Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for removing Brake marks or tire rubber abrasion from a roadway, in particular from the landing area of an aircraft landing strip, with Spray devices, brushes and preferably a suction device in connection with a suction fan and a waste bin.
Airplane runways and race tracks for racing cars are severely affected by tire tracks. The black braking or acceleration marks due to the Slips are not only visually disturbing, they reduce them also the traction of the following vehicles.
To remove such rubber tire abrasion have so far Machines with rotating steel brushes are used not only the rubber abrasion, but also the road or Have sanded down the slope surface. This is an effective method is by no means gentle and quickly leads to the requirement a new road or slope covering.
The invention aims to be thorough, however gentle removal of tire rubber abrasion on road surfaces like enabling roads or slopes. This is achieved that on at least one vehicle, especially on a sweeper, a stem with a spray device for a rubber solvent and rotating with downstream Brush to rub the sprayed solvent on the roadway or for rubbing into the roadway is that the lateral distance to the stem, preferably also at the front of the vehicle or on the front of another vehicle, a spray device is arranged for water and that the vehicle is in the direction of travel behind the spray device for water, for example between the front and rear axles, a suction mouthpiece of the suction device for sucking up and transferring the dissolved and rubbed rubber with water mixed in a rubbish bin of the vehicle. It becomes tire rubber abrasion of the solvent from the road or slope surface detached, the brushes for an intimate connection and rubbing the solvent into the surface of the road or the slopes. So that's through a chemical mechanical Process a removal of the abrasion possible. In one second, subsequent operation is carried out after a predetermined Soak the solution with the rubber through water diluted and aspirated. For this is the front spray device and the suction device arranged behind it is provided. The arrangement on a vehicle, namely on a known sweeper with their usual units is special advantageous. One could also within the scope of the invention two vehicles running at intervals, namely a spray truck with brush group for incorporation of the solvent and a sweeper for large-scale Use rubber tire removal. If the arrangement on only one vehicle, namely a sweeper are concentrated, then it is useful if between the stem arranged side by side and a distance is provided for the spray device for water, the width of the stem as well as the width of the Spraying device, for example corresponds to 70 cm, so that a sprayed and rubbed solvent with the same Direction of work of the vehicle only at one after the next Passage, ie after a predeterminable exposure time of the spray device rinsed with water and then suctioned off becomes. So the vehicle brings strips of the solvent for example 70 cm wide side by side in one Length of, for example, 150 m and sucks in the marked Design when applying the third solvent strip - and thus after a sufficient exposure time of the solvent of the first applied strip - this Solution from the first strip after dilution with water or Spraying and lifting off the surface by the suction device from. This sludge is collected in the rubbish bin and finally disposed of.
A concrete exemplary embodiment is characterized in that that the stem that can be raised in particular has at least one Impeller for setting the height of the spray device for the Has rubber solvent and that the brushes as special oppositely driven brush rollers that move against the road when the bristles wear out. As is known with sweepers, the suction nozzle follows in a preferred embodiment, a blow mouthpiece seen in the direction of travel, with water jets in the blow nozzle flow into. It is useful if a heater with heat exchanger for the rubber solvent and preferably is also intended for the water on the vehicle. The structure of the vehicle is characterized in that immediately behind the cab is a tank for the rubber solvent and a diesel drive for the suction fan and for the rubber solvent pump and the water pumps and for the hydraulics or pneumatics is provided that the suction fan the diesel drive is directly assigned and that to the rear of the vehicle towards the rubbish bin and in particular the Water tank is provided, the suction fan from the Sucks garbage container through a filter arrangement and the Garbage can via a pipe or hose system with the Suction mouthpiece is connected. The suction fan and the rubber solvent pump as well as the water pump can also be operated via a Hydraulic motor, i.e. indirectly driven by diesel.
An embodiment is shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a according to the Invention on a vehicle and Fig. 2 is a schematic Floor plan for this vehicle.
für Lösungsmittel, z.B. eine ölähnliche Flüssigkeit, vorgesehen.1 essentially proceeds from a vehicle
usual sweeper for traffic areas. It includes in

There is a hydraulically liftable device on the front of the vehicle
and
From Fig. 2 there is a side next to the
From Fig. 2 there is for example a division into three
