If one should choose aluminum one has to consider that this is a relatively rigid and the e.g., the stop neck 13 has to be designed resiliently e.g., in the form of a resilient iron sheet.

Claims (12)

  1. Zaunsystem, aufweisend Maschendraht (1), Einfassprofile (2) mit mindestens einer sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Schiene (3) und Anschlussstücke (9) zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen dem Maschendraht und den Einfassprofilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (3) der Einfassprofile eine Öffnung (4) hat, die durch zwei sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Wandteile (5, 6) begrenzt wird, innerhalb derer sich die Schiene erstreckt,
    dass der Maschendraht (1) einen Außenkantenteil hat, entlang dessen die äußerste Kante zumindest teilweise ein Kantendraht (8) ist,
    dass der Kantendraht (8) zum Zwecke der Verbindung mit einem Einfassprofil (2) durch die Öffnung (4) der Schiene (3) einführbar und zur Innenseite eines ersten Teils (5) der Wandteile (5, 6) hin bewegbar ist,
    dass die Anschlussstücke (9) einen Arretierteil (10) und einen Greifteil (11) haben,
    dass der Arretierteil (10) vom Greifteil (11) vorspringt und so gestaltet ist, dass er durch die Öffnung (4) des Einfassprofils in mindestens zwei einander entgegengerichteten Drehstellungen einführbar ist,
    dass der Arretierteil (10) an seinem freien Ende einen in eine Richtung vorspringenden Haken (14) hat, der sich in den Drehstellungen in Längsrichtung der Öffnung erstreckt,
    dass der Haken (14) aus mindestens einer der Drehstellungen heraus beim Drehen des Greifteils (11) in eine Arretierstellung unter dem zweiten Wandteil (6) arretiert wird, wodurch der Arretierteil (10) den Kantendraht (8) an der Innenseite des ersten Wandteils (5) arretiert, und dass die Anschlussstücke (9), die den Kantendraht befestigen, durch eine Drehung in die Gegenrichtung lösbar sind.
  2. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Maschendraht (1) ein Geflecht aus quadratischen Maschen bildet, das waagerechte Drähte (7) und senkrechte Drähte (8) hat, wenn es aufrecht steht, dass sich alle waagerechten Drähte (7) auf derselben Seite aller quer zu ihnen verlaufenden senkrechten Drähte (8) befinden,
    dass die äußerste Kante eines Maschendrahtteils, der mit einem Einfassprofil verbunden werden soll, ein Kantendraht (8) ist,
    dass dieser bei der Herstellung einer Verbindung mit einem Einfassprofil (2) durch die Öffnung (4) der Schiene (3) eingeführt und seitwärts innerhalb des ersten Teils (5) der Wandteile (5, 6) bewegt wird, wodurch jene Drähte (7), die sich rechtwinklig zum Kantendraht (8) erstrecken, am ersten Wandteil (5) an den Kantenteil der Öffnung (4) anstoßen.
  3. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Anschlussstücken (9) der Greifteil (11) eine längliche Gestalt hat und dass der Arretierteil (10), der vom Greifteil vorspringt, nahe an einem Ende des Greifteils angeordnet ist, wodurch eine Hebelwirkung erzielt wird, wenn der Greifteil durch Einwirkung auf sein entgegengesetztes Ende gedreht wird.
  4. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseite des Einfassprofils (2) um die Öffnung (4) der Schiene (3) herum flach gestaltet ist,
    dass in den Anschlussstücken (9) die Oberfläche (12) des Greifteils, von der der Arretierteil vorspringt, flach gestaltet ist und mit ihrer ebenen Seite (12) an die ebene Außenseite des Einfassprofils anstoßen soll, wenn der Arretierteil in die Schiene (3) eingeführt wird,
    dass sich mindestens ein Befestigungsteil (17) des Greifteils, der einen Teil der flachen Oberfläche umfasst, seitwärts in die gleiche Richtung wie der Haken (14) an der Außenseite des Arretierteils erstreckt,
    dass der Befestigungsteil (17) und der Haken (14) einen schlitzförmigen Raum (18) bilden, der zur Aufnahme eines der Wandteile (5, 6) der Schiene (3) dient, wenn das Anschlussstück angebracht wird und in die Arretierstellung gedreht worden ist,
    dass die Dicke der Wandteile (5, 6) und der schlitzförmige Raum (18) so bemessen sind,
    dass der Wandteil in der Arretierstellung des Anschlussstücks in diesem Raum festgeklemmt wird.
  5. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Anschlussstücken (9) der vom Arretierteil (10) vorspringende Haken (14) aus zwei Teilen besteht, die in Richtung des schlitzförmigen Raums (18) und dadurch in Längsrichtung des Anschlussstücks (9) kohärent sind und aus dem gleichen Material bestehen, wobei ein erster Teil (15) der beiden Teile in Richtung der Breite des Schlitzes gesehen dick und bei Einwirkung von Kräften während des Gebrauchs unelastisch ist, während der zweite Teil (16) relativ dünn ist und elastisch am Wandteil (5, 6) der Schiene angeordnet ist, wenn dieser im schlitzförmigen Raum (18) angebracht wird bzw. angebracht worden ist, und wodurch der Schlitz direkt vor dem dicken ersten Teil (15) breiter als direkt vor dem elastischen zweiten Teil (16) ist, wodurch eine Befestigung der Wandteile nur durch den elastischen zweiten Teil erfolgt.
  6. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in den Anschlussstücken (9) am in Bezug auf die Position des Arretierteils (10) entgegengesetzten Ende der flachen Oberfläche des Greifteils ein von der ebenen Oberfläche (12) vorspringender Anschlag (13) befindet, der mindestens einen Kantenteil eines der Wandteile (5, 6) der Schiene ergreifen soll, um die Drehbewegung des Anschlussstücks einzuschränken, wenn dieses aus einer Drehstellung in eine Arretierstellung gedreht wird.
  7. Zaunsystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussstücke (9) in einem Stück aus einem polymeren Werkstoff gegossen sind.
  8. Zaunsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Anschlussstücken (9) der Arretierteil (10) zwischen dem Haken (14) und der ebenen Oberfläche (12) einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Teil hat, dessen Durchmesser so gewählt ist,
    dass er hauptsächlich zur Breite der Öffnung (4) des Einfassprofils passt, und dass der zylindrische Teil direkt vor dem Schlitz (18) eine radial vorspringende dünne Rippe (19) hat, die Toleranzen der Breite der Öffnung (4) und des Durchmessers des zylindrischen Teils ausgleichen soll.
  9. Zaunsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Greifteil (11) der Anschlussstücke (9) eine Vertiefung (21) hat, wo eine optionale Feststellschraube eingeführt werden soll.
  10. Zaunsystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der Schiene im Inneren der Wandteile (5, 6) und in Richtung der Drähte (7), die sich rechtwinklig zum Kantendraht (8) erstrecken, wesentlich größer als der Durchmesser des Kantendrahts (8) ist, wodurch sich eine Toleranz ergibt, die die Montage des Zaunsystems erleichtert.
  11. Zaunsystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Anschlussstücken (9) der Arretierteil (10) direkt vor dem Haken (14) eine vorspringende Ecke (20) hat, die in einer der Drehstellungen, in denen der Arretierteil (10) durch die Öffnung einführbar ist, das Drehen des Anschlussstücks (9) in eine Arretierstellung verhindert.
  12. Zaunsystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfassprofile (2) aus Formteilen mit quadratischem Querschnitt bestehen und dass sie symmetrisch sind und jeweils vier sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Schienen (3) haben, wobei sich entlang jeder Seite jeweils eine Schiene erstreckt.
