Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de produits sous forme de panneaux par compression à chaud d'une ébauche multicouche formée, constituée de copeaux de plantes annuelles contenant de la lignocellulose, à laquelle est ajouté un liant. L'objectif de l'invention est de résoudre le problème résultant de l'adhérence lors de l'utilisation d'isocyanate comme liant. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que la matière de revêtement de couverture est divisée en une fraction fine (5a) et en une fraction grossière (5b). La fraction fine (5a) de matière de couche de couverture est prémélangée avec un adhésif et/ou un agent de mouillage et/ou des acides et/ou des bases, puis encollée avec des aminoplastes et/ou des phénoplastes. La fraction grossière (5b) de matière de couche de couverture est encollée avec de l'isocyanate ou avec des mélanges constitués d'isocyanate et d'aminoplastes et/ou de phénoplastes, et une ébauche formée à cinq couches est constituée par dispersion. Ainsi les couches de couverture situées le plus vers l'extérieur sont constituées de la fraction fine de matière de couche de couverture encollée avec des aminoplastes et/ou des phénoplastes.
