Claims (6)
- Formwerkzeug zum Verschließen von Behältern, insbesondere von Flaschen, mit einen Verschlußspiegel (45) und einen davon ausgehenden Mantel (47) aufweisenden Verschlüssen (37) aus tief-ziehfähigem Material, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium- oder Stahlblech, mit einer beim Verschlußvorgang über den Verschluß (37) greifenden Hülse (3), die eine Ziehform (31) mit einem Tiefziehabschnitt (23) aufweist, der mit dem Übergangsbereich (41) zwischen Verschlußspiegel (45) und Mantel (35) des Verschlusses (37) während des Verschließens von außen in Eingriff tritt und den Übergangsbereich (41) einem Tiefziehvorgang unterwirft, wobei die Ziehform (31) der Hülse (3) einen Formabschnitt (27) umfasst, der mit dem Übergangsbereich (41) in Eingriff tritt, und wobei der Formabschnitt (27) konkav ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - im Längsschnitt gesehen - die Innenfläche des Formabschnitts (27) in Form eines Kreisbogens gekrümmt ist, so dass eine im Inneren des Verschlusses (37) vorgesehene Dichtung (49) gleichmäßig und ohne Zwischenräume oder Luftspalte an einer Außenfläche (51) eines Behälters angepresst wird und dicht an der entsprechenden Innenfläche des Verschlusses anliegt.
- Formwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehform (31) so ausgebildet ist, daß der Tiefziehabschnitt (23) näher an einer Vorderkante (5) der Hülse (3) angeordnet ist als der Formabschnitt (27).
- Formwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tiefziehabschnitt (23) und der Formabschnitt (27) unmittelbar aneinander angrenzen.
- Formwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Krümmungsradius des Kreisbogens 1,0 mm bis 2,0 mm, vorzugsweise 1,3 mm bis 1,7 mm, insbesondere 1,5 mm beträgt.
- Formwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehform (31) eine Einlaufschräge (21) aufweist, die zwischen der Vorderkante (5) der Hülse (3) und dem Tiefziehabschnitt (23) angeordnet ist.
- Formwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaufschräge (21) und der Tiefziehabschnitt (23) unmittelbar oder vorzugsweise über einen Zentrierabschnitt (33) ineinander übergehen.
