Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Anbringen eines Außenstirndeckels an einer zu verpackenden Materialbahnrolle, bei dem der Außenstirndeckel durch Erhitzen klebrig gemacht und zur Anlage an die Stirnseite der Materialbahn gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenstirndeckel auf dem Weg zwischen einer Aufnahmeposition und einer Position vor der Stirnseite von seiner mit Klebstoff versehenen Seite her kontaktlos erhitzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Außenstirndeckel hintereinander aufgenommen und gemeinsam weitertransportiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch loder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenstirndeckel vor dem Erhitzen zentriert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenstirndeckel von einem Deckelstapel aufgenommen wird, auf einer Zentriereinrichtung abgelegt wird, auf der man ihn gegen Zentrieranschläge rutschen läßt, und der Außenstirndeckel dann wieder aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenstirndeckel nacheinander zentriert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein Außenstirndeckel erhitzt und an der Materialbahnrolle befestigt wird und dann der andere Außenstirndeckel erhitzt und an der Materialbahnrolle befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Wärmeabgabe auf die Fläche des Außenstirndeckels begrenzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Außenstirndeckel innerhalb von 10 Sekunden nach dem Ende des Erhitzens an die Stirnseite zur Anlage bringt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenstirndeckel an einer Heizeinrichtung vorbeigeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zum Beheizen IR-Strahlung verwendet.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen von Außenstirndeckeln an einer zu verpackenden Materialbahnrolle mit mindestens einem Stirndeckelstapel mit Stirndeckeln, die auf einer Seite mit wärmeaktivierbarem Klebstoff versehen sind, und einer Greifeinrichtung, die über den Stirndeckelstapel bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Heizeinrichtung (20) vorgesehen ist, die auf die mit Klebstoff versehene Seite des Außenstirndeckels (7) wirkt und das die Greifeinrichtung (9) an der Heizeinrichtung (20) vorbeibewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zentriereinrichtung (17) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen Aufnahme eines Außenstirndeckels (7) und dem Erhitzen anfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtung (9) zwei Greifköpfe (22,23) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifköpfe (22,23) um 180 Grad versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtung (9) flächig wirkende Andruckmittel (25) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (20), mehrere einzeln aktivierbare Heizelemente (21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (20) kontaktlos wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (20) IR-Strahler aufweist.
