Claims (3)

  1. Procédé d'extrusion par pression hydraulique contrôlée comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    placer une ébauche ou une préforme (1) à mouler dans une matrice (2) ;
    assurer une étanchéité vis-à-vis du fluide dans une zone comprise entre ladite matrice (2) et une extrémité de ladite ébauche ou préforme (1) à l'aide d'un premier joint (9) formé par le contact entre ledit flan ou préforme et ladite matrice (2) et former un deuxième joint (8) par contact entre ladite matrice (2) et un poinçon (3), dans lequel ledit premier joint (9) est un joint complet qui empêche le passage de toute fuite dudit fluide et dans lequel ledit deuxième joint (8) est un joint incomplet qui laisse un jeu entre ladite matrice (2) et ledit poinçon (3) qui permet le passage de fuites dudit fluide pour contrôler la pression dudit fluide ;
    appliquer une pression hydraulique sur une surface périphérique externe de ladite ébauche ou préforme (1) ; et
    poser ledit flan (1) directement à l'aide dudit poinçon (3) dans ladite matrice (2) pour le mouler et obtenir la forme moulée souhaitée à partir de ladite ébauche ou préforme (1).
  2. Procédé d'extrusion par pression hydraulique contrôlée selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape d'application d'une pression hydraulique comprend la compression et la pressurisation dudit fluide par une action de ladite matrice (2) et dudit poinçon (3).
  3. Procédé d'extrusion par pression hydraulique contrôlée selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'étape d'application de la pression hydraulique comprend le réglage dudit jeu pour contrôler la pression dudit fluide.
