Claims (16)
- Regalfahrzeug zum Ein- und Auslagern von Papierrollen, insbesondere in der Druckindustrie, welches in einer Gasse zwischen beidseitigen, Papierrollen übereinander und in Gassenlängsrichtung hintereinander aufnehmenden Lagerstellen verfahrbar ist, und eine Aufnahme für eine Papierrolle aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (1) von einer um eine horizontale Achse (6) höhenverschwenkbaren Gabel (1) mit die Traglast der aufgenommenen Papierrolle (P) erfassenden Meßorganen (7) gebildet ist, die die ermittelten Meßdaten über eine Steuerung an einen mit der Gabel (1) bewegungsmäßig gekoppelten Stellantrieb (8) weiterleiten, welcher die Gabel (1) entsprechend der Meßdaten in die horizontale Lage höhenverschwenkt und in dieser horizontalen Lage beim Papierrollentransport hält. - Regalfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem oder in jedem der beiden Gabelholme (1a) der Gabel (1) zwei Ultraschallsensoren als Meßorgane (7) angeordnet sind.
- Regalfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gabel (1) mit prisma- oder kreisbogenförmigen Aufnahmeabschnitten (a, b, c) für verschieden große Durchmesser der Papierrollen (P) ausgestattet ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gabel (1) an einem vertikalen Gabelrahmen (9) festgelegt ist, der mit seinem oberen Ende in einer horizontalen Schwenkachse (6) gelagert ist und von dem Stellantrieb (8) zur Gabel-Höhenverschwenkung beaufschlagt ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gabel (1) mit einem Drehkranz (10) an einer von einem Hubwerksrahmen (11) und einem Fahrrahmen (12) gebildeten Hub- und Fahreinheit aufgehängt ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gabelrahmen (9) mit seiner Schwenkachse (6) an einem Gabelfachwerk (13) gelagert ist, dieses Gabelfachwerk (13) obenendig an dem Drehkranz (10)festgelegt ist und der Drehkranz (10) mit einem Fahrwerk (14) am Fahrrahmen (12) zum Rollen-Ein- und -Auslagern verfahrbar ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Gabelfachwerk (13) im Höhenbereich der Gabel (1) der Stellantrieb (8) festgelegt ist, der mit einem einund ausfahrbaren Hubteil (8a) auf den Gabelrahmen (9) einwirkt.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fahrrahmen (12) beidendig am Hubwerksrahmen (11) gehalten und der Hubwerksrahmen (11) mit Rollen (11a) am Gestell (2) des Regalfahrzeuges (RFZ) höhenverfahrbar gelagert ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (2) des Regalfahrzeuges (RFZ) U-artig ausgebildet ist und mit seinen vertikalen Ständern (2a) auf motorisch angetriebenen Fahrwerken (3) steht, die Hub- und Fahreinheit (11, 12) zwischen den Ständern (2a) des umgestelltes (2) liegen und der Hubwerksrahmen (11) mit seinen Rollen (11a) an den Ständern (2a) höhenverfahrbar geführt ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Regalfahrzeuggestell (2) mit einem das Regalfahrzeug (RFZ) aus der Fahrgasse (G) herausfahrenden Transportwagen (TW) gekuppelt oder kuppelbar ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den beiden Ständern (2a) des Regalfahrzeuggestelles (2) je ein horizontaler Achsbolzen (14) angeordnet ist, beide Bolzen (14) sich koaxial gegenüberliegen und von dem Transportwagen (TW) zum Schrägstellen (Verschwenken des Regalfahrzeuggestelles aus der Senkrechten in eine Neigung) erfaßt werden.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportwagen (TW) portalartig ausgebildet und höhenverfahrbare Hubteile (15) mit Tragrollen (16) zum Anheben des Regalfahrzeuges (RFZ) aus seiner hallenboden- oder grubenseitigen Fahrschiene (5) aufweist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubteile (15) des Transportwagens (TW) mit Tragrollen (16) mechanisch, elektromotorisch oder hydraulisch höhenverfahrbar sind.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Ständern (20) des RFZ-Gestelles (2) eine Querverbindung (17) mit bis zum Hallenboden (B) heruntergezogener Freiraumrinne (17a) zum bodenseitigen Erfassen einer Papierrolle (P) mit der Gabel (1) angeordnet ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (1) von einem Dorn, vorzugsweise Teleskopdorn, gebildet ist.
- Regalfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Fahrgasse (G) mehrere durch eine Sicherheitssteuerung kollisionsgeschützte Regalfahrzeuge (RFZ) verfahrbar sind.
