Abstract
Description
- une première I servant à lever les pièces pour les saisir depuis la zone d'alimentation 8 ou d'une matrice 5, correspondant aux figures 1 et 5 des dessins ci-joints ;
- une seconde étape II correspond au transfert de ces pièces sur une course horizontale 19 de longueur égale à un pas P, position visible dans les figures 2 et 7 ;
- une troisième étape III où ces pièces sont déposées, un pas plus loin, soit sur une nouvelle matrice 5, soit, en ce qui concerne la pièce terminée, à hauteur de la zone d'évacuation 9, étape correspondant aux figures 3 et 8 ;
- et une dernière étape IV correspondant au retour des bras en position initiale en vue de recommencer le cycle, position telle que visible dans les figures 4 et 9.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de transfert de pièces sous une presse à emboutir et/ou à découper (2), en particulier de pièces issues d'un matériau en bande, pour assurer le transfert, simultanément, de plusieurs pièces depuis une zone d'alimentation (8) sur une première matrice (5) d'une table de presse (4) disposée sous un ou plusieurs outillages d'emboutissage et/ou de découpage associés à un coulisseau de presse (7) soumis à un déplacement alternatif de montée et de descente et/ou depuis une telle matrice (5) de la table de presse (4) vers une autre en vue d'une nouvelle opération d'usinage et/ou vers une zone d'évacuation (8), dispositif comportant au moins un bras de transfert (10) pour la prise en charge desdites pièces en cours de transfert, ce ou ces bras (10) étant animés d'un mouvement cyclique dans un plan vertical sous l'impulsion de moyens de commande (14), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande (14) sont constitués, substantiellement, par le coulisseau de presse (7) auxquels sont rendus solidaires le ou les bras de transfert (10) au travers de moyens de liaison à mobilité relative (15, 16, 17), tandis qu'un guide de cycle (18) avec lequel coopèrent, simultanément, ledit coulisseau de presse (7) et ce ou ces bras (10), est défini apte à convertir le déplacement de montée et de descente dudit coulisseau de presse (7) en un déplacement selon le cycle prédéfini dudit ou desdits bras (10).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le guide de cycle (18) comporte, dans un plan vertical parallèle au plan de déplacement des bras de transfert (10), une lumière (20 ; 20A) reprenant, à l'échelle, le cycle de déplacement des bras de transfert (10), cette lumière (20 ; 20A) étant traversée par un axe (25 ; 25A) horizontal, perpendiculaire au plan du déplacement des bras de transfert (10), tout en étant rendu solidaire de ces derniers.
- Dispositif de transfert selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que sur l'axe (25 ; 25A), solidaire des bras de transfert (10) et traversant la lumière (20 ; 20A) dans le guide de cycle (18), est encore engagée une potence support (27 ; 27A) solidaire du coulisseau de presse (7), ceci au travers d'une ouverture oblongue horizontale (28) ou inclinée (28A), susceptible d'autoriser audit axe (25 ; 25A) une course, suivant une direction horizontale, d'une longueur au moins égale à la longueur du pas P communiquée auxdites pièces au cours d'un cycle de déplacement des bras de transfert (10).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de liaison à mobilité relative (15, 16, 17) sont définis par un ou plusieurs axes (25, 30, 31 ; 25A, 30A, 31A) s'étendant suivant une direction horizontale perpendiculaire au plan de déplacement des bras de transfert (10) et rendus solidaires, selon le cas, desdits bras (10) ou d'une potence support (27 ; 27A) reliée au coulisseau de presse (7) et coopérant au travers d'une ouverture (28, 281, 282 ; 28A, 28A1, 28A2), respectivement, avec ladite potence support (27, 27A) ou lesdits bras de transfert (10).
- Dispositif de transfert selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la potence support (27 ; 27A) comporte un prolongement (32) s'étendant de part et/ou d'autre des bras de transfert (10) de manière à coopérer avec ces derniers au travers des axes (25, 30, 31 ; 25A, 30A, 31A) correspondant aux moyens de liaison à mobilité relative (15, 16, 17).
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la lumière (20) dans le guide de cycle (18) est définie de manière à conférer aux bras de transfert (10) un cycle de déplacement de type trapèzoidal, consistant, dans une première étape I, en un déplacement vertical ascendant suivi, au cours d'une seconde étape II, par un déplacement à composante horizontale suivant une course (19) d'une longueur correspondant à un pas P pour atteindre un point mort haut, suivi, au cours d'une troisième étape III, par un déplacement vertical descendant et, au cours d'une quatrième étape IV, par un déplacement à composante horizontale jusqu'à un point mort bas correspondant au début de cycle.
- Dispositif de transfert selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la lumière (20A) dans le guide de cycle de guide (18) est définie de manière à conférer aux bras de transfert (10) un cycle de déplacement de type rectangulaire.
