Claims (16)
- Elektrohydraulisches Betätigungsgerät, umfassend eine in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordnete, von einem Elektromotor (2) angetriebene Pumpe (3), wobei das von der Pumpe abgegebene Druckmittel einen im Gehäuse geführten Kolben (4; 30) beaufschlagt, dessen Kolbenstange (7) als Betätigungselement aus dem Gehäuse (1) vorsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hochdruckseitige Zylinderraum (5, 5a) des Kolbens (4; 30) um einen Abschnitt der Pumpe (3) bzw. um einen Abschnitt der Motor-Pumpeneinheit ausgebildet ist. - Betätigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hochdruckkanal (13) von der Pumpe (3) durch den im Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Motor bzw. durch den Motorraum führt.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, wobei der Kolben (4; 30)topfförmig ausgebildet ist und einen Abschnitt der Motor-Pumpeneinheit übergreift.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, wobei die von der Kolbenstange (7) abgewandte Seite des Kolbens (4'; 30)im Hochdruckbereich (5a) liegt.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, wobei ein Ringkolben (4) an einem topfförmigen Teil (6) auf der Seite der Kolbenstange (7) im Hochdruckbereich (5) liegt.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, wobei der hochdruckseitige Zylinderraum (5a) auf dem Außenumfang eines topfförmigen Bauteils (31) ausgebildet ist, das einen Abschnitt der Pumpe (3) bzw. einen Abschnitt der Motor-Pumpeneinheit übergreift und die Hochdruckseite von der Ansaugseite (11) der Pumpe (3) trennt.
- Betätigungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, wobei zwischen dem topfförmigen Bauteil (31) und einem topfförmigen Kolben (30), der das Bauteil (31) übergreift, in Achsrichtung verlaufende Nuten (32) ausgebildet sind, welche der Boden des topfförmigen Kolbens (30) mit dem hochdruckseitigen Zylinderraum (5a) verbinden.
- Betätigungsgerät nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Ringkolben (4, 4') mit einem topfförmigen Verlängerungsabschnitt (6) einen Abschnitt der Pumpe (3) bzw. einen Abschnitt der Motor-Pumpeneinheit übergreift und den Ansaugbereich (11) der Pumpe vom Hochdruckbereich (5, 5a) trennt.
- Betätigungsgerät nach Anspruch 8, wobei zwischen dem Verlängerungsabschnitt (6) und dem Außenumfang des Pumpengehäuses ein Ringspalt (18) ausgebildet ist, der den Ansaugraum (11) der Pumpe (3) über eine Ausgleichsleitung (15) mit einem Ölreservoir (16) verbindet.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, wobei zwischen Außenumfang des Pumpengehäuses und topfförmigen Bauteil (31) ein Ringspalt (18) ausgebildet ist, der den Ansaugraum (11) der Pumpe über einen Ausgleichskanal (15) mit einem Ölreservoir (16) verbindet.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, wobei das Ölreservoir (16) in einem am Gehäuse (1) angebrachten Zusatzgehäuse (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, wobei das Ölreservoir (16) möglichst nahe am Kolben (4; 30) angeordnet ist.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 12, wobei das Ölvolumen im Ölreservoir (16) durch ein elastisches Glied (29) begrenzt ist, das von atmosphärem Druck beaufschlagt ist.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, wobei die Pumpe (3) als Schraubenspindelpumpe oder Zahnradpumpe ausgebildet ist, um einen möglichst geringen Durchmesser des Pumpengehäuses zu erhalten.
- Betätigungsgerät nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, wobei zwischen Druckkanal (14) und Rücklaufkanal (17) eine einstellbare Drossel (24) in der mit einem Schaltventil (20) versehenen Verbindungskanal (22) und zwischen Pumpe (3) und Abzweigung der Verbindungskanal (22) ein Rückschlagventil (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Betätigungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, wobei zwischen Druckkanal (13, 14) und Rücklaufkanal (17) ein Steuerventil (27) zur prozessabhängigen Stellkraftregelung über Sollwertvorgabe vorgesehen ist.
