturation de l'orifice d'échappement (40) correspond au contact du piston (2) avec le rebord annulaire saillant (60) d'un embout (6) garnissant au moins partiellement l'extrémité inférieure dudit tube sous le niveau dudit orifice et recevant l'appui des moyens de rappel (3).
- Pompe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit rebord saillant (60) a un profil intérieur tronconique coopérant avec le bord inférieur biseauté du piston (2) pour assurer une obturation étanche de l'orifice d'échappement (40).
